I normally have great experiences at this salon and I am not one to write reviews. I have never had a complaint and I’ve been getting my nails done here for about two years. Today I went in for a full set and I didn’t have a preference on anyone doing my nails because all the workers are exceptional at their job but once I got seated I could tell this person did not want to do my nails. He was very rude from the start. Would not stop adjusting my hands and arms telling me to relax. I’ve never had anyone doing my nails tell me to relax my arms and hand saying they are tense. He seemed very rush. When he asked me if I liked them so far I kindly told him I think the nail on my thumb is crooked to which he replied “I’m not done shaping". i said okay and he proceeded to do my nails. He then told me its because your nail is crooked. i told him that is very weird because it has never looked like that. I’ve been going to this salon for two years and have never experienced a “crooked full set” of nails. then he accidentally cut me with the tool and i stayed quiet and flinched but then he went over it again and at that point i pulled my hand back because it really hurt. He never apologized but he did say it cut me because my finger is crooked. After a while, he gets up and stops doing my nails. Doesn't tell me why and somebody else had to finish them. This lady was very professional and paid close attention to detail. She fixed them and they looked beautiful. I just think it was very unprofessional of this man to be so rude and he truly made my experience horrible. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and if you are paying for a service you should be satisfied with it. I didn’t want to lower the ratings of the salon because it really isn’t their fault. I’m not sure if this person was having a bad day or not but I just don’t think they should be insulting to clients and take it out on them. The name on the receipt was “Ky T”. I didn’t catch his name as I wanted to get out of the salon ASAP because he made me cry. I hope that is his name because I don’t want to call out anyone else. He’s tall, skinny, and wears glasses. Please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong about the name. Thank you

Although the nails techs are super friendly as well as perfectionist , and the prices are very reasonable — I would like to see cleaner (edges were stained or dirty) white steaming towels used at the end of a paraffin treatment.

I recently had my first time experience at Noire the Nail Bar & I was very pleased. Katie, did an acrylic refill with a gel polish. She was very sweet, personable & very good at what she does. I will definitely go back & I would definitely recommend the salon to anyone. Thank you again Katie!

Love this place. Everyone is always so kind and it’s so chill. Anne slaaayed my nails. Someone recommended her and I’m so glad she did my nails this morning. Please don’t book her up though 😂.

Extraordinary service by Lili amazing job. So pretty all white all new and they make you feel welcome immediately not like that other place Polished Nails.. TERRIBLE, but thanks to that service I found my NEW HOME for all my spa services… 5********* starts and beyond ….YOU MUST TRY THEM

Love this place! Ive tried a few nail techs and I have been happy with each of them! They also don't talk shit to each other in another language you know is about you Lol Very elegant and professional. I just had it done, color 202 with chrome powder. Pics don't really show how pretry and shimmery it is 😍

The place is clean, chic and modern. All the nail techs are friendly and welcoming. I have rotated techs and honestly I haven’t encountered a problem or an unsatisfactory service. The prices are in range for the area. I totally recommend it!

I've been to Noire 3 times. I keep coming back because of Location, Staff is super nice and friendly, it's clean and I feel fancy when I go there. The 1st time I had acrylic & gel pedicure. While I was there someone walked in to complain about their gel manicure not lasting soon after it was done , however I was very satisfied with my service and it lasted so I figured it was a one off. So I returned another time and even brought a friend. We both had gel manicure however after 3 days most of my gels lifted in the corners. I was so disappointed but I will admit I did wash my hair on day 2 of having them done so I took some of the blame. I returned a 3rd time for a gel mani/pedicure. Again while I was there someone came to complain about their gel manicure not lasting soon after it was done, little did I know that would be my fate. I waited 12hrs before getting my hands wet and when I finally showered or did dishes I wore gloves for the 1st 48hrs as I was determined to be very careful with them. On day 3 one of my gel chipped and on day 4 another chipped as well as 4 of them lifted in the corner. For $108 I would atleast expect to get 2 weeks min out of it. My pedicure is still in pristine condition tho. So if I go back I'll just have my pedicure done cause I do love that place

I too was charged an additional “custom” fee of 15.00. I got a plain manicure. No polish. No artwork. No designs. No clear coat.

Me and my 12 year old daughter went here for the first time and we were very impressed. Nancy did a fantastic job on my mani and pedi and Ky did a great job with my daughter’s acrylics. We will definitely go back!

They are not very price transparent and upfront about your options. I was charged for a gel manicure at the end, when they never asked me in the beginning if I wanted gel or regular polish. I thought my technician was doing regular polish during the process of getting my nails done. Overall, their dishonesty and lack of respect for your finances (and time) left me feeling upset afterwards, even though the nails came out okay. Looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the first person to have had such an issue. Personally I will NOT be going here again.
