Amazing experience here. Lisa at the front desk is the most helpful. The salon is impeccably clean, bright and peaceful. The scalp analysis with Rochelle was informative and she went over and beyond to educate me about what we were seeing and only recommended products that I needed. I do wish I had done the full work-up with the shampoo and all but I had just had my hair washed two days before.

I’ve found my forever hair home! This place exudes professionalism and cleanliness! My stylist, Kia LaPosh is a true slaymaster! She gets you in and out with style, as well as a smile! I love the fact that they provide exceptional hair care products and that they are focused on hair care along with style which is a win win for their clients. I also met the owner who is absolutely amazing! If you want hair growth, slaying hair and a totally rewarding hair experience please visit this wonderful establishment. You won’t be disappointed.

I came in thought I was going to get some help I have very very short thinning hair they charged me $250 for some hair color and some finger waves and I was there over 6 hours very disappointed will never come there again

I was really disappointed with my experience here. My stylist, Kia, did not come very close at all to the photo (the girl pictured in the black shirt) that I showed her even though she said she could cut it like that initially, and unfortunately I was in the salon for 5 hours. I spent 150 dollars on a style that really didn’t look like what I asked for, so I was pretty bummed. I’m sure Kia is very talented; I just felt like maybe this time around she didn’t keep in mind the style that I had asked for and wasn’t prioritizing my time in comparison to other clients. More details: I came in so excited to get my hair done this past weekend, on Saturday. (I had grown it out for a year and my hair was long enough to get the style I wanted.) My appointment time was at 9:30 am (I arrived at 9:20) and the stylist, Kia, was done with my hair at 2:10pm. (For reference, this is not the account/name that I booked the appointment with.) I went in and asked for a pixie cut- I had a specific photo that I showed Kia, where the hair in the front looked layered and reached the girl’s eyebrows. I was so sad when I left with a bowl looking cut, almost bluntly cut across my forehead with a little flat iron bump at the ends and was at least an inch above my eyebrows. Kia first had someone blow dry my hair before anything else was done because she said she wanted to cut my hair before she flat ironed it. But then once they were done blow drying and she came over to examine, she said she was just going to cut it after it was flat ironed instead. She made a few snips and then sent me to get my hair washed. So it seemed like they blow dried my hair the first time for no reason, which also contributed to why I felt like maybe Kia wasn’t really prioritizing my time and I ended up being there for 5 hours. I then got my hair washed, conditioned, steamed (the lady who did this service was very kind and made sure I was comfortable, she was the best part of the experience, thank you!) and then blow dried again. It was nearly 12 when all of that was done. I waited for Kia to finish other people’s hair for a long while even after my hair was ready for her to flat iron. What confused me the most is that she would do one part of my style (for example, flat iron it) and then have me sit in a chair in the salon waiting for her while she brought in multiple other ladies and then finished their hair instead. Then she would call me back to her chair and do the next part of my style (cut the hair) and then have me go sit while she called in more clients. Then she called me back to do curling, etc., and it went on like that for the rest of the time. And when I was in the chair getting my hair done, I felt like she was rushing, especially when she flat ironed my hair. I understood that she was busy and so I felt bad, but I was still very disappointed that she seemed to care the least about getting me out on time and my style done than catering to other patients. Overall, I was just pretty disappointed with the experience, and it was pretty sad to spend $150 dollars to get something so far from what I wanted for the time I spent here.

Today was my first time at NouriTress. Kia did my hair. I absolutely love it!! She did a wonderful job!! My curls look good and it feels so healthy!

Miscommunication lead to my less than stellar visit BUT the owner called immediately to rectify and explain the expectation. I will be returning to this business because, I know I’ll be supporting a business that values customer service with results.

I just want to start off by saying I fell totally in love with NouriTress Salon &Hair Clinic it is the best. Tyrone is the on point and help me to embrace my natural hair with arms open and loving it. Christina is the bomb when it comes to washing my hair. She is polite, professional and always asking me where my hair itches 😊 sometimes it didn't itch but to feel her talented hands massage and brush my scalp is the best and I love herfor that. I never tipped the person who washed my hair before but her and my stylist surly get what they deserve a tip. I would recommend them to anyone who I meet. I will continue to come here for my hair care. My hair is growing like crazy!! Thanks Tyrone & Christina you guys Rock!! Keep up your brilliant work. 💕💞

Nouritress hair salon is very professional and also very personal. They make you feel so welcome and like family. They love what they do, and it shows through their work. They are passionate about healthy hair and hair growth. It's not just about styling but also making customers feel beautiful. They are always positive and encouraging. My stylist is Tyrone, and he was God sent. Wonderful personality and have been so helpful with my hair lost journey. I thank him and his staff for giving me my hair and confidence back.

People drive in from other states to get to this place, but I understand why. There is no salon in this area more equipped and ready to serve your haircare needs. The stylists and Nouritress hair products have done wonders in restoring my edges and other thinning areas. In addition, somehow, they've achieved a beautiful and professional layout with the feeling of home. I'm so grateful to have found this place. Finally!

The salon is very nice, the customer service was very nice, the stylist was very nice. The cost of the service I received very disappointing. I have been relaxer free since COVID and because of several upcoming important events I took out my braids and got a relaxer for the first time in over 3 years. Inflation has truly hit the beauty industry because this relaxer costs $170. I’ve NEVER in all of my life paid that much for a relaxer especially on short/medium hair. I received an end trim as well as a soft inverted bob cut in the back. For $170 I should have the baddest hairstyle I’ve ever had in my life when receiving a relaxer. At other salons, I’ve gotten a touch up relaxer, deep conditioning, color rinse and cut and a banging style for $150. The stylists did tell me that he didn’t charge me for the cut. 😳. I am also waiting for the $25 booking deposit refund that should have been applied to my service but wasn’t. By the end of the day no one even noticed that I had gone to the salon earlier in the day. I must say I was sticker shocked and disappointed. My ends are dry and I feel I could have done my own relaxer and saved myself time and money by the way it looks. The stylist even left out of the building while the CHEMICAL product worked on my virgin ends which was very unprofessional. . I got a relaxer with a 10 minute steam conditioner blow dry and curl. I truly feel ripped off. I hope to see my regular stylist soon to get some sort of real style. Granted it was a rainy day, but I only went to my car and home using my umbrella. Potential client lost….I won’t ever be returning! As of today, 5/9/23 I still have NOT received my deposit refund.

Wow, what a pleasant experience today. The shampoo was amazing. She explained each step and what each liquid did. My hair felt so light and clean! And the hair experience was just beautiful! My stylist Ms. Kia was thorough ya’ll!!! My curls are amazing. She asked me what I wanted. Provided suggestions and guidance. It was truly relaxing and wonderful and fast! I will be booking again!

I am not a confrontational person. I will play along to get along. I wish I could have had a more positive experience. I selected my desired stylist based on her online photos. Unfortunately, my first impression wasn't great. In my opinion, a consultation with the client is crucial, especially when considering a dramatic change. After removing my bonnet, The stylist immediately started recording for her social media without asking, which made me uncomfortable as a new client. I wish she would have asked if this was okay. Additionally, I felt the stylist overbooked, making the experience feel rushed. On the upside, the person who washed my hair was very welcoming than the stylist. I did experience chemical burning, which I understand can happen, but what concerned me was the stylist's aggressive combing and flat ironing despite my scalp discomfort. Ultimately, I didn't get the desired hairstyle, and I felt it aged me. It's disappointing because I chose this stylist based on her online work. Given my initial expectations, I wish my experience had been more positive. Update: I did speak with the own. She was very nice and was willing to do my hair again free of charge. I ultimately decided no to return and gave a 72 hour notice letting them know that I would not be coming back.

I originally left a 5 star review, but had to remove it due to my last experience. I was charged a $25 long hair fee without my knowledge. I've been a customer for about a year and haven't been charged it before. I don't mind the fee, it's just that it was charged without my knowledge. I found out after I viewed my receipt via email. I called to inquire about it and was told it was up to the stylist who did my hair--Rochelle. How true that is, I do not know as I was unable to reach her. I was told she would call me back that day, but she did not. Receptionist said they are cracking down on the fee, so be wary of that. I also emailed just looking to speak to someone about this but haven't received a reply. I understand it was a holiday, so I gave it a couple days, but no one has been in contact. It's a shame, but it is what it is. Great stylists, but the prices keep on going up and they charge you things without discussing first. I unfortunately will not be back. Very annoying as it can be hard to find someone. Edit: I checked my call history and didn't see a call from salon, but it's possible it just didn't go through to my phone so I will give the benefit of doubt. I was able to resolve this issue today and start the process of a refund.

My daughter was visiting from college. She got a silk press and was quoted $85.00 with a $25.00 deposit to be applied to the total at checkout. Her hair is a little below her shoulders and was charged a $25.00 long hair fee without my knowledge. Beware
