I was nervous to get my first Brazilian wax but Sam was absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and was so fast. I have found my new wax place!

So I scheduled for 630 and when I got here Claire said she would be doing my eyebrows. She asked me if I wanted them cleaned up or just shaped.. I said I want them shaped. She proceeds to “clean them up” and then shows me. They are patchy and uneven. I said I wanted them shaped. Then she says” well I feel uncomfortable with the way you’re talking to me right now and I’m going to call my boss”. So she leaves me lying on the table then comes back in and tells me she can’t finish the service because she feels uncomfortable lol! Like are you kidding. I could tell by looking at her she was gonna be weird. Well I won’t be back! And I will make sure I tell everybody about the service. Seriously lacking. Waxed didn’t know what she was doing. She was literally shaking when I told her I wanted them shaped not cleaned up. What a yucky weird experience. Won’t be back.. will definitely take my money elsewhere. So she did one eyebrow barely and then told me she couldn’t finish! 🙃

Awesome experience with Claire. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The space is very cute. Claire was super nice, professional, and quick. If I come back to Lynchburg I will be stopping back. ❤️

Just went a one day ago and I found my new place! I loved it the staff they was so nice and it was so clean and beautiful set up! I will definitely be going back. She was very nice n talked me thru it being that I haven't had a wax in awhile and she just was about to keep a good conversation and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Got my first way done by Claire and she was amazing!! She is so sweet and had the best conversation with her. Her attention to detail is amazing and I haven’t been waxed this good in sooo long!! Will definitely come back to her!

I’ve been going to Sam at Novah for two years and always had the best experience!! She is so sweet and helps relieve any anxiety you have especially if it’s your first time! She’s professional and fun and the vibe of Novah is immaculate. And the space is so cute and clean!! A must go to if you’re in need of their services!

I heard of Novah through a group on Facebook. I made an appointment with Claire and she's wonderful with Brazilian & Bikini wax! She makes it so comfortable even for your first time and is so easy to talk too! Highly recommend Claire <3

Samira is so sweet and accommodating! I sent her a message VERY last minute (like, barely 2 days before I came into town for a visit!) and miraculously she had a cancellation soon after; she wrote me back immediately and we set up the appointment. She made me feel right at home, talked to me throughout the service and explained what she was doing at each step. My only complaint is that she doesn't live in MY town LOL!! I will absolutely be back to see Samira in future!

Sam is so amazing and attentive! I’m 8 months pregnant and got a Brazilian wax and jelly mask. She accommodated every need and made sure I was comfortable, plus she was great to talk to! The spa wasn’t hard to find, the prices were definitely fair.

Visited on 1/24. Sam was so kind and helpful! I made an eyebrow wax appointment, and Sam was responsive and helpful the entire time. I take a medication for acne, and didn’t realize you’re not supposed to wax, but Sam’s caring personality and sharp eye alerted me to some skin issues. I did end up with some “lifting” (due to me not catching on sooner), and yet Sam took such great care of me and checked on me the day after. Could not recommend more!! And, my brows look great too 😉
