Fui hacerme un balayage, y hicieron todo lo contrario a lo que les ped铆, me dejaron mi cabello natural del color de una zanahoria, hago el reclamo y me aplican un tiente en la ra铆z y con dos lavadas el cabello vuelve peor a ese color que ninguna mujer quiere tener, regreso y la soluci贸n es qu茅dese as铆 c贸mo est谩 pq el tono naranja vuelve. y si me hace algo debo pagar por lo que me haga, sabiendo que ellos me hicieron mal todo desde el inicio. La due帽a tiene actitud siempre y en vez de dar soluci贸n a los clientes su respuesta es qu茅dese con el pelo as铆. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Vayan donde gente profesional para que no les pase lo que me paso a mi.

I love coming here and getting my hair done with Betty, she is very attentive, thoughtful and creative, came in for a balayage and came out a brand new me, stellar costumer service, from the lady that washes your hair to the moment you sit on your chair to get your hair done, the lady that did my nails Yahili was amazing too, great atmosphere, budget friendly. you feel pampered, Would definitely recommend.
