I need an immediate resolution regarding the charge for the intimate skin brightening service that was never provided. I have reached out several times and was told someone would call me with a solution and nobody ever contacted me. If I do not hear from anybody from Novopelle before Next week Friday, I will be escalating this matter to small claims court and take all necessary legal action. Thanks. Andrea M. I visited Novopelle Med Spa and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in specifically Blanca!! The facility was clean and well. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless and I've already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth after just a few sessions. The entire company lacks integrity. I made a purchase that cost me $1,148 and they closed the Houston office without ever contacting me so I never got my service. I’ve tried contacting Novopelle various times and nobody will answer the phone or email me back. I was basically robbed and scammed. I do not recommend them at all. I am furious.

I saw Blanca for laser hair removal. We did a touch up on some previous areas & started doing my chin as a new area. She’s always very charming, punctual & considerate. I would highly recommend coming here.

Pésimo servio agarre un paquete de láser de 6 secciones y al principio todo bien yo no veía resultados y me evaluaron y me dijieron que necesitaba más así que decidí agarrar un paquete más pero siempre me cancelaban las citas con el pretexto de que no funcionaban las máquinas incluso hasta me querían cobrar cuando ellas me cancelaban solo les importa sacar dinero no vi ningún resultado no lo recomiendo para nada Nadanas decidí terminar las secciones para ya nunca volver aquí aparte que creo que es la dueña en ovaciones te trataba mal siempre te veía de arriba a bajo

I’ve been going to Novopelle since 2021. I had my very first laser hair removal on my underarms and it was life changing!! After 2 years, I went back and decided to get a full legs and brazilian laser hair removal. Georgina explained the procedure from beginning to end. She also made sure I am comfortable and I am getting the best results! If I had any questions, I would just message her and she responds quickly. Communicating with them was very easy. I love getting laser hair removal because of how Novopelle treated me. In terms of scheduling, I didn’t really have any issues with them. I would say, if you have an appointment with them, make sure you come early!! If you are late even for a few minutes, it really does affect the next scheduled appointment and it goes on like a domino effect.

Soo tired of getting my appointments cancelled!! It’s been months since i’ve gotten any service. I had 3 6-sessions paid upfront & i regret it so much! Since the change of ownership it has been hell. They girl in charge keeps apologizing, rescheduling & cancelling the appointments! I hate this place! & her empty promises!

Appointments always run on time. Never had a delay which is always nice in the 2 years I have been coming here. Everyone at Novopelle is super helpful and accommodating. I get laser services and have seen such a great result. Will recommend to anyone looking for a med spa.

En este lugar me hize un tratamiento con el cual habia quedado super contenta con los resultados ,por lo cual lo recomende ampliamiente a todos mis amigos fueron bastantes y la mayoria agarro paquetes de laser y les brindaron un pesimo servicio e incumplimiento de lo tratado en sus tratamientos a recibir ,ahora se me cae la cara de vergüenza con aquellos que recomende este lugar y yo solo los referia a esta locasion de la lemmon que mal servicio les brindaron yo unicamente los referia a esa sucursal ,asi que no hay a quien mas q culpar .

Este lugar no lo recomiendo para nada ya que me movían las citas con excusas que las maquinas se habían dañado y por ese motivo me quitaban mis sesiones , yo pague mi tratamiento de 6 sesiones y no cumplieron con lo acordado desde un principio y en los pocos tratamientos que me hicieron jamas vi ni un solo resultado fue tiempo y dinero perdido , en este lugar tienen muy poca ética profesional, si no llamo yo para agendar mis citas que ellos mismos me cancelaron de su parte de la compañía nadie me llama , tenia que llamar yo y aparte que yo llamaba , me decía que me regresarían la llamada y jamas lo hicieron , honestamente vine a este lugar por una amiga me recomendo pero creo nada que ver con lo que ella me hablo de este lugar si no estan dispuestos a cumplir con sus políticas mejor no ofrezcan servicios no están calificados para ello. De mi parte no doy ninguna recomendación de esta franquisia en esta dirección ya que no toman enserio su trabajo ni el tiempo de uno , si puediera dar 0 estrellas lo haria

I am very tired of coming here and cannot wait til my sessions are up. I have been unhappy with their service since the beginning of this year, maybe last, (can’t remember) when there was a change of management or something. Before the switch or whatever it was, I purchased a leg and pit package but when I first started, my pits still had flare ups from deodorant burns so we decided to wait til they were completely better. Fast forward I’m toward the end of my leg sessions and my pits are way better so we decide to go ahead and start pit laser. Back to complaining, with the switch the usual people were let go and no one ever knew what was going on with my prior sessions or what I was coming in for. My very first appointment after the switch wasn’t in the system so they couldn’t tend to me and had to reschedule. Often my appointments had to be rescheduled due to my appointment being the last one with a gap before and them not wanting to sit around to wait or my appointment being the only one and them telling me that they won’t stay open for one appointment. What’s the point of having an appointment if they will cancel cause they feel like it. I’ve also been canceled because their machines are down and today I just had to stop at the second laser zap because the cold air for laser didn’t work, my pits are sensitive and recently healed from the deodorant burns so I wasn’t going to take the risk. I didn’t get an I am sorry for the inconvenience just an annoyed face and them telling me the other clients have done it without the cold air. I am extremely pissed to have had to drive nearly 40 min for an appointment I couldn’t have because they failed to make a courtesy call about their broken machine and it made me even more pissed that they were annoyed and didn’t apologize for their inconvenience. After I complete my sessions I will absolutely not purchase any more and will go elsewhere for further sessions if needed.

Very disappointed with rescheduling, all about money.. you cannot have any type of emergency nor get sick the night before of your appointment, even when calling the next day first thing in the morning and your appointment is not till 2 pm they still charge you $40 for “Last minute cancellation fee”…too bad

when I called they told me that they guarantee 90% of the result but I can't see even 50% progress.
