I stopped by without an appointment and I was able to be serviced. Everyone there was so attentive and kind, and the salon being brand new was bright and clean. Aerin did my pedicure and did a beautiful job. She was so sweet and took her time in perfecting the French “tip” design. Definitely recommend!

Really nice pedicure. Lots of attention given to all the luxery features like the massage and paraffin. Not like other nail salons where it feels like they’re “just phoning it in.” Will now be my regular go to.

I wanted to like this place, I really did. However As I sat in my chair, I knew I wouldn’t, I instantly noticed how weak the chair massager was and how cold the water was for my pedi chair, they said it was the warmest it went without me saying a word so I’m sure it’s a complaint they have had a time or two. (I found that odd on a 30 degree day.) Secondly, I was given the pamphlet to choose from pedi options and to pick a drink. I chose champagne and it wasn’t available. Not a good sign. Why are you not stocked up on your menu’d items this early on? Pedi Tech was super nice but was super slow on the pedicure. (I never got her name). My pedi overall took 2+ hours and did not appear to be a “two hour worthy job.” I had red nails for the holiday and she left some residual red in the corners of my nail beds. I also had a fillin scheduled afterwards but had to cancel, because I couldn’t wait to leave, so I made an appt elsewhere for the following day. Not sure why they had 3 techs just sitting in the common area just talking, one could’ve come over and assisted to get the customer in and out. Either way, I felt I unappreciated in this not-so-busy establishment. And to top it off, as I was checking out, I presented them with coupon and they told me they were not gonna honor it until I fought them hard on it. How can you tell me no to something you sent me via email as a promotion and yes it was well within the corresponding dates. WOW! Not sure if the other reviews online were paid for or asked for but I can personally tell you it was not what they make it out to be, it was a wasted time. I doubt I’ll be coming back based on a few things. I don’t care how close it is to me. I appreciate quality work and not slow work. This business is going to go down. Good luck to everyone involved

Love love my nails ! Lin does such amazing work, she takes her time ! I also got my toes done and my eyebrows waxed came out great :) definitely would come back. The atmosphere is very nice as well they make you feel very welcomed.

The salon is absolutely gorgeous and the time and attention to detail of my pedicure was the best I ever had. Alice was perfect! Very relaxing experience. I will definitely go back again!! Great addition to downtown Raleigh.

Wow - I’ll definitely be coming back here! Alice did an AMAZING job on my nails! She made sure my nails looked exactly how I envisioned. In addition, the salon is brand new & the prices are very reasonable.
