This place used to be good. They weren't very apologetic about starting 20 minutes late... also the quality has gone down too... more interested in turning a profit versus serving the clients. I will not be back... and I was one of your first clients.

First time at this location and had the reflex/body combo. Very happy with the pressure. Loved the warm bed. The reflexology this time was more like a foot massage which I found very relaxing (and less painful).

Absolutely love the walk in service! I like to come after a long day at work. The atmosphere is so calming and the massage is soooo relaxing. So glad I found this place!!

Best massage I've ever had, and I've had a lot of massages. I'm chronically ill and have chronic pain, and I walked out feeling like a new person. Zero muscle tension and pain free. I will absolutely be back.

Been going here regularly since 2017. Great service for a great price. Mike is the best! He has good technique, a mixture of a deep tissue, sport-massage and acupressure. Highly skilled professional.

They were really nice and good at the massage. I honestly thought I was gonna be sitting in a chair. It's more like a Thai massage parlor with curtains in between so that's why I knocked it off one star because I was hoping for a foot massage and not a a thai lay down situation, but they have specials and there was really nice place.

I have been to this spa for the foot and body massage combo three times now, and I will definitely be booking again! They do a great job of making the atmosphere relaxing and everything seems very clean. I always feel great after getting massages here!

Overall it was great, but need to pay attention to some details. 1) The first time I did the foot massage there, the front desk asked me which kind of herbs that I want to use, but after that time, they never asked me and assumed just water or anything they want to use. 2) Even though the customer and the staff are trying to be as quiet as possible, the wood door couldn’t separate the noise from the waiting area and the hallway, so we could still hear a lot of sound from outside. 3) Privacy should be respect. The room is insulated by door curtain is not enough, there is no real door or lock. For regular foot massage, I sometimes need to share the room with others, but no one notifies me before anyone entering the room. For TuiNa, I need to take off my clothes, the no locks door makes me uncomfortable during the process cause I could hear anything through the curtains.

Very hard to schedule. My husband bought a Groupon voucher for them, not know it was only a $10 discount off their retail price. Then only valid for 90 days. As a new user to Groupon, we didn’t know how to use it. The voucher expired and they want us to pay $25 as an expiration fee and wants me to keep my appointment from Monday to Thursdays as per Groupon voucher fine print? Groupon stated the merchant should honor the value of $59 we paid but now I need to pay more than their website retail price. I really don’t understand their policy.

I walked in out of curiosity and the receptionist told me there’s a weekly special, would I be interested. $59 for 30 min foot reflexology and 15 min body massage I also saw $20 for a 10 min scalp treatment so I asked to add that to the weekly special. The foot reflexology was underwhelming. He also didn’t ask whether his pressure was enough. But when he massaged my neck, he had strength and hit the spot right on. I told him so, and he replied, “Thank you.” The body massage was fully clothed with a towel on top. His pressure was strong and I felt relaxed, making me think I wish I requested a body massage rather than a foot reflexology. Now I know.

This was the strangest massage experience I’ve ever had. Had the Tuina massage and the masseuse massaged me with my clothes on as well as a towel over my clothes. Very bizarre. The amount of pressure applied was okay but it felt like she wasn’t focused on key tension points. Overall the massage felt rushed and underwhelming and I wouldn’t come back. The icing on the cake was the tip request at the end. It was a 21 min massage and tips according to their sheet start from the 1hr services so not sure why there was an expectation for a tip after a short and rushed service. Note: they don’t ask the routine questions e.g trouble areas, if you’re pregnant or have any physical conditions etc. and you don’t sign any waiver forms.

Tuina rocks! I have serious back and muscle issues. She got right in there and works you hard. This isn't a fluffy massage, it's deep tissue body work. Find the knots, break em down. Really amazing experience. Highly recommend

When I entered, I was greeted by the cheerful and attentive receptionist. She got me a package of slippers to walk around in while I was there, and she then guided me to where I could store my shoes. I was then brought to where my massage took place. My massage therapist was professional. When I asked for stronger massage, she did. I have to admit, I think I fell asleep on the massage table. I left feeling rejuvenated and calm.
