I’m thrilled to have discovered Novum. I just had an all time best massage from Andrea, who was super knowledgeable and has me feeling so much better than before. The amenities are very clean and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage.

I saw Rebecca recently and I could not be happier with her massage! I could really tell she knew what she was doing. The only thing I regretted was having a late morning appointment, I was expected to be productive for the day when I really just wanted to bask in the post massage zen. Thanks Novum! I had been searching for a good massage place in Tucson for 6+ years now --- I tried several different places, but had never found one that I wanted to return to. Novum Massage was a good find --- they had all the desirable basics --- clean, good location, friendly/welcoming. But they also had a couple of additional plusses --- 1) I was able to book a session on relatively short notice (within days, not weeks or months), and 2) I worked with a therapist who was skilled, knowledgeable and, maybe most importantly, engaged with both the process and the customer. These last two items were ‘customer experience’ areas where the other massage places I had tried had often fallen short of expectations. I booked a 90-minute session with Lynda at Novum Massage, and she did an *excellent* job. Prior to the massage, I spoke with Lynda about my problem areas that needed some work --- and she listened, providing a full-body massage with extra focus on those specific areas that I had identified. I mentioned that I am accustomed to firm pressure, and she got right to work, loosening up all of those deep-down stubborn kinks. I’m looking forward to my next visit… Thank you, Lynda! After my 90-minute session at Novum (which was discounted $40 for being a ‘new customer’), I would highly recommend Lynda --- and to back-up that statement, on my way out the door I purchased one of Novum’s current 2024 BOGO Holiday special offers (essentially, buy 1.5 sessions, get 1.5 sessions free). And, after a few more sessions, I may consider a Novum Membership….

I love Novum. The facilities are always clean and welcoming. Everyone is friendly. Rachel the receptionist and Linda the owner are awesome. I've been paired with wonderful therapists including Nana, who has a unique modality that pairs intuitive energy reading with what feels like a mixture of reiki, cranial sacral, tapping, polarity balancing and biofield energy healing. I alternate sessions between Nana and Sierra, who is equally amazing with a totally different modality. Sierra's fingers follow the tight cords with seamless continuity leaving me totally relaxed.

I was completely impressed with Novum Massage! I had an appointment with Lynissa. It was exceptional in every way. Lynissa Is an incredibly gifted, intuitive and highly skilled Massage Therapist. She made it her business to know me well, to know my body well, and to be sure I left with more knowledge than I came with. I left the appointment, knowing my body so much better, and knowing I had found someone who had the skills and care to help me get my muscular body back to health! Novum Massage is truly a hidden gem in Oro Valley! I love it so much that for my Birthday/Christmas, I specifically requested a subscription as my gift, which includes monthly massages along with a complimentary birthday massage. Cody is my therapist, and he gives an absolutely amazing massage. His technique is both deep and therapeutic, and he has an incredible intuition for finding and easing my tense, sore spots. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed! Novum Massage has truly become a part of my wellness routine, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to relieve stress and rejuvenate their body.

Recently, the owner Lynda decided to return to the therapy table and offer her unique talents of message therapy. Boy am I glad she did. She is one of the best deep tissue messusses my wife and I have ever seen. It's great to get relief from lower back pain. And she runs a heck of a good business as well. All her employees are professional and courteous. You can't go wrong with Novum.

I absolutely loved my massage with Holly yesterday! She listened to my complaints about all my sore spots, which wound up not being the sore spots once she got working on me. 😊 I had a 90 minute session & left feeling like a limp noodle!
