I loved this place! I had some ClassPass credits I wanted to use so I decided to book a massage and found this place. I’m so glad I did! The space is beautiful and the therapeutic massage I got was heavenly. Having free parking is also a plus! I will definitely book more services here in the future.

I booked through ClassPass last minute because I had some expiring credits and needed a massage... Not only was it totally worth it, I am excited to return. How have I lived in Manayunk for 5 years and never been here?! Rasahn was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I informed him that I had dislocated my shoulder within the last year, and while he remained gentle with the area, he focused on getting the knots out and providing me with much needed relief. His pressure touch is on point. Will absolutely be returning and referring friends & family!!!

I had a massage, facial, and sauna session today. As someone who suffers with chronic pain, Rashan was able to work through all the knots and tightness. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. Crystal was also great with the facial. I will definitely be back. Had no idea this spot existed right in my neighborhood. Check it out. ☺️

Rasahn (the person who gave me my massage) hit areas that I didn't even realize were sore/tight. Highly recommend the massage here especially for athletes - he is determined to get those knots out!! 💪

I booked a massage on ClassPass because I needed to use up some credits quickly and am so glad I did! This was by far the best massage I’ve had in a while. Rasahn had such a calm energy and was incredibly attentive. I was especially impressed that he was able to get into every part of my shoulder girdle by moving around my arms. I don’t think I’ve felt this open in my shoulders in years. He is clearly really knowledgeable about the body and his questions and attentiveness cultivated an environment that felt both safe and peaceful. It felt very trauma-informed which I appreciated so much. Will definitely come back to check out their other services too.

I found Nostalgia through a quick google search of spas by me and it did not disappoint! My massage and facial were incredibly relaxing and refreshing. Crystal and team were sweet and professional. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

I had a 10am massage booked and when I showed up it was closed. When I called the number the person said they did not check the correct calendar and that I would have to come back at 12. Just extremely unprofessional all around.

Had a great birthday experience at Nostalgia. Was given spa day package that included foot detox, sauna, facial and massage. I enjoyed it all! The massage from Rasahn was everything that I needed and the best massage I've had in quite some time. It was all very relaxing. One thing is that it was quite cold in there but I did notice the beds were heated but it would be nice to have it a little warmer in there. I will definitely back soon for facials and massages!

I get a massage every few months at various places. I selected Nostalgia for the first time because it was a convenient location for me and on ClassPass. I’m so glad I found this place, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Very thorough. Great pressure while checking in with me. I feel so much better after. Highly recommend!

I moved to Manayunk a few years ago and wanted to find a good massage place. After trying several spots, I found Nostalgia to be the best of the bunch. The online scheduling process is easy at Nostalgia. I frequently find a time that works for me, and the team is flexible when occasional conflicts arise. I’m a runner and need to get loose before big races. Not only does the Nostalgia team do good work, but they’re also very personable and provide strong value compared to other Philadelphia massage locations. I can recommend Nostalgia to anyone looking for a great massage.

This is my second time booking with this wonderful spa .The services are amazing, and the atmosphere is very inviting . The massage therapist there I would recommend his name is Rasahn. He does a wonderful job .my body feels awesome after my message session .This place is a 10/10 for me . Very affordable as well ❤️

As a former acrobat, my body has been subjected to immense stress, leading to a decade of accumulated pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. I work out in the gym within the same building but never thought to go into Nostalgia Wellness and Aesthetics Spa... but I wish I had sooner. My masseuse Ra possesses a unique ability to genuinely connect with his clients and discern the source of their discomfort. He attentively listened to my history, demonstrating sincere empathy for my years of pain. With his expert hands and intuitive touch, Ra worked meticulously to release the knots that had been distressing my upper body muscles. I’m not exaggerating when I say that, throughout the session, Ra's touch unraveled years of built-up tension, as if he was peeling away layers of physical and emotional strain. When I left the spa, I could feel a remarkable difference in both my body and spirit. He also gave me great advice on the habits to adopt that will ensure I can continue to work out at a high level without further injuring myself, which has empowered me to pursue my fitness goals with newfound fortitude. I wholeheartedly recommend Nostalgia Wellness and Aesthetics Spa, and I urge anyone seeking relief from physical or emotional discomfort to schedule an appointment with Ra. He’s mindful that all bodies require different types of attention, he has expert skill, and my overall experience at this spa left me feeling revitalized, both inside and out. They offer so many treatment types, but I'm a regular for massage because it makes me better!

This place is a hidden gem! It’s a small spa that offers a full experience. I got a massage, foot detox, and sauna and can confirm all were lovely. Crystal is professional and kind. I will be back!

This review is long overdue. Had the pleasure of treating myself to a spa day in December as a birthday gift to myself. My first visit to a spa. Wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and felt comfortable. My massage was amazing, and the foot detox and sauna were relaxing. I was offered water and wine. Then my facial!! It was wonderful . I left feeling great and glowy. I recently went back for a facial,and it was just as I remembered from December. I will be back every month to keep my skin on point and make it a point to do a spa day 4 times a year!!

Booked a couples massage through Groupon, great deal for the services provided. Free parking available. Masseuse asked about problem areas to focus on, what we do for work to figure out what stress points to target, and was extremely professional and kind. Space was clean and the music selection was perfect for setting the tone. My husband and I had to get our massages separately, but the quality was amazing. It was a great first massage experience and we will definitely be back!

Booked my appointment at least a week in advance. I showed up to my appointment today about 5 minutes early, walk into the dark space, and received no greeting from staff. I took a seat and waited about 10 minutes for someone to come up, that never happened. I sent a text to the number I used to book my appointment (purchased a Groupon so I didn't use their website to book) and got a call 6 minutes later saying the facial technician has Covid and won't be able to complete my service. I booked a Brazilian and leg wax, not a facial. I was then told I could wait about an hour for someone to show up to complete the service. I think not. I left and went to Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia! on Main St. they quickly serviced me without an appointment. Won't be returning.

I visited this location in Manayunk for the first time and had a 90-minute therapeutic massage. I haven’t had a massage in a few years and it was incredible. I felt very relaxed the whole time and the environment was so calming from start to finish. The pressure was perfect for my body as I am very active and have collected quite a few knots. By the end of the massage, I was ready to sleep for about 15 hours, I was so relaxed. Definitely hope to come back soon!!!

Wow I had a great experience and this massage was TRULY an incredible massage. Rather than being cookie cutter and routine like other places this was very specific to my needs and intentional. Rasahn was amazing and I’m sure Crystal is too! The environment was really relaxing and such a nice ambience, very clean and has parking near by. Will absolutely be back!

I LOVE Nostalgia Wellness and Aesthetics Spa! I’ve struggled with dry skin and acne for the past few years and since starting monthly facials with Nostalgia back in August 2022 I’ve seen a huge improvement. Not only is my skin more hydrated, the acne has also vastly reduced and I’ve experienced way less irritation and redness. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable and has recommended a few new skincare products to help remediate the issues that I experience and she’s given me samples to take home and try and they’ve been great - I can’t wait to purchase after my next facial (bonus - they’re very reasonably priced!). She’s also a lovely individual who is happy to share her experience and is a pleasure to be around. I’ve received one massage since starting my membership and it was excellent!! The sauna is a great perk and the facility is always clean and tidy, not to mention very calming and zen. 10/10 highly recommend for a great gift or treat-yourself membership!
