After 40 years of having massages for my aches and pains, Melissa is actually the best! Not a top spa in Puerto Vallarta, Caesar’s Palace, The Az Biltmore or the Camelback Inn. They may offer the spa experience, but sometimes I just need to feel better and get rid of neck and back pain. Her massage is so much better! Melissa offers an experience in wellness through her massage techniques. She is an aromatherapy connoisseur, she offers out of this world hot stones that feel different than others I’ve experienced. Melissa is not only knowledgeable about wellness, she absolutely loves what she does. My impression of the building where she is located was not my cup of tea. Parking lot needs new pavement. Some clean up, but once I walked into her suite and her massage room, it didn’t matter. She is the best, her room is very clean and she takes pride in her business! Highly recommend!

Melissa is an excellent, caring massage therapist. I needed treatment after a car accident and she helped me a great deal! I have had massage in many places but she was by far one of the best practitioners I have ever had the joy to meet. She found the knots and painful places and worked hard to relieve my headache, neck pain, and back pain. Don’t hesitate she is worth the visit!

Melissa offers incredible massages and energy work. I had a wonderful experience coming here. She immediately made me feel safe and walked through the whole process. She had a range of different tools (hot stones, jade paddles, essential oils, CBD) that she used throughout and was conversant in a range of different approaches to healing. I felt the energy work was particularly powerful as she identified areas of emotional blockage for me and helped to clear those as well. I would 100% recommend her!

My experience has been amazing every time I've gone here. I've done the 75 minute massages and that alone is a better deal than the commercial places around town. In addition, Melissa is incredible at meeting me where I am on my health and wellness journey. She helps me seek what is highest and finest for myself. I would recommend this place to anyone! I feel very lucky to have found Melissa at North Central Massage and Aesthetics. My primary job is caregiving to a great man who doesn’t walk. She could tell I was in pain and worked with me through fascia healing, fractured shoulder, and energy healing. I came out feeling great realizing that I was taking on his pain. I have been blessed to see Melissa twice now! I knew I'd be back after only 10 minutes of my very first interaction with her. My body is full of pain as I have fibromyalgia. I don't take medications, so these sessions I've had with her was all natural and honestly validated that I can manage my pain on my own. I felt my body open up in ways I've never felt before, im even walking more comfortably now. After seeing her you just feel on top of the world, lol. I also learned soooo much about my body and what works for me through her. I felt like I owed her with all I got in my package lol. Melissa's massages are my happy place! I just feel so grounded after seeing her and I CANNOT wait to book another session! She even gave me a mixture of what I needed to help me with any flares and they last sooo long! It's rare nowadays to find someone that cares and WANTS to help and give you that peace and well being! I am so grateful 🙏🏾

Wow. She was so good I got an extra hour! Her technique was new to me. She explained everything as she went along and asked questions ensuring my experience was perfect. Although others have used hot stones on me and I wasn't impressed, I told her she can try. Her technique was so different and somehow worked better than deep tissue massages. I was putty before I left, stiff and in pain when I arrived. I wish she lived near me! Susie from Florida
