I recently took my 15-year-old daughter for a facial treatment, and it was such a fantastic experience! The esthetician was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and tailor the treatment to her skin type. Highly recommend this for teens starting their skincare journey!

Alex and Natalia are both so amazing! Natalia always makes sure I’m comfortable when doing my eye lashes and they come out beautiful every time. I just started getting my hands done by Alex and it’s been so great! My hands come out looking so great. Alex takes her time and makes sure I’m happy with them. This place is so amazing

Best dip manicure I've ever had. They took the time to really trim the dead skin around my nails and cuticles. Also took extra care with shaping and application. Just make sure to get an appointment beforw hand, they have limited staff and can't always take walk ins.

Had a bad nail care experience. Natalia is busy with her life problems and complaining about more successful nail salons is unbearable. The quality of work leaves much to be desired, fell off 2 days after application.

I have been coming to see Alex at Nova for a few months now. Alex does amazing work and takes her time to make sure that my nails and cuticles are as perfect as possible. Some other salons I’ve been to in the area rush through to get as many people in and out as possible, doing sloppy work in the process. However, everyone at Nova takes their time to make sure the job is done correctly. I have always had a great experience here and always leave with beautiful, healthy nails!

Moved to Tampa not to long ago and was looking for a nail tech and someone recommended Nova nails. It was easy to make an appointment I got Alex P as a nail tech and I couldn’t be happier. She is beyond amazing, takes her time and is so creative with nail art. I have natural nails and she does a phenomenal job creating art on my nails.

Not at all what I was expecting. I recently moved close by and thought I would give this salon a try. Paid the same amount as I have in the past at my previous salon (full service) and only got a dry pedicure??? $30 plus $20 for gel and $5 to remove old gel. Chair was extremely uncomfortable. I will find another salon for the same price and get a full pedicure in a comfortable chair.

Went for a skincare facial massage to Casey. That was awesome. Very gentle, great massage on the face and neck and while I was lying with a mask, she did massage on the hands and arms. Feeling relaxed and happy.

When I tell you, I am still here and could not WAIT another minute before telling the world about this place! Clarisa has given me-hands down- THE BEST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! 🤩 I am in awe. I went somewhere else months ago and they butchered my feet. I waited months before trusting another salon to try and rectify the situation with my feet. I cannot express my gratitude enough with finding this salon & Clarisa. She heard my concerns and led me in the right direction to choose what pedicure would be best and how to move forward. My feet look better than they ever have and have far exceeded my expectations! Don’t waste time- ask for Clarisa and experience the best 🤩

Awesome place! My first visit was amazing. The place is clean and my technician, Clarissa, was the best I had. My nails were completely done by using a file, buffer, and cuticle tools, no heavy machinery. FYI they do not do acrylic nails but if you like gel, this the place to go!

I have been going to Nova Nails and Beauty Spa since they have opened about 3 years ago. I cannot imagine going to a different place getting my nails, toes, and facials done. I am getting my manicure and pedicure done very often, therefore, having a good place is very important to me. The ladies who work there are extremely nice a very professional. The salon is always clean, the instruments they use are sterile, and the products are high quality. I highly recommend Nova Nails and Beauty Spa salon for all of the services they offer. They treat you like a VIP every time. You will never go to another salon after visiting Nova Nails and Beauty Spa.

Pros: easy to get an appointment, salon was clean and relaxing, nails still look fantastic 10 days later Cons: appointment took almost 3 hours, tech drew blood twice when cutting cuticles and spilled hot wax on me, price was $20 more than it stated online

tl;dr: I get dip powder here every 3-4 weeks and this place is amazing! My nails NEVER chip. Above and beyond service. The attention to detail is unlike any other salon I've ever been to. They really clean up your nail area first, taking the time to trim all cuticle AND surrounding excess dead skin. My last salon didn't do the surrounding finger skin. My nails look like model hands before they even put the dip powder on. They don't even look like my hands. Also, they don't use the ultraviolet light on dip nails. The women who work there are all SO friendly, nothing but smiles every time I go! They always offer water, coffee, or tea. The music is super fun but relaxing at the same time. Last time I went they were playing lofi covers of pop songs. The place is decorated beautifully, like straight out of Pinterest. They have TONS of colors for dip nails. They have all the dip powders on the shelves so you can look at them yourself instead of just having that wheel of fake nails available. I personally prefer that since the colors on the fake nails change over time and don't give as accurate a picture of what you're getting. As long as I'm in Tampa, I'm not going anywhere else.
