Before you spend your money here please be aware of the type of people that are employed here and own this business. In my personal opinion, they do not have very good customer service. Customer asked for greys covered, walks out looking like this. Do you want to promote a salon with hair like this? And then after receiving backlash for commenting on the customers post very snarky, & calling said customer threatening with a ATTORNEY instead of just REFUNDING or making the situation right, they block the people who reviewed & changed Facebook where you can’t write reviews to avoid anyone knowing how they handled the situation!!!! Very nasty INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE HERE!! Be aware

I was made aware of an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and does not seem to value her customers at all. Instead of addressing customer concerns with professionalism, the owner dismisses them with an attitude that shows she has no interest in providing quality service. To make matters worse, some stylists appear to be inexperienced and lack the necessary skills to deliver the results they promise. She left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied, as the stylist did not listen to her requests and seemed unsure of what they were doing. Rather than taking accountability, the owner brushes off complaints and refuses to make things right. A business should prioritize customer satisfaction, but this salon does the opposite. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a salon that actually values its clients and employs skilled professionals.

The first photo is the color I requested to get close to and expressed that my main goal was to cover my greys. The following pictures are what I was left with. I told the stylist I was concerned about the amount of visible grey after washing the color out she told me she could put in two more fouls in the front but that I would be paying for the service because it was her time I never mentioned not paying I only mentioned my concern at that point I explained that I didn’t believe two foils would fix an all over problem and that with the way it looked I would rather go home and put box dye on. She said a second time she could add two fouls I declined the offer and said I just would like to get this over with being as she still needed to cut my hair. As she was cutting my hair in silence I noticed that with each strand she picked up how uneven and bad the dye job was the I began to silently cry when she noticed she said are you really going to sit here and cry put her stuff down on the counter told me I was done and that I could leave and I was not welcome back my daughter who was with was crying at this point as well just in shock of seeing her mom being treated so poorly. I asked the stylist if she was really ok the service she provided she began to yell at me as we were walking to the front to pay for the service she followed continuing to tell me off I gave my card to the recptionist after what seemed like forever with the hostile stylist telling me off I told the recptionist to hurry up I needed to get the f out of there because I feared loosing my composure I paid and left I took a picture of my hair in my car as soon as I left and the others once I got home and saw how bad it was. I made a post on my Facebook sharing my negative experience with this salon and the employees and owner were very snarky and rude never apologized never offered to make it right the owner after many negative comments from others messaged and arranged for me to call her when I did she cut me off repeatedly did not allow me to share my experience called me a liar multiple times and threatened to sue me. I updated my Facebook post with the outcome of my negative experience and the owner proceeded to post a very untrue narrative of my experience and lied about the things that were said on our phone conversation I shared the video of the phone conversation she and her friends and employees belittled me and were very threatening once they started getting tons of negative responses to their treatment of me they blocked me from their salon pages as well as anyone that was in support of me…….. I would not recommend this salon based of my experience with their customer service and the results of the service I paid for and not receive

I came to noggins with my mom she was looking to get a cut, color, and style while I was looking for a cut and style. Our stylist never introduced herself to either of us or made any kind of small talk, we tried SO HARD. My mom showed a reference photo they agreed on and started to pick out colors the stylist suggested a more orangey shade of what my mom asked for and was clearly upset when she stated she wanted something less orange so she chose a beautiful copper color, after her hair was rinsed she looked nothing like the reference picture and didn’t even have her grey covered. She stated that she was unhappy with how her how was died and the stylist began to have an attitude with her and stopped cutting her hair without finishing them began to AGGRESSIVELY blow dry her hair. My mom was silently crying in the chair and the stylist stated “are you really gonna sit there and cry” before storming off. I got my cut while my moms hair was processing and told the stylist not to use heat, I have bright color in my hair, I had to tell her multiple times to turn the water back down, she gave me an extremely choppy haircut that isn’t what I asked for, but I didn’t want to say anything, I really wish I had she was nothing but rude.

This was the worst experience getting my hair done of my life. The stylist was rude yelled at me did not provide the service requested I left the salon in tears for how bad my hair looked.

Took my gf here to get a dye , cut and style. One of the worst experiences she has ever had. Then not only was the stylist extremely unprofessional she started yelling at her saying she was going to pay her no matter what…..even though money was never mentioned. Stylist then proceeded to tell her to get out , didn’t finish the cut or style and told her she wasn’t welcome back. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. You have been warned……

I almost want to gatekeep this salon from the rest of the world, but that would be cruel. If you want your hair done in the absolute best and right way, then this is THE place to go in Cincinnati. All the designers are true professionals and make you feel so good about yourself — even at your lowest. No judgement, only kindness and compassion from these elite designers. They are up-to-date on the latest trends and fashions so I know to trust them no matter what!

I am here seeing what they did to my mom and sisters hair and i’m shocked. how you let someone walk out of a salon looking like that is beyond me. and then to refuse to finish the haircut because you made her cry? i’m not sure how this place is a real business.

If you’re in search of a new salon look no farther! Absolutely love this place wouldn’t go anywhere else. Tina is amazing. Noggins definitely has a great team of stylist. I refer everybody here and no one has been disappointed yet. ❤️

This was my first time at noggins as I am following my longtime hairdresser from Regis. I was most impressed with the salon and the way it is set up. All of the stylist's stations are hidden from public view which I really like because it's not pleasant to have your hair all wet and messy for the public to see when they walk in. I will definitely return and I am most grateful that Kandi Jordan my stylist was taken in when Regis closed their doors.

Do not waste your time or money at Noggins Hair Design!!! First experience wasn’t great. Second was worse!! Martha refused to use my 70 remaining minutes of my appointment block after I was late due to a highway accident. I called to report running late and asked to please let me get some partial service but she flat out refused. First appointment was not great either as Lisa S just didn’t listen to my request and I left very disappointed. Will never recommend!

My stylist, Jen, is a gem. Professional yet personal. It's clear she wants you to be happy with her work. She really listens to your desired outcome and delivers with spot on service. I'm 75 years old and this is the best haircut I've ever had - and - she does this over and over again.

Ciara highlighted my hair today and I absolutely love how it turned out! I was a little nervous since i've never gotten my hair done before but she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. She talked about it with me over and over to make sure I knew what I wanted. She truly made me feel confident and beautiful. I would 10/10 recommend going to her to get your hair done!

DO NOT go to ciara. i’m posting 3 dif pics of 3 dif ppl!! do not go to to her. - she was fired from a previous salon. the girl doesn’t do blondes right, and she absolutely can do dark colors, but i see all the reviews and it’s very much hilarious you guys are trying to hype this girl. she can’t do blondes. make sure you lift your hair up and actually look that’s not on the top. btw, for the girlies who have black hair, dark colors, you can’t damage your hair. you’re not bleaching it. you can leave dark colors on however long lol. y’all are her friends and family, not actual people who had no idea who this girl was. we were all truly disappointed and bawled our eyes out. we all had our hair fixed tho, and the lady who did ours was in shock of how bad it was. hair (mine at least)fixed is in the photos 😘

Ciara has always made me feel so beautiful after sitting in her chair! I’m a natural redhead so i tend to stick closer to those shades, however she always captures the right colors for me! And the Extensions!!!! She is a pro when it comes to turning my short hair into long luscious locks! She works magic and I 10/10 recommend this young woman!

Ciara is the best stylist around. Every time she’s colors and cuts my hair- it’s perfect. When she cuts my son’s hair it’s perfect. Ciara has taught me a lot with hair health. I have the healthiest, longest hair that I have ever had. She’s so knowledgeable and passionate in the beauty industry. She doesn’t rush and customer service and satisfaction is her #1 priority. Ciara is the most trustworthy and kindest stylist i’ve ever been too, and is the only person i trust with my hair now. After multiple different sessions and $600 spent trying to get some blonde in my hair after years of black color, ciara got me to a honey blonde during our first session and it didn’t cost me anywhere near what i’ve spent at other salons.

I came to Noggins to see Ciara to pamper myself and get my daughter’s first haircut. She did an awesome job really making sure she understood what we wanted and our hair turned out amazing!! She did so great with my daughter making her first haircut so fun and I cannot believe how affordable it was. Thank you Ciara and Noggins, we will definitely be back. Ps. My hair smells amazing 😂😍😍😍

My daughter's hair stylist, Ciara Sanderfer, did a great job getting her ready for the Father-Daughter Dance. She, the daughter, hadn't washed her hair in days, it was tangled. And she's got a TON of hair. She was really excited about it and was very pleased with the outcome.

This salon was recommended by a receptionist from another salon in the area (Vicky, a receptionist from JC Penneys in Eastgate highly recommended this place, she recommended Ryan). However, when calling Noggins, whatever you do, don't ask for or try to describe "money pieces." (The receptionist had asked what they were and i tried describing them to her, only for her to school me that she had NEVER heard this term and in return I had asked what this salon calls that particular highlight, her response "a few foils". Ok no biggie, I was told this particular highlight was referred to as money pieces. Afterwards, her tone was very pissy for the next 20 seconds of our correct terms battle. I had to hang up on her. Heaven forbid the RECEPTIONIST doesn't understand the term "money pieces." I guarantee if I had been able to actually book an appointment, I bet the hairstylist would have been just fine. (Yes, she did claim to be "just the receptionist"). I thought it was the hairstylists job to understand terms. Hopefully, the receptionist (aka quarterback of the salon) feels better soon.
