I have been here before when light salon and Kate Somerville were here. Went yesterday 12/21/24 for luxe pedicures with my daughter. When we arrived at 2p I was advised they couldn’t find them. After showing email and speaking with staff they were able to take us about 215p. I have driven from Delaware and I was freaking out that after all that and parking we didn’t have appointments. I was seen by Sangy and she was amazing. She did her best on my feet and to help me forget about my check in experience. A lot of dogs there three as a matter of fact and a women next to us who had her young daughter there while working which was unusual. I love the service but for $80 eaxh there was no spa type atmosphere at all. I did like the service just of you want to charge on the higher end you need to maybe fine tune the surroundings. At one point the little girl was standing very close to me and picking her nose while staring at me how strange? I would return for the employee since she personally did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. Also pedicure stations are very minimum and no massage and just a bowl with a plastic insert and plastic liner and very basic!

I had my brows done with Tykima and I will now only let her touch my eyebrows. She is fantastic! I had made an appointment at the Anastacia brow bar and they cancelled last minute and they offered an appointment with styling instead and I am SO glad they did! Will now be going to her moving forward. Highly recommend.

If you’re going for a facial ASK. FOR. SUSIE! Best esthetician in New York! I was looking to better my skin care routine and it took me a while to find my person, and I found Susie and she introduced me to some Kate Somerville products. Obsessed is an understatement! My skin feels so hydrated all the time, my dry patches are gone! Thank you so much Susie I can’t wait to be back!!

If you want amazing eyebrows, then book immediately with Tykima. I have never had better looking eyebrows. Most people think I’ve done a number of other things but nobody assumes it’s from waxing! The precision and care Tykima provides is what makes her excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!

I’m a 41 year old male and been working construction pretty much my entire life, with that being said I try my best to keep good care of my skin by going for regularly schedule facials and threw out the years have tried many different place, but once I went to Kate Summerville Manhattan, and had a facial and micro needle I knew I wouldn’t ever have a better experience anywhere. Susie goes above and beyond to make sure every experience is nothing but the best and most relaxing, aside the great job she does while there she makes sure to explain and get me the best products to use for my daily upkeep!! I highly recommend the experience there and even more so recommend you go see sue!!!

Terrible experience at Nordstrom Beauty Haven. I had a pedicure scheduled with Blanca and after I said no cutting she cut my toenail very deep down to the quick. I left and didn’t let her finish and the front desk was not accommodating and defended Blanca rather than the customer. I had already stopped going for manicures after I left the salon twice with nail polish down my fingers and once a manicurist left a hair painted in my manicure. I asked her to remove the hair and she painted over instead. After going to Beauty Haven for many years this is the final straw.

Unfortunately the experience has gone downhill at the nail salon here. Prices have gone up with far more limited selection and the front desk was very dismissive about it and didn't give a heads up about the pricing changes when the appointment was made. The techs are still great, but it just doesn't feel worth it to come any more

Had a wonderful experience getting my brows done by Tykima. I haven’t professionally groomed them for years and went to Nordstrom beauty haven on a whim. She exceeded my expectations and provided such a pleasant experience. I’m sure I’ll be coming back!

I booked a facial with Gabriella and it was certainly a top tier experience. She was completely professional & thorough. The entire service was informative, detailed and she also gave skincare tips and encouraged products to incorporate into my everyday routine. I cannot wait to book with her again! Easily one of the best facials I’ve ever received.

I go to Tykeima for all my waxes… not only does she shape my eyebrows correctly but she taught me how to care for them and to shape them with the Anastasia liner. Tykeima is more than an esthetician she is a caregiver for waxes. I never experience an esthetician who tells you what you can use to keep your skin healthy and to prevent ingrown hairs especially down there. The best part is that her professionalism and friendliness makes my visit so enjoyable. Tykeima is the BEST!!!

I got my nails done here before I got married (I’m from out of state) and they squeezed me in that evening. I had some nail art in mind (“I do” on my ring finger) but I ended up not liking it on me so she did a heart instead and it looked amazing!!! The gel has held up so well and the heart is gorgeous.

I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Haven in NYC for a facial with Susan. She was so professional and accommodating for all my needs. It was my 1st facial and the experience was great and my face never felt so smooth, and vibrate than ever ! I highly recommend Susan for all your facial expectations !! 10/10

I had an amazing experience recently that I felt the need to share. I went for a facial and had Desiree from Dr. Dennis Gross as my esthetian/ perform my facial (sorry if my verbiage isn't exact :)) anyway she was amazing. From her professional yet friendly demoneor that made me feel comfortable and relaxed.The whole process was truly awesome. My skin looked (still does!) Amazing and feels great. She gave me great tips, and product suggestions for me. All around I will be back! Thank you Ms. Desiree!

I have had a few facials from Desireé with Dr. Dennis Gross. Desireé has a very calm and positive energy. Her beautiful presence matches her soothing touch. Desireé is extremely pleasant and professional, she is very knowledgeable and takes her work seriously. My skin was glowing for a few days afterwards! I would highly recommend a facial from Desireé because it’s not just about product it’s who is giving the facial.

Ive been going to Takima for my eyebrows for over a year now and she is great. The beauty bar is really nice and super clean. Everone is polite and the sitting area is very comfortable. Takima is polite funny and she knows what she is doing. Im really happy I found her . my eyebrows look amazing

My appointment with Gabriella for the Hydropeptide Signature Facial was nothing short of amazing. She is gentle and super informative of the products you should be using and the ones she recommends. She gave me tips for my diet and let me know exactly was was being done during the facial. I no longer live in the state but she also advised me on what to look for when looking for an esthetician. If you are going to book a facial book with Gabriella! Hurry up your face needs the TLC!

Nordstrom Beauty Haven, NYC, WHO KNEW!! Do you ever wish you could see a good facial masseuse at least 1x a month? That is Gabriella. My visit with her on Mothers Day, a treat by my Daughter, made my day extra special. Her hands were so gentle on my face as she cleansed , exfoliated and peeled the dead layers off. I felt refreshed and My skin was glowing. I did not want to go back outside into the toxic elements. Great Job Gabriella!! 👍🏽 😃🙏🏽

So I woke up on a Wednesday morning with a cystic pimple and I was over it! I did pick at it unfortunately and then decided it was time to start my journey of glowing skin. So I booked the last time slot of the day available and left right after work to get a facial. From the moment you walk in, your greeted and offered water. Gabriella was my Esthetician & educated on my face and the products she was using. I originally booked on thing and she explained the benefits of both and I decided the wet hydra facial is what was best. The whole session was amazing. Every pore felt cleaned out lol and My face left glowing. She also sent me an after care plan which I will continue to follow. I also felt so pampered omg I really needed this! Story time… After months of conflicting schedules with my former spa I struggled to find a spa I can have my monthly facials. I found out about Beauty Haven and specifically Esthetician Gabriela through mutual friends and I must say the experience was amazing to say the least. Gabriela was friendly yet professional, she was positive, handled my skin with care and provided a five star experience. The ambiance was top of the line, the products were of great quality and has done wonders for my skin, as I’ve been a repeat customer after my first great experience. I recommend Gabriela whom I’m now able to call Gabby for all of your beauty needs.

This was my second facial with Desiree at Dr. Dennis Gross and my skin is still singing. When I left my skin was smooth and glowed like a high beam. I really like the vibe she creates in her massage room as well, it's welcoming and soothing. And her music choice is unique yet calming and joyful. She takes her time to really examine my skin and discuss my needs and address them. One of the best facials I've had in a long time. Can't wait to go back!

Today, I connected with aesthetician, Miss Tykima W. I had a Brazilian, whole face, and eye brow wax by Miss T. She took great care of me and made me very feel comfortable, so much so that I was falling asleep while she waxed my face 😆. I suffer from psoriasis from head to toe, so getting a Brazilian wax has always made me feel vulnerable. The fact that she also suffers from the same condition and really understood how I felt, made this whole experience lovely. Already booked another session with her! I definitely recommend her for your waxing services!

Tykima did my brows and she did a fantastic job. I have gone to brow bars at Sephora and other places, but I always left disappointed. After many waxings and threadings my brows are very thin and don’t grow but Tykima shaped them to a perfect finish and I’m thrilled with the look. I have already booked a future appointment

When I heard there was a Kate Clinic in New York - I booked a facial asap. I did the platinum spa treatment with Susan and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. Susan was so knowledgeably and professional. If you’re ever visiting the NYC area I highly recommend their services.
