Price SCAM! 2 boards show $40 full set acrylic nails + $1 for CC. I said short, basic shaping. Asked her to the confirm the price, total of $41 again, she said yes, then she hollered to some guy from the back, he walked to the front, said those were the old prices, it would be another $5. I left, could not trust them, instinct said the pricing would have kept going up! Empty place, & nobody was in there either, Nov 5th.

I was traveling and got a pink and white acrylic fill for my French manicure as a walk-in. They did a great job. Wish I could take this salon home with me.

I love this shop because they are the only nail salon I have found that gives great, friendly service with a smile and prices to match. They make me feel like my business is truly appreciated. I love the massage chairs and my manicurist, Lisa, is the best! She always makes sure I am happy with every detail. This was my fourth visit and I will be back!

Luxurious feel, budget prices 💕 I live in the area and looked around for a while to find my favorite nail salon. This place wins every time! Everyone is so nice, my nails always look great, they don’t overcharge and are super clear about their prices. Plus, the feeling of the space is great. The skylight makes the room feel very open and airy. The chairs are comfy, Everything is always super clean, and they play nice instrumental music (my personal pet peeve is going for a relaxing mani pedi, and there’s a TV blaring in the salon). This would be a great spot for a girls’ weekend, bachelorette or bridal party, or just some self care at your friendly neighborhood salon !

ATTENTION be careful, poor quality Never go to this place , look at the photo I posted. I lost a total of 5 nails in one week (the picture only shows 3 because that I went to have them redone, it's very poor quality). Yet it's made with gel and resin I paid $75 they didn't want to refund me when I asked to remove all my nails and give me my money back normally for this price it's supposed to stay a month correctly. It was the man at the place who made them for me, they only use poor quality things, I strongly advise against it, I'm not used to posting comments, it's the first time I've done it on the Internet because that I'm very furious, I've never had an experience like that even though I've been doing nails for 5 years.

Nu Image deserves a 5* review - they’re super lovely, efficient and accommodating - they always do a great job on my nails and I’d 100% recommend them if you’re visiting Santa Barbara or a local.

Lisa was my mail tech she did an amazing job. Previously went to sb nail bar but wasn’t satisfied with the service so we decided to try this salon and were surprisingly very happy with both the service and nails. I’m in love with my nails. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on especially for Lisa❤️

The worst salon ever the lady who do nails with my daughter don’t understand basic English , I explained 4 times what to do and she does done wrong because she don’t understand basic English, very disappointed she cut my daughter finger too short I literally explained 4 times how long and not to do the other staff’s need to translate her in Vietnamese languages very disappointed .im not coming back !!!! Worst experience ever

Don’t even bother to get yours nails done here. I went in this morning to do my nails and the guy first of all didn’t understand a word I said. Every time I had a question he gave me a weird look. He was going to do a refill on one of the broken nails where the nail was literally falling off. I had to tell him to please replace it with a new one - otherwise he would have not done it. He also rushed the last few steps for whatever reason and my nails did not come out as expected (see the pictures). Sure enough a few hours later one of the nails already had a crack. So I stopped by and ask if it can be fixed please. One lady told me to sit down and wait. Anther lady came up to me 10 minutes later and asked what do I want. I said I wanted my nail to be fixed please. She responded with: “it is your fault why the nail is broken, not his. But he will fix it later, not now, he’s busy”. So then I decided to wait until he finishes. While waiting another customer came in who complained about a whole nail who fell off completely 😃 25 minutes later the guy finally finished with the customer and then he took another new “paying” customer (who came in after me) first before fixing my nail. My patience is over. Customer service equals zero

I loved their nail service it was amazing and perfect and priced right, a little upset because they charged me an extra $15 than the listed price for a leg wax just because I had extra hair. I was going to leave a $20 tip because I’m aware of that, but instead they overcharged me and gave me a dirty look when I left $5 because all my tip money went to the extra money they charged me. I would come and do my nails again but I probably wouldn’t do the waxing again.

They did an amazing job. I walked in and took me in immediately, after other high rated nails salon did not even acknowledge I walk in their salon. I got a mani pedi, reasonably priced and even tho they were fast they did a much better job than other places i’ve been!! Clean and lots of options!!

was looking for a last minute place to get a fill and 2 other salons said they had availability but then had me wait after coming in. nu image was quite the opposite, they helped me pretty much right away and did exactly what i requested. holly was amazing! she took her time, shaped my nails perfectly, and made sure everything was to my liking along the way. highly recommend! will be returning

The salon was very dirty when i was there. The stylist glued my finger to the nail on 3 if my fingers. The day after i noticed powder under the acrylic that had not dissolved unger most of the nails. Today is day 10 and they all lifted and broke off.

great experience here, i loved the bright and clean environment. i paid $61 dollars + tip for my gel acrylic manicure, which i have paid less for at other salons. overall very happy with results, and excited to have these nails for prom!

Loved it!!! Excellent experience, nails well done and very reasonable pricing!!!! Edit: not even 2 days later my gel manicure was chipped and started peeling on at least half of my fingers, very disappointed by the quality of the gel manicure, but my pedicure still looks great though!!!

Was in the area and decided to get a spa pedicure. And it was done very well. She was very thorough. Nice foot massage after as well. It was reasonably priced as well for this area. I do recommend and I would come again.
