Good environment, all of em are nice. Sofia is my favorite because she always take care of my ingrown nails they're very painful. I am always greatful to see her. She is good at her job.

Honestly don’t know how they could have such good reviews. Today is literally my first time being here and I received the sloppiest paint job. I’m really bummed about it because not only is the location very convenient for me but it’s got great ambiance and the foot and calf massage were nice. But if you can’t get the finished product right then it’s a huge fail for me. I asked someone else to fix it so I don’t have any bad photos but I certainly won’t return or recommend.

I chose to try this salon because I'm going on vacation and my regular salon was booked up. I won't be returning. I showed Judy a picture of what I wanted. The shape was right but nothing else was like the picture. She chose colors that she told me would look like the picture but they are so far off. She did most of my full set while standing because I was getting my toes done. She couldn't get the design right so I just went without it. I'll just be sticking to my regular place.

I was very disappointed with this place. There was only 2 workers and they were rushing which i don’t understand why because there was only 3 customers and they weren’t closing any time soon. She finished my pedicure in literally 7 minutes, I could have did them myself if that was the case. The lady doing my nails didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t even know how to do a v tip which is a basic design most people get. My nails looked terrible I had to ask her to do them over 3 times because she was rushing just like the lady that did my pedicure. One thing I can say is they were very nice people but they are not good at what they do. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want your nails to look decent.

First time was great so i figured why not? Well, 2nd time here and it was a disaster! I feel like they make up prices as they go too bc there is no way i paid $80 the first time with nail art and $76 for the 2nd time plain. I asked very nicely to fix my toe and lady was upset! Also hurt my lil pinky and my toe! Not coming back! I don't mind paying, but please do a good job!

I really wanted to like this place because I’m looking for a new regular place. But they only had 2 employees who had to keep bouncing back and forth because one doesn’t do anything besides regular nails. I waited for a while and then my service took a while too. They’re nice, but clearly don’t have enough employees. Plus both of my big toes chipped the next day

I went this nail salon because it was near where I live. I asked for Gel manicure and I end up having acrylic. The funny part is that she did my acrylic without any prep not even removing the cuticles. When I ask her (Judy) she answered me : "wait Ok" then she start putting on the nail and curing them , I asked her the second time . she answered me with a very bad attitude and told me because I will be using the machine and it will hurt you . I felt like it was my first time getting my nails done and I was asking for the unsual . I didn't like my over all experience and I am not going back .

I've been following the owner and Maria for 35 years. To me that speaks volumes I have never broken a nail never. I will not go to anyone else I have traveled two and a half hours from North plywood to have my nails done.

If I could give them a zero I would. The nail tech messed up the design and I returned back to get it fixed, she was being very spiteful and even cut me and on top of that had the audacity to charge me additionally, because they messed up.

Made an appt for 3 ppl, showed up and only 2 techs were working which we didn't mind and no other customers. Sat for 20 mins waiting for water in my pedicure chair, ordered the deluxe spa pedicure and didn't receive half of what was listed in description (no hot stones, 10 min vs 25 min massage, ingrowns not done), nails are SO thin and began breaking within 6 days. Avoid this place at all costs! I tried speaking with management after the breakage and was told it was my fault it broke bc I had "weak nails". Wasn't just me either, the other 2 ppl that came with had such a bad pedicure/manicure, they refused to get the other option done.

Moved out of Philly a few years ago and came back for the holidays Had many options to choose from in the Northeast but randomly picked Nu Beauty I'm absolutely delighted with my choice. Got a full set , eyebrows and eyelashes done right before my trip to Miami. Service was professional and friendly. Maria did a wonderful job with my nails. Will return whenever I'm back in town. Edit:Unfortunately I have to come back and take a star off. It felt like the the glue was placed inside my eyes and I lost a lot of my eyelashes. I was in a lot of pain for two days. Sweet lady I'm sure it wasn't her intentions. It was pretty traumatic for me. Like I want to slay but not at that cost:( It will take some time to grow my lashes back.

Worst place ever asked for French tips and the were all messed up not straight not even the nails straight the lady before me was getting her eye brows done and they also messed them up the lady said on its okay that's the new style and the customer said well I'm not everyone I won't be coming here again WORST PLACE THEY RUSH AND DONT DO YOU FEET OR NAILS RIGHT HIGHLY Suggested you don't go there
