I’ve been getting my nails done at Nu Nails since 2018! I found them but looking at every image of nail shops in yelp until I found quality. Nu Nails is a traditional nail shop, clean and friendly. They do great work and have great prices. Spa pedicure chairs work good and they have so many colors! Adding some of the art Nancy does for me :)

Nu Nails has been my go to spot for many years. The owners, Ken and Nancy, as well as the rest of the staff, are phenomenal. In all of my years going there, I’ve never had one single issue (which can be hard to find in a nail salon!) Absolutely recommend!

Kevin is not a good stylist and does not take credit for his bad work. I went to another salon after he refused to redo them the tech looked horrified and asked if they were done at her salon when I said no her shoulders dropped relief. I would not recommend this salon

I’ve been going to this local nail salon for quite a while. I am religious on pedicures & dip manicure. Recently took my daughter and was charged an extra $15 for chrome. This process takes less than 2 minutes & uses about 2 eyeshadow applicators worth of product on short natural nails. I decided to give my nails a break & got a regular manicure for $20. There was no hand massage, no lotion. I didn’t have my nails painted which you would think would be a discount but charged an extra $5 for buffing my non-painted nails. I don’t think $25 without hand massage, lotion, or nail paint is reasonable. I liked this shop for years but am disappointed at the recent price gouging.

Nancy is the best! She is amazing at shaping, design, and matching colors from pictures perfectly. I've been coming to her for years and couldn't be happier with her work.

I was so excited since this place had good reviews. Came in for a gel pedicure and the tech took off previous gel as it usually is done EXCEPT she filed my toe nails paper thin!!! It was burning the whole time, and I kept pulling my feet back, but she kept going. I realized she had used an extremely abrasive drill bit as opposed to the filing drill bit. They ended up being so so thin that I could just lift them up…they tried to claim my “nails were too thin” before too which is awful. They gave me a different tech to “fix” my nails and she proceeded to try and glue the tips of my nails TO MY NAIL BED that were literally falling off, and then tried to even add acrylic tips. So now I have nubby paper thin toe nails that’ll likely fall off in the next few days.

Service was ok. The massage was nice. The polish on the manicure wasn't great. You could see where each coat was since the 2nd coat wasn't all the way to the base. Got cut and was bleeding during the cuticle trim. It lasted maybe 3 days before starting to chip off. Nit horrible but not great for the price.

I’ve had Katie twice and she makes your nail vision come to life! Don’t come for a fancy place but you’ll get great service and high quality work. They are all friendly and accommodating. They all laugh and look like they enjoy working together. Will come here forever!

My friend and I came in today to get dip on our nails. We have been coming to this location for a couple months now. I have not been trilled with the service overall. Today was the worst. The technician that did my nails did not remove my old set fully before putting on a new set. Today felt very rushed, even though they weren’t busy. I have a whole bunch of product residue under my nails an around my nails that were not cleaned up. What bugged me the most was being charged to shape my nails. My nails were already shaped in an oval. The technician barely filed them and then charged me five extra dollars to “shape” them. I have never been charged to shape nails. Not only were, we rushed, the manicure itself with subpar, and I was also charged extra for something that is part of the service.

Best pedicure I've had in years & a great value. Linda did an amazing job. I upgraded to the $55 pedicure with hot stones, Parafin, 2 or 3 massages, color etc. and experienced something better than what I've received in some fancy spas around the country for double or triple the cost. If your focus is truly a pedicure and not a spa experience you will likely be pleased.

I made an appointment yesterday to come in for today (7/23/2023) at 10am. I arrived to my appointment right at 10am. First thing I notice right away is the door is still locked and after looking in, their lights are off. I waited, thinking maybe they needed time to get in, well, after waiting 10 mins and nothing, I left. I called them later to tell them to cancel my appointment and they tell me they were in the back. I already had bad experiences before at this place and others, but I thought I would try again because it looked like it was new people, but this just reassured why I do not go to nail salons.

This is my second time going here and it is the best place. The price and service are immaculate! My nails have never looked better. On top of that, my full set with design took less than an hour! Absolutely amazing! I’m obsessed!

I came here on a Wednesday around 430p. They were slow, I just wanted an eyebrow wax. They also accept walk-ins just to add. They tell me to come back another time. I have been getting my nail and eyebrows done for 2 decades and never been told by a nail salon to come back on a slow day. Mind you I took an Uber there and told them this. So no timeline of when to return. I couldn't even just wait until the one person they were attending was complete. They weren't even doing pedicures and again it was on a SLOW day. I also tip extremely well since I've worked the service industry. But maybe being melanated works against my favor or they're lazy. Thanks for a horrible first impression. Ridiculous.

Please make sure you ask them if the nail tech instruments are sterilized. I just witnessed my technician use my clippers and nail tools on someone else without sterilizing after using them on me

The employees here are very rude! Went in today asking for nail repair said we don’t have time when there were only 3 people in there. Do not support this business. All the other nail shops in the area were very busy. It shows why!

ZERO customer service skills at this nail salon. They do not care about their customers AT ALL. They make you wait forevvverr even if you have an appointment and are unapologetic. I've gone here a handful of times but I've had enough. The last experience put a sour taste in my mouth, without getting into detail, overall it's not a pleasant experience or process getting your nails done here and will not be returning.
