I had good pedicure but I believe I was ultimately swindled into getting extra services. My wife and I ordered two classic pedicures about an hour and half before closing. The tech began on my service and my wife waited. My wife became busy with our baby and had to leave. When the tech noticed that she would not be able to perform two services she started doing additional things on me like hot coals, cucumber etc. Half way into this I asked “is this still the classic pedicure?” She said no this is the $78 service I thought your wife said you both wanted $78. Now maybe she really believed that we said $78. But $78 and “Classic” don’t sound alike. In my view, she saw my wife leave and the money left too, so she decided to act as if she thought I wanted additional service. Again the service was good, but maybe just double check what service you are getting so you don’t get hit with a surprise bill at the end. I respect integrity more than the quality service though. I feel as though she should have honored the classic price when I told her I didn’t order the upgraded service.

Horrible attention and work... they charge you for the smallest detail and they do it wrong, the super bad guy paints his nails badly and he doesn't even fix it for you, he gets upset because you tell him to fix something and he doesn't even pay attention..

I don’t know why so many bad reviews. I loved my pedicure and the nail tech was so gentle with attention to detail. I got the cucumber pedicure and omg it was so nice. I loved the hot towels and wax. Will definitely be back. Thank you! It’s is pricy but hello we are in Lake Nona where the rent is higher.

I used to love going to this place always did the best nails. BUT i will never be going back AGAIN, how is it that i grow out my nails super long and i go so they can take off my gel and they chop all of them off. NEVER DID SHE ASK ME HOW LONG TO CUT THEM and when i told her they were my real nails. She said oh yes i see, if you see then why do you proceed to cut them even shorter? Crazy how one worker can change the view of the place. 😡😡. when i got them done they looked great went to take them off JUST THE GEL and this is what she did. THAT WAS MT NATURAL NAIL LENGTH THAT LONG 😡 Before/After

I would give it less than one star if I could. The worst nail experience ever. The guy, I believe is the owner is very rude when you ask him to do what you want. He didn't paint my nails good ,I told him about it and he gets mad saying that it was because of the color I picked and it wasn't. The paint coats are so thin because he is cheap and only wants to save. He ended up fixing with another color but he wasn't happy and had the nerves to ask if I want to add a tip $, lol.

I’ve been going here for awhile. I’ve always make a appointment, so when I go in to get my nails at my appointment time actually I was 5 minutes early… he just took a lady that walked in before me. I waited a couple minutes thinking she might be getting a nail fixed.. but NO he was putting a full set on her. I said after waiting 20 minutes how much longer he said a few. So I decided to leave I had other things planned that day so not very happy at all customer.. What’s the point of making appointments if ur not going to honor them? Took my business elsewhere.

Nail tech watched TV pretty much the whole time I was there. Their tools are not sanitized and my toenails got infected. Not sure how to ad photos

They’re gave me really terrible bud service. Nancy the lady who did my nails was not good person , she made me feel really bad and sad. I ll never go again to this place. I went for pedicured and manicure and I don’t finish because how she treat me. ☹️she was really dirty, and she get angry because I changed my mind before she stared. 😔I don’t recommend this place 🤮

Always a great experience, clean and friendly staff and best of all Kelly is so talented! Always helps me pick out colors and does an amazing job. I’m very particular about my nails but I can put my total trust in her to do an amazing job every single time! Could not recommend her enough😊

Pay Attention when you walk in There's no friendly welcome The Owner never gives you eye contact. The prices are outrageous i was charged 90$ for Dip nails and pedicure. The service Stinks the massage chairs are always broken. Or out of order. The Asian Gentleman is the worst he gave me a manicure after he finishes my full set of dipping nails terrible service here. And my pedicure was not the color i selected he told me to just deal wirh itt When i went back the women did not remove the color she juat painted over it with a new color. very poor customer service the management has lost their Customers Service Skills. I wouldn't bring my Dog here!

Staff keep changing. As soon as you get used to one nail technician they're gone the next week. My husband and I like to get our pedicures together they made him wait for an hour until mine's were already done before they even started on him and we had an appointment!

The lady cut the side of my toenail and pulled towards me, I told her not to do that because it hurts, so she looks at me and starts talking in her language and laughed with co-workers, then did it again with my other toenail. I ended up with both toenails infected after two days. She made a cut on the cuticle on my right hand. When I saw the blood and told her I was bleeding and she ignored me. I won’t go there NOT EVEN For FREE. I don’t even want to do my nails at all now.

Worst nail experience in lake nona, went in for a gel pedicure for a trip and this is what i got! The gel was not cured properly and the quality was poor! save your time and money
