⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time getting my eyebrows laminated, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Brows Noire! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The technician was courteous, detailed, and took the time to explain each step of the process, which put me at ease right away. She started by applying the lamination product to my eyebrows. I’ll be honest, the smell was a bit strong—next time, I’ll definitely wear a mask to make it more comfortable. That said, her precision and focus during this step were so reassuring. The time truly flew by, even though the entire process took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. After the lamination was complete, she carefully cleaned up my brows. I haven’t used a razor or tweezers since I was 16, so this part made me squirm just a little—but her gentle approach made it manageable. Once the shaping was done, she applied a product to seal the lamination and explained how often I should come back for touch-ups to keep my brows looking great. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience! My eyebrows have never looked so full, polished, and defined, and I’m so excited about the results. I’ve attached before-and-after photos so you can see the transformation for yourself. I can’t wait to return for my next appointment! Highly recommend Brows Noire!

Nicole is the only person I trust with my brows . My mom and I went to her for our microblading and micro shading! She’s super precise and both our brows turned out amazing. Just went for my 1 year touch up and she slayed again!

I was nervous about the microblading process - it’s pricey and permanent - but Nicole made me feel very comfortable. She explained the process to me thoroughly and showed me a mockup of how my finished brows would look before the actual microblading process. She worked wonders on my thinned out patchy eyebrows and it was definitely worth the money. It has been over a year and besides touch ups here and there to clean the hair around the newly shaped eyebrows, my eyebrows are still full and perfectly in tact. Her space is comfortable and she is very professional and friendly. She is my go to lady for anything brow related. Thanks Nicole. Still in love with my brows :)

Brows Noir has done it again!!! My brows look amazing! Nicole is so nice and gentle. I first received microblading at Brows Noir 5 years ago. I had a great experience then, and I've continued to return since for minor touch ups. ( I have oily skin and have needed more touch-ups over the years as microblading is semi-permanent) Nicole at Brows Noir is the only one who touches my brows. Book with her ASAP.

I had my eyebrows micro-bladed with Brows Noire over a year and a half ago and have yet to need a touch up. I receive compliments all the time and they look very natural. Nicole was very professional and provided the exact look I asked for. Very impressed and will definitely be coming back soon for my touch up when needed! I highly recommend her services!

LOVE my brows! I'm in my second year of having my brows micro-bladed by Nicole and I am in love with them. She made them darker for me on my first touch up just like I like them and the shape is exactly what I asked for. Customer service is top notch and she's very accommodating and patient which is needed for someone like me. Highly recommend you get your brow life together and let her get you right.

Love my micro-bladed brows! They are so naturally full and manicured and I receive compliments all of the time. It also has made regular brow maintenance a breeze because my “shape” is always there. Since my initial visit, I’ve been back twice for my yearly touch ups. Nicole does an excellent job of explaining the micro-blading process and making sure you are comfortable throughout the process.

There are SO MANY microblading places in Chicago, please don’t make the same mistake as me. She has only a handful of reviews for a reason. Stay away from Brows noire!! I’m truly astonished that someone like her has a license to touch other people’s face. It’s been a couple years and my eyebrows have always looked like a really bad tattoo, they never looked like “natural strokes” (See picture). I hate this „tattoo“ that never faded and I’m stuck with and realized my only hope is to pay for laser removal ($1,500) and go through this whole recovery process. She offered to do a cheap non laser removal- fact is I would never let her touch my face ever again plus 3 different reputable specialists looked at my eyebrows and said they will have to be removed with laser, other methods are not recommended in my case. She admitted she made a mistake but wouldn’t refund or cover the cost for the laser removal or anything. On top of that she said that I signed a waver stating that fading may or may not occur. I know that I didn’t sign that, so I asked her to show me proof of the signed document and she claimed not to have it anymore. Ha what a joke! I really hope this helps whoever is looking for a good and reliable service.

Nichole was exceptionally professional and polite. She is good at what she does. Don't be reluctant to go to her, she puts your mind at ease about the entire process.
