She's amazing at what she does. I booked a 2-hour session that included a very deep tissue massage, a form of stretching that reminded me of my track days, and a facial. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there was no communication throughout the massage to check in about the amount of pressure. Other than that, she was great, and I plan to schedule with her again.

Erika is so sweet and her hands are magical. Best massage I’ve had in a very long time. For days my neck and shoulders have been stiff with very limited mobility. Erika worked those kinks right out. Her space is so calm and relaxing. I will definitely be returning!

Erika gives some of the best massages I've ever had! She really knows what's she's doing and provides the perfect balance of relaxation but also serious deep tissue work. The pacing is perfect. I always feel so comfortable and never rushed. All around amazing start to finish!

Erika is amazing!!! Highly recommend her as a massage therapist. Recently moved to NoDa from Mooresville. I tried a different therapist before Erika and although the previous therapist was good, she was not excellent. First, thank you to Erika who is amazing and one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to (in 15+ years). I have already set up repeat appointments. Ms. Ericka was very solid. She was very professional and and even helped me get to her location when needed as I got lost some on the way there lol. She was very informational and knowledgeable about her craft. Yes , I am a health professional and powerlifter myself but , learning from others is something I enjoy because you never know what you’re going to learn new in this world. Erika is amazing! I’ve been here multiple times and it is one of the best massages I’ve gotten. She focuses on actually working out your sore muscles and knots. The hot towels and cupping are game changing. Highly recommend Nourish massage!
