I had a fantastic experience! Very calm relaxing atmosphere. My nail technician was very sweet, sanitary, and did excellent work on my pedicure. I chose the lavender pedicure with a scrub and lotion and it was soo relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been to many nail salons but once I visited this salon last year, I haven’t gone anywhere else. The service is exceptional every time and the environment is very nice. Their products are of good quality too. I’ve started getting designs on my nails and Mariah does a great job!

Amazing. My husband sent me here as a birthday present. I had a massage, facial, eye brow wax, and pedicure. Loved all or them. She did an amazing job and the prices are great. Ask for Mariah! I'll definitely be coming back.

AMAZING. Lisa gives the best facial and Kate does hair the best. Prices are fair and service is top notch. So happy I live down the street from this amazing salon! Definitely my forever go to for all my pampering 😌🤗

I got a dip powder manicure and it chipped after one week. I’ve been getting dip for about two years and this had never happened before. Shop owner was rude. Won’t be going back.

I have been coming to this salon for about 2 years now and have gotten many manicures and pedicures and my experiences have always been positive. The people who work here are friendly, make you feel relaxed and have great attention to detail on nails. The salon itself is spacious and clean and is a good place to bring larger groups (just make sure to call for a reservation!). They offer a lot of other services that I personally haven’t tried but those I’ve seen get facials, haircuts, etc. always seem really happy with the results before they leave. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a regular place to get your nails done.

Me and my friend went here to get acrylic full sets, we both had appointments but the lady who helped us had a rude demeanor. The first thing that happened was that as she was filing the acrylics down, she cut my friend’s fingers several times with the file until she was bleeding, and the blood got on the file. She then proceeded to use the same bloody file on my nails and also cut me with it. It’s not acceptable to reuse a nail file that has blood on it! It took two hours for us to get our nails done and when they were done they were misshapen, crooked, and the design was not what we asked for at all. The salon atmosphere was not relaxing, instead it was super stressful and all the techs looked upset. Sorry to say that I’m never going here again!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon!! Lisa was so kind and welcoming!! She spoke with me and my friend (Sofi and Amber) the entire time and made us feel so special! Our nails look wonderful and it was such a wonderful experience!! 10 out of 10!!!

This place was amazing! I came in with my autistic daughter, who was very excited to be there. This was her first time ever in a nail salon. She walked around the salon ( which was very clean) many times laughing out of excitement. Although she decides to not get her nails painted the staff made her feel very welcome and attempted to make her comfortable! This was very appreciated as there are not many places in general that are inclusive for those with disabilities! Thank you we will be coming back!

Loved it! Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!! Spotless clean salon with hair, nails, waxing, and massages :) Kate did a perfect shampoo, blow dry, and curl on my hair for a luncheon. Reasonably priced too!

This is a wonderful salon. My nails were terrible after our stay at home order. Lisa rejuvenated my nails and did a wonderful skilled French white tip treatment. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing service! I’ve been going here for years and not only is it convenient but they do an excellent job. Let them know what you want and they ask questions along the way to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for! Lisa sets great prices that’s usually a few dollars less than other nail salons. Love it!

Decided to take a chance and scheduled a hair cut today with Elizabeth for the first time. She's an awesome stylist and definitely asks questions so you walk out of there getting exactly what you wanted. Absolutely fantastic and I'll be going back AND recommending her to everyone.

This salon ruined my hair. I’ve been taking extreme care of my hair for 15 years; it is very long (lower back) and very healthy. I recently moved to the area and my usual stylist was not available so I tried this salon for a simple root touch up prior to a work event. They turned my hair pumpkin orange and blunt cut my hair for a “face frame.” The owner and stylists were so unprofessional and thought going to cvs to get color spray would be an appropriate fix—This should speak to the level of experience. It was a scene and horribly embarrassing. I had to leave work the next day to see my usual stylist to try to fix this disaster. I also consulted with my old stylist from my previous state where I moved from. My current and old stylist were absolutely shocked. It took 7 hours and hundreds of dollars to get my hair back to a normal color. The cut was not able to be fixed, it was deemed that the best way to fix it would be to let it grow out and then try to shape it in. North Raleigh Salon and Spa was texting/calling me and threatening to sue me for writing a bad review on Yelp. They also contacted the salon that fixed my hair and tried to blame them and not reimburse me. They also gave out my personal contact information and had other employees there text me. It became a harassment issue and almost needed to resort to legalities. I never got reimbursed due to this constant harassment. 3 MONTHS LATER — My hair is still so damaged and unfortunately, I had to resort back to darker shades because my hair can not handle lighter processing. I just hope that no one else experiences this type of embarrassment and disappointment. It will take years to get my hair back to a normal healthy state to accept blonde/lighter colors well. Please find another salon- 15 years of no heat, conditioning treatments, air drying, etc is ruined and could have been avoided, not to mention the mental stress they put me through- it’s not worth it.
