Love love love my experience here! I’ve seen Dr. Neal for Botox and just started with Christi for laser hair removal today. Their space is beautiful, they have wonderful amenities, and everyone is so kind. I can’t wait to come back!

I highly recommend Nur for all your aesthetic needs. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and take their time answering all of your questions. Highly recommend Rebecca for natural, yet more youthful results. Alexis is fantastic with laser hair removal. She’s knowledgeable and thorough…not to mention she’s hilarious, so that always helps! They have lots of specials, and the atmosphere is very spa like.

I can’t say enough about Nur Medical Spa. Since, going to Nur regularly my skin and body look amazing! I have so much self-confidence now, it has given me more energy in all aspects of life. The staff is friendly. The environment is wonderful and the providers are knowledgeable. The best compliment I received was from my daughter saying, I look better at 50 than she does at 25!

If you’re going to go anywhere, go to NUR Medical Spa in Baton Rouge. Rebecca and Glen made me feel so comfortable and did exactly what I wanted. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. They were so professional and made sure I was happy. They really know what they’re doing. I can’t wait to go back for future services! They’re the best!

The most amazing place with the most amazing staff! The office is so cute and clean, while the staff couldn’t have been more friendly! They really do care about the customer, and want the customer to come first over anything! They helped me figure out what I want for MY specific needs, and only gave input that would benefit me and my budget. The best and most welcoming place❤️

What a gem of a spa! Conveniently located off Bluebonnet Blvd. The staff was warm, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Neal doesn’t try to oversell and will advise you against potential mistakes you may be thinking about instead of saying, 50 units? Sure let’s do it! I will definitely go back for more services. I just went on Wednesday for their Botox special (which is great because everyone else does them on Fridays and who wants needle marks for the weekend- yes, mine show the first night.) They offer many other services and their pricing is competitive , so I will definitely be back for PRP - it’s almost time and possibly a little laser tightening. 4309 Bluebonnet Blvd, when you turn in, you see Edward Jones on the right and NurMed is all the way on the end on the left. Very relaxing experience.

Wow! I had no idea any of these things were available! Not only is everyone working here nice and knowledgeable, but the machines they use are state of the art! An AI-based RF microneedling machine called Genius and another called Ultra, which is believe they’re the only ones in Baton Rouge with! Hormone replacement, Botox, fillers, weight loss, and the list goes on and on. After turning 50, it was brought to my attention that Wilford Brimley was 50 when the movie Cocoon was filmed. Now I know why everyone today looks much younger than they did 40 years ago!

As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is soothing and welcoming. The decor is stunning. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products and procedures. If one person doesn’t know then they’ll get the answer for you. The socials that they have are fun, exciting and top-notch.

I love going to Nur Medical Spa! Relaxing while getting a professional microdermabrasion and facial by Susan was amazing! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have many skin care services including spider vein removal which I was extremely pleased with the results. They have monthly, quarterly and yearly specials if you want a regimen. The products they use and sell are fantastic! I am booked with Susan and love treating myself!👍😊

Susan is absolutely amazing! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, to leaving, she was patient, kind and genuine. Everyone I met at Nur was wonderful. I highly recommend the HydraFacial with a dermaplane. I left feeling glowly and really clean. Can't wait to back!
