I was pleasantly surprised. The Rene listened to what I wanted in a cut & followed through. She permed my hair, explained everything & my hair came out very nice. I will return & have Rene cut my hair again. I will say she was pretty much alone in this busy salon which meant she was interupted many times while I had to wait for her to continue working on me. This certainly was no fault of hers & she apologized several times. The owner should make sure there is 1 or 2 more people there to help with phone, etc. Especially when a someone goes to lunch or on break.
