Ivy is the best there and I have been a loyal client for a few years. She always does the designs I want and takes her time. My nails are always filed evenly and look amazing. Ppl always want to know who does my nails and it's Ivy. She's so sweet and I consider her a dear friend.

I would follow Ivy anywhere!! She has so much patience with all my crazy ideas from Pinterest lol She is the manager and earned it! Now the chairs well that is the only thing I do not like. The chairs are uncomfortable and the chairs where you get your pedicures do not even work. So they definitely need an upgrade in that department. But if your back can handle it the service is wonderful. Thanks Ivy!

I had tried this place a few years ago. I wasn't thrilled. They didn't do a bad job, just not great. I have recently given them another chance after being very disappointed in the results I was getting at various ones throughout farragut and turkey creek. I have been more than impressed. Ivy not only does fabulous work. She helps you pick and makes suggestions. Her customer service skills and communication is also top notch! They all go above and beyond for us! Thank you guys keep up the great work!

I have had a few pedicures in my day but nothing routine. I enjoy them. However, today, I found the one person that made me understand why I need one… Tony never said a word but saw and felt with his hands a major open compound fracture and fused right ankle, (11 years ago) I chronically hurt . He massaged my right leg in a way of healing. I have no other words than to be in his hands. Still, hours later It feels nice to be relieved of the intensity of the everyday pain. Thank you, Tony!

I had a fabulous pedicure today with Henry. I was so relaxed I believe at one point I might have slept! He did a fabulous job and my feet feel and look terrific. Thanks Henry!

Got a nail fill and my nails are chipping the day after. So I went to get it fixed and it’s the next day and they are chipping again. $90 for paint that is chipping off is insane 💔💔

Ivy does an incredible job!!! She's the best nail tech I've had in Knoxville, for sure, and she's super friendly. The salon also has very reasonable prices, especially for the great quality of work! 10/10 recommend.

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened 8 years ago. Han always does a PERFECT dip/manicure and polish on my toes. Very efficient as I am in and out quickly! Tracie is also Excellent! Salon is so clean! Never go anywhere else!!!!

I’ve been going to Noire ever since they opened their doors. Could not speak highly enough about Han. Her gel and dip manicures are top notch. Thanks to her I’ve been able to keep my natural nails long. Love her mom, Tracie, who is the owner as well.

Great nail salon!! So impressed from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in. I was the only paying customer, but they treated my boyfriend like a customer too. Very friendly and most hospitable staff. Definitely will be back for my Pedi!!

I love this place. It is a small shop, but very elegant. They have all the services one would expect, and the atmosphere is tranquil and spa like. Good pricing for the quality of materials used and attention to detail that is practiced here. All the techs are very skilled, polite, and professional.

Jun was awesome. She was very careful and thoughtful of me and made sure I was always comfortable. I will be back to see her again for sure. Very nice atmosphere and no waiting for me on a walk in. Made my birthday special!

Tried this place multiple times because it's near where I leave and I wanted to give them business. Nice people but the gentleman handed me off to a new manicurist and she spent an awful long time trying to do a French dip, I was pretty much her first client and it looked awful and only lasted less then a week, came back for a pedicure it was great but they told me they are closing and needed me to leave and my nails would be dry in an hour ???, I ended up messing up my nails upon putting my shoes on and went home and redid them again . Never again.

Just don’t get French nails… the shaping was sloppy, my cuticles are uneven and the topcoat has bubbles and the white tips are wonky. I was at that salon with my sister and was left at the table, didn’t get any cuticle oil. Another customer came in unhappy and was redone, but after an hour I didn’t feel like trying my luck with another tech. Not satisfied at all…

UPDATE: It has been over a month since this pedicure and I have one tiny chip. May have been more expensive, but clearly worth it. Best pedicure ever! More expensive than I'm used to, but did a great job.
