If you're considering visiting this nail salon, I would recommend looking elsewhere. My experience here was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and care in their work. The staff were not only rude but also made comments in their language, which came across as disrespectful and insensitive to customers who don't speak it. I've been to many nail salons, and unfortunately, this one stands out as the worst in terms of service and quality. I hope they take steps to improve both their attitude and attention to customer satisfaction, though I doubt they will. Also, the pedicure tubs are dirty and not properly cleaned, even when they use plastic liners. The tools also aren’t sanitized thoroughly, which is concerning. If you prioritize cleanliness and are cautious about the same tools being used without proper sanitation, this salon is definitely not the place for you.

80$ for simple almond one solid color nails. 105$ for black French tip and solid with glitter almond, They do great work but I think charging for “cuticle oil” and small design, overcharge. Please change. Thank you.

Rude is an understatement... My daughter and I decided to have our feet done to spend some quality time together. Once I sat down and picked up the "menu," the lady who did my daughter's nails was upset that I didn't choose the $50 package for both of us, and she charged us an extra $15 each for gel. The guy who did my pedicure couldn't hide his displeasure with my choice either and was rude throughout the process. He handled my feet roughly and kept pulling on them. I wanted to leave, but I didn't want to ruin the experience for my daughter. First and last time.

I love coming here for all things nail related Mr. Sonny is the absolute best! He is always game for what designs I bring him & helps me work through the idea I have in my head. Mr. Sonny is the only person I let do my acrylics. He pays close attention to details. He always does his very best to meet my requests.

I just tried this nail salon after hearing a friend recommend it, and I was really surprised! The space is so chill, I felt very relaxed. The nail technician is super sweet, offers great advice, and their skills are top-notch. I will definitely return many times!

It feels as comfortable as being at home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are extremely friendly. I had my new nails done by John, and I am very pleased! The prices are also very reasonable.

I’ve been a customer of this salon since the day they open in the Northeast. I absolutely love the owners. They always treat me with so much kindness and respect, but I like to share a personal experience after having acrylic nails for a long time I decided that I would allow my nails to heal, so I stopped getting them done but on this particular day, a gentleman, his name is Sonia , he came up to me and asked, “no nails”, I said no I’m allowing my nails to heal. Then he said to my surprise “let me do them”. Trust me usually I stick to No, but when he said it twice, I decided to give him a chance , let me tell you, ladies and gentlemen this guy did a beautiful job on my nails amazing I have never ever had my nails done in such a professional loving manner ever! And my nails healed nicely. Now no one can do my nails better than Soniy. if you ever get a chance to visit Northeast Nail Spa ask for Soniy trust he won’t let you down. I absolutely adore this shop. I won’t go nowhere else in the city of EL paso.

Never again. Paid $50 for a pedicure and it looks like 5 year old did it. Went there because my daughter wanted to go there but never again.

They are very rude! I don’t think they sterile their equipment the way they should . I literally seen one of the nail tech use some of the drills that looks nasty. Also they get mad when you ask them to fix your nails. I never get my cuticles cut cause I don’t trust the equipment. Also the pedicures are trash . Felt like I didn’t get one did my heels still had dry skin on it and it was rushed . If I am paying my hard earned money I expect my nails and toes to look great !!!! . The need to be inspected for sterilization
