Everyone was very friendly and it was clean and trendy. Paige is amazing!! I haven’t cut my hair in over a year and she made me feel like myself again. Intently listened, gave me great tips on how to style it on my own, and made me feel so comfortable. 10 out of 10 will DEF be going back again 😍

My stylist, Priscilla, is absolutely amazing! I am always pleased with my color/cut when I leave & she's very attentive to what I'm looking to achieve. The front desk staff is also super friendly!

**Never going back.** I was a new client and found good reviews of Novak online and did my thorough research and thought I was okay because I didn't see anything negative about Priscilla. First, she began my appointment 20 minutes late (which later resulted in me having to pay more for parking in the lot). Second, I came in asking for a simple layered trim with a tightly curled blowout. Priscilla did not deliver anything remotely close to the inspiration photos I had shown her. The inspo photos I showed her had big volumous curls and there was not a single curl in the blowout she delivered. I have straight/wavy hair that holds curls and plenty of blowouts I've had in the past hold curls all day so I know it was a skill issue. I then show her the inspo photo again and kindly ask her to adjust my hair accordingly. She gets a curling iron and proceeds to give me very loose, sloppy beach wave curls that I could've done with my eyes closed. Regrettably, it looked even worse than the initial blowout. Although she was very sweet and kind and has been in the industry for 7 years, she does not know how to style hair or just may not have cared enough to give me what I asked for. Since I had just moved to Dallas, I was searching for a permanent hair stylist to go to but I will not be returning here.

I have been going to Riane for my color for several years now as she is the best colorist around, I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. Her move to Novak has been a pleasant surprise, I love this location and the staff is super friendly. Have already had great experiences with everyone.

Best haircut and wash I’ve received in a long time. My head was massaged and I was given an eye mask and a hot towel. Then me and Emma were talking about how I wanted my hair to be done and we were able to come to an agreement on how to cut and style it the way I wanted and what would work for my lifestyle. She was also so sweet and personable and I lived getting to know her!

I have been seeing Julia McCauley for over a year now and it has been the best! She is such an amazing hairstylist (and human) who I enjoy seeing every 6 weeks for a haircut. She really gets you and works with you to get the hair of your dreams. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair besides her!

From highlights to balayage, to helping me style my naturally curly hair, then helping me learn to style a new short hair cut. She can do it all with ease. Novak Hair Studios is the only way to go! Specifically with Flourish Hair - each of these ladies are amazing people and stylists. I’ve been going to them for over 10yrs. Only people that have colored my hair. They are the perfect blend of helping you achieve your perfect hair goals and being honest/upfront with the level of maintenance, upkeep and how long it will take to achieve it. Went for my second visit with Lesley and unfortunately it was not like my first experience. I was there six weeks ago and asked for a minimal trim cut - we agreed on 1inch and she chopped over two inches of my hair. Upon walking out of the hair salon I not only had very frizzy hair (she dried my very curly hair with a detangling brush and her hand) but i had color stains all over the frame of my face to which i had to rewash my hair again at home and redo it to remove them before my date that night…after spending $240! Terrible experience and left completely upset walking out with much shorter hair than anticipated. Last time for me.
