I saw Jessica for Dysport and I’m thrilled with my results—even though I just had it done this morning! I can already see a difference and it’s such a confidence boost. Jessica did an amazing job personalizing my treatment, and her injection technique was flawless. What really stood out to me was her honest and patient-centered approach. Unlike other places I’ve been to, where I’ve felt pressured to get more product than I needed, Jessica focused entirely on what would work best for me. It’s clear her priority is achieving natural, beautiful results—not upselling for profit. I’ll definitely be back!

Consulted with Jennie who suggested Morpheus over the Sofwave treatment that The Fitz (Old Town) had recommended for me. Unlike The Fitz, Northwestern Med Spa Streeterville has both Morpheus and Sofwave available so Jennie's opinion was not based solely on what treatments are available at the spa. When I asked Jennie why she recommended Morpheus (which turns out to be considerably less expensive than Sofwave), she indicated that Morpheus should give me the benefits I was looking for (easing out some fine lines and smoothing my skin's texture) while also providing a little bit of tightening. I really liked that she listened to what I wanted to fix and that she was honest in her assessment. The first Morpheus treatment was not easy. There is heat and what sounds like a staple gun passing over my face. There are 23ish needles puncturing the skin each time. You can smell the heat. Jennie was really thoughtful about taking breaks- somehow knowing exactly when I needed a break- maybe she saw my legs moving around as the treatment got a little "spicy" (an adjective used in an article I had read about Morpheus). She has a good sense of humor- which I really appreciated. The room is comfortable and clean. It is not too cold or too hot. It was not the longest hour of my life. I am glad I sought out a second opinion. Jennie's experience includes working alongside a dermatologist and also a plastic surgeon- a combination that allowed me to feel confident in relying on her professional opinion. The results take several months to really show and while, the results vary from person to person, I am very glad that I trusted Jennie's informed opinion.

I went to Jessica for nanoblading for my eyebrows before/after chemo and she was wonderful. The eyebrow color was perfect and they truly look so natural. I would recommend her to anyone looking for nanoblading!

Best of the best! I have used this med spa for about 2 years now and they are the most talented group in the city. Katie is extremely detailed with her botox and filler. I have never bruised, always look natural and they are so professional. Find a great med spa and injector can be daunting but everyone at NSPS will out you at ease. Cannot recommend more and will be flying back to Chicago just to continue seeing this team! ❤️

Got my lips done recently with Rachel and she did a phenomenal job! This was only my second time getting them done, the first being 2 years ago with a dermatologist. Part of the reason it took me so long to get them redone was because I felt like I looked like a duck for an entire month until I was happy with them and dreaded having to deal with that again. I was open to trying someone new to see if the outcome would be different and after a little research someone recommended Rachel so I figured I'd give her a shot.... and I'm so happy I did! The day/night of getting it done, I always get super nervous because if anyone's experienced it..it can be a little rough with swelling, redness, etc, however, I'm writing this only 3 days post filler and they already look amazing and super natural. I can tell she really took her time and will definitely coming back to see her again next time (and definitely won't be waiting two years this time😊)

I'd been considering it for a while, and after a detailed consultation, I knew I was in the best hands. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, and the results have exceeded my wildest expectations. Monika's expertise, kindness, and genuine care made the process a breeze. She answered all my questions before and after, eased my nerves, and made me feel so confident in my decision. Kayla kept me in the loop on a pre and post care instructions which was crucial. I had a great experience with Jess doing my botox. She makes sure you look natural. She explains everything while injecting. Ana did hydro facial for me and my skin looked fantastic. I liked that the staff was pleasant and professional from the front desk to medical staff. This is my go to place for spa services.

I’ve been going to the Streeterville location for over 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jess has done my fillers and Botox and she is a true artist. Answers all my questions and is kind and professional. She always follows up on my results (which I love). Gaby has done my brows and they look fantastic, another artist! They are the best. I won’t go anywhere else.

My experience at Northwestern Medspa was nothing short of perfect! The office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the treatments they provided. Every appointment I’ve had has been on time which is the icing on the cake. Leading up to my wedding I wanted to do something to give myself the bridal glow we all dream of. I started with a hydro facial and micro needling with Morgan and both were amazing and yielded high quality results. She even emailed me the next day to follow up and make sure I was doing well. I’ve also gone for Botox with their amazing PA Lexy. I will go back again and again! This spa is top notch. Would recommend to anyone

I began going here to follow my injector Dr. Rachel (I will follow her anywhere she goes). She is caring, communicative, organized, and does amazing work! Her skincare guidance is also top tier. Very amazing spa! I heard about the spa from a friend and decided to look up their instagram for more information. I loved what saw made an appointment with Morgan for a facial and it was amazing! My skin was flawless after and I felt so squeaky clean. Also i had no idea if i had dry or normal skin and she explained the difference very well. Everyone in the office greated me kindly and made me feel so welcome. I will be treating myself again soon! If your considering going just do it girl!

I had a wonderful first lip injection experience here at the Med Spa. My lips were medium size and I wanted a bit of enhancement, nothing too noticeable. I filled out an email inquiry through the MedSpa website and within 10 minutes, I got a phone call with the front desk. I met with Rachel for a consultation and we picked out the type of filler and go over some basic questions and breakdown of the procedure and aftercare. After my procedure and recovery period, my lips look BEAUTIFUL! So natural and gorgeous. I highly recommend the Med Spa!!

Working with Morgan on skincare treatments has been a pleasure. I highly recommend a visit to her for your treatments - she is the calm nature you want guiding you when seeking out slightly painful procedures. Her methodical way of letting you know what’s coming blended with her warm, affable personality helps alleviate the stress one feels in the unknown of treatments, tolerance and expectations. I would readily recommend visiting her and the Med Spa!

I went to Northwestern for dermal fillers yesterday. I requested something to lift my eyebrows a litte, create a narrower looking nose, and to fill in under eye area. I was seen by Dr. Schierle. He explained that he has never done eyebrow area before but was open to trying anything. He also told me to try restalyne for nose and eyes and volume? (I believe dont qoute me) for cheeks. I asked him how many would i need for both to be done and get good results. He stated it could be 2 a piece for both them but then kept saying lets start with 1 a piece for affordability. I agreed since he was a doctor but when he was done I could tell that one a piece was not enough and there were no changes to the areas I requested. I ask him can we add more to the undereye area and he kept bringing up price and saying lets wait a few weeks due to financial reasons??? Like i dont have the money! Now idk if it was at the end of his day and he wanted to go home or what but i left out extremely unhappy because i spent 1700$ and there is no results at all! I was fine with paying for the extra 2 fillers for better results but he said we should wait? Im not an expert but I have watched several videos and did my research before coming into his office and I have seen people leave the office and you can see a change immediately. Im dissapointed in the service provided especially with me spending 1700 already and wish everything could have been done in one day. I plan on going elsewhere for a company that has time for their patients and one that does not question someones financial status by the way they look.

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Gaby and LOVE the outcome! My only regret is that I did not do it sooner! She is a wonderful person, her work is incredible, she is extremely knowledgeable and talented...She is truly the best! Additionally, the staff are so sweet, everyone is very welcoming, the office is extremely clean, and in a great location!

If you want A+ work, go see my girl Stacy at NW MedSpa. Not only is she kind, smart and accommodating but she makes sure that your comfort is at the highest priority. I've been getting botox from stacy for several months now and every session im blown away by my results. I was super nervous to start getting injections, because let's be honest we have all heard horror stories. But stacy quickly took away all my fear and made me feel not only safe but excited.
