Nova salon is by far my top choice for salons in Reno/ Sparks! The stylists are always so kind and do an amazing job as always. Whether it’s vivid colors or neutral tones they can do it! Airen is my stylist and she never disappoints. I’ve done fashion colors and neutrals and I leave looking my best every time! 100% recommend for any salon needs!

Brought my son in for a hair cut and color. Jasmine is super sweet and great at what she does. She's very informative on the process and steps. I love that she shows interest in my son and carries a conversation with him while he is in her care. We've been in 3 or 4 times now and always leave happy. Great atmosphere!

I went to Nova Salon for the first time yesterday and Jasmine was my stylist. She did an amazing job, and made me feel so confident in my new freshened up look! She was so friendly and easy to talk to :) Thank you so much and I look forward to coming back!

Jillian is a gem! Really makes sure you feel seen and heard about your hair needs and feelings. Healthened up my hair with care! The salon is warm and welcoming and decorated super cute. Highly recommend!

I love all the new renovationas the salon has gone through! The salon is very clean and everyone greated me with a smile. The music was good and everyone seemed happy to be there. One of the hair dressers was able to accomadate me las mintue for a blowout for an event I had. My hair looked WONDERFUL!

Jillian is the absolute best! I went to Nova salon for the first time last month specifically to see her and I fell in love with the relaxation experience at Nova. Everyone was positive, affirming to one another and I had an overall very zen like experience. I’m looking forward to adding this Régulo self care into my regimen!

Katie Castillo has been my hair stylist for several years. I had the pleasure of watching Katie's talent come to life. Katie was trained and worked under a Hollywood Stylist for years and learned a great deal from her mentor. Katie does a fabulous job on extensions, hairstyle and color. If Katie did not have long term ties to Reno she is talented enough to make it big.

Nova salon has A NEW OWNER and went through some major renovations. The new look/feel of the salon is update, peaceful, bright, and friendly. All of the furniture looks new, very clean space, comfortable to be in and very welcoming. There are private rooms for other services beyond hair. I was helped by Airen with my hair. She is FANTASTIC with cuts, highlights, low lights, matching hair color to what I requested, toners, shape, and styling. She does it all! She was also very friendly, easy to talk to, and a fun person to be around - especially for longer hair appointments. I'll definitely be back visiting Airen and Nova in the future.

The hair cuts here are not only fresh but also done by educated stylists! I love the new style and the management who is beyond kind! The salon is clean, unique, and modern with a bit of vintage. I can’t wait to go back and get a facial!!!

This is the absolute best haircut and color I’ve ever had (and my family and friends have said the same!). Katie is so talented. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered even better than I had pictured. She also took the time to help show me how to style and maintain my hair on my own. The salon is recently remodeled and beautiful as well. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Linda is fantastic! I've gotten both cuts and color from her and they always come out looking amazing. Salon is cute and clean, it has a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Michong is the best Stylist I have used in 40 years. I always get compliments after a cut & now I also have color done. She blends the Color with the grey so it looks so natural. Salon is very nice easy to park & I would strongly recommend :)

They charge quite a bit above market price. Two three days past the 2 week mark for an eyelash fill and she charged for the 3 week fill.

Nothing. The method of fusion hair extensions and amount of glue used co m platelet ruined my wife's hair. 4 months later, when it was time to have them removed or rather updated, another salon could not remove the glue. Both places are very respectable or so of thought. Would never recommend!
