Mala actitud de parte de la persona na que me atendio, no hiso El Corte que le p di y Todo a la prisa de mala ganas pesimo cerbicio ,no Lo recomiendo.Terrible service, I do not recommend it, nothing professional, bad attitude and they make cuts reluctantly.

My previous rating was deleted . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever come here I asked for a silver gray ombre hair well she dyed my roots even when I stated I didn’t want my whole hair being silver gray . I didn’t mind paying the money I had to go 3 times since my hair was black but I wish she would of been honest with saying she didn’t know how to do what I was asking for . Safe to say I stopped coming in because she still wanted me to come back and my hair felt like an elastic. Legit an elastic I would brush my hair and it would bounce back up . And yes it was Norma who did my hair . Wish I could give it zero stars.

This salon is the worst at following directions I decided to get a fresh new cut for school right? Their worker messed me up straight up cut 9 inches of my hair leaving me with chest length I’ve grown out my hair for more than my entire life I said I wanted layers but no this lady gave me the shortest hair possible / if your getting a cut and planning to go here I suggest you not their employees workers will mess you up 1 star.

El día domingo 27 de febrero del 2022 lleve a mi hijo a que le cortaran su cabello lleve fotos de como quería que se lo hicieran , lastimosamente se lo dañaron , lo dejaron casi pelón cuando dije como lo quería y hasta enseñe fotos , mi niño es de cabello riso y quería que se lo dejaran aún conservando sus risos , a él lo atendió una chica tatuada que tiene tinte rojo y negro en su pelo , por otra parte a mi me atendió otra chica morena de cabello rizado , ella hizo muy buen trabajo en mi y me gustó el corte que a mi persona me hizo y mis cejas igual . El servicio de ambas chicas fue muy diferente lastimosamente no me se los nombres , la chica que me atendió a mi , muy profesional en cambio la que atendió a mi niño que le corto horrible su cabello de profesional no tiene nada pues hasta estaba con sus audífonos escuchando música mientras le cortaba el cabello a mi hijo . A mi hijo y a mi nos atendieron al mismo tiempo lastimosamente no me pude fijar en el desastre que le estaban haciendo a mi niño de solo dos años en su pelo riso .

I've been here a few times I've never had an issue, my most recent visit wasn't too satisfying., Upon returning too Norma's,long after my last experience it was delightful. and the young lady that cut my hair was very polite and thorough she did a remarkable job. Thank you Norma's.

My son had his Best hair cut he ever had in the US. We have been here since a year and this is the 5th salon that we go to . And finally he got the best hair cut ever . That fits his face and his style. The price is very good too Highly recommended 😊

Norma is a sweet person and the only person to count on anything hair eyebrows and even on your kids she is very very good with kids👍😄 I been going there like about 5 years great job😄 Always and forever

Not worth it, they didn't close till 7, and the lady said she was attending one last customer and she was too tired after doing 20 haircuts and she was just sitting in the chair while one of her customers was waiting for her to finish.

I was very displeased with the hair cut. If my bangs were cut without being rushed it would have been worth the price. The haircut ruined the overall look. Norma cut my bangs straight instead of layered. She tried to play it off and even said I would look “sexy” for my husband. She knew it looked ridiculous. It does not matter if the hair color was nice or not, the hair cut completely ruined the look. I specifically told Norma I did not like how my hair looked and she shrugged unknowing what to do next. I do not care about the price I care about my hair and leaving extremely unhappy. You clearly do not know what great customer service is. My hair looks ridiculous and it was an erroneous mistake made by Norma. I was reluctant to pay only because my hair looked so disgustingly nasty and ugly not because I was unable to. This salon is very disgusting with horrendous customer service. I will never return to this salon. Your reply was childish and immature to think that it was not the fault of Norma.
