Not the greatest place to get a massage in Thai town. Me and my girlfriend came in for our massage about 5 minutes before our 3pm appointment that we had booked online and paid for already. We were told to sit down after filling in our forms but after 20 minutes we began speaking to the man at the desk about the appointment and he proceeded to tell us “our masseuses aren’t going to be here until 4pm.” We waited 20 minutes before speaking up and only when we confront him does he provide us with this information. Luckily he saves it by saying he’ll provide “hot stones and oil on the house.” Fine, mistakes happen. However, we came back and had an okay massage. I think mine was better than my girlfriends. She normally sleeps during our massages and that’s how i know it’s a good sign. Unfortunately, she did not sleep and we also never received our complimentary hot stones which was a nice reminder they never cared about us in the first place.

I recently checked out Nuad Loyal Thai Spa, and wow, what an experience! This place is known for authentic Thai massages, and it totally lived up to the hype. I left feeling so refreshed, like all the tension just melted away. The therapists were super kind and definitely knew what they were doing. The spa itself is really calming—kind of feels like you’ve been transported to Thailand. The decor is beautiful, and the soft music playing during the session makes it even better. Perfect for unwinding after a long, exhausting week. If you’re someone who deals with shoulder or back tension, I totally recommend it. After my session, I felt so much lighter, and I think my posture even improved a bit. Definitely planning on coming back!

the massage was 90 minutes of pain. i told the masseuse multiple times to go softer but she kept pressing so hard on all of the sensitive spots of the body like above the knee. on top of that her nails were long and i could feel them scratching me. they were so sharp that i noticed that her nails had cut into my hand after the massage. she also did not take off her ring and bracelet which i could feel with every motion. this is the worst massage i’ve ever experienced and i do not recommend this place to any body.

한타에 살면서 그 근방 여러 마사지샵을 다녔는데 조금 멀긴해도 여기 정말 추천해요. 1. 전화받는 사람이 진짜 친절하고 예약 이후에 인포를 바로 메세지로 전달해줘요. 2. 도착하면 내가 받고 싶은 마사지나 부위, 질병이 있는지 세심하게 체크해줘요. 웰컴 드링크로 물을 바틀로 주고요. 3.(제일중요) 제가 다녀본 마사지 샵들의 직원이 영어로 소통이 어려울정도로 영어를 못했어요. 근데 여기는 나이 많으셔도 영어 소통 잘되고 그래서 제가 원하는 부위나 세기등 정말 잘 맞춰줘요. 4. 시설이 정말 깨끗해요. 구석구석하나에 먼지없음. 마사지 테이블에 장판도 깔려있어서 따듯함. 5. 이전에 다녔던 곳들은 마사지사들이 끝나고 저 따라다니면서 팁을 강요하는 느낌이었는데 여기는 데스크에서 팁까지 결제하니 제가 원하는 퍼센트나 금액을 내가 주고 싶은대로 줄 수 있어요. 6. 웰컴티랑 과자도 위생적이고 맛있었어요. 마사지 룸 간격이 가까워서 옆 사람의 소리가 잘 들리는게 단점이라면 단점. 제일 기본 타이마사지 1시간이 70불 정도로 다른 곳보다 조금 비싸지만 위의 이유로 갈만해요! I’ve been to several massage shops around Koreatown, but even though this one is a bit farther, I highly recommend it. 1. The receptionist is very friendly, and they send all the details via message right after you make a reservation. 2. When you arrive, they carefully check what kind of massage you want, any specific areas of concern, or any health issues. They also offer bottled water as a welcome drink. 3. (Most importantly) At other places I’ve been to, the staff struggled with English, but here, even the older staff communicate well in English. This means they can adjust the pressure and focus on the areas you request very easily. 4. The facilities are spotless—no dust in sight. 5. At previous places, I felt pressured to tip directly by the massage therapists, but here, you can pay the tip at the desk and give the percentage or amount you want without any awkwardness. 6. The welcome tea and snacks are hygienic and tasty. The basic 1-hour Thai massage is around $70, which is a bit more expensive than other places, but worth it for all these reasons!

Best Thai massage place I've ever been to. The vibe/decor is really nice, the masseuses are very skilled, the customer service is top notch. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place

First time going and I will without a doubt be returning. 100% worth it. The prices are great. I got a one hour Swedish massage and it was incredible, she found knots I didn't know I had! The staff was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The facility was very clean, calming, and inviting. The tea and cookie at the end was such a nice treat too! A great way to treat yourself if you're in Thai Town.

I took my wife to this highly recommended Thai massage place. The appointment setup was easy and seamless. Overall, the quality of the massages were good but I hope there was more communication during the session.

If I lived in the area I would go on a recurring basis. Everything was perfect: ambience of the place, the care of the staff, and of course the massage. I was also happy they could find a same day appointment.

Probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I like a lot of pressure and Emma(?) provided! I did 2 hours and it was well worth it. I feel like a new person. The staff was very friendly, the place very clean and smells nice too. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re very active and workout a lot.

I come at least once a week, for my massage therapy, ( I don’t think I could be as productive as I am, without it). I think this’s the best decision I’ve made all year. I really didn’t realize how sore I become between the work week, and trying to maintain an active lifestyle at the gym. That being said I love getting the 2 hour deep tissue, Thai massage, with hot stones & and hot oil. For me this combination is the ultimate in self care, after a long work week. Thai- Massage includes walking on the back, and legs to really break up the adhesions ( or, knots & stiffness ). You can always ask for them to be more gentle, or opt out of this technique, if it’s too intense for you. Thai - Massage also includes assisted stretching, which I find to be very helpful for lasting relief of and lingering tightness, or stiffness. The owners are very family oriented, and are caring enough to provide hot tea, snacks, or some other treat to greet you after your therapy session has concluded. This’s my regular spot, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Enjoy !!!!

This place is absolutely amazing, I living in SD and visiting Thai town sometime but this time different bcoz my husband’s son came LA and we drove from SD to see him during waiting Thai night market open in the evening, We preferred to spend time in Thai massage and we walked in, Luckily their masseurs available for 3 people and they did a great massage! If I have chance to visit Thai town, I’m definitely to visit this place again!

Had a 2hr massage couples massage with Annie and Natia (Nacha), I can pinpoint the moment the knots in my back released. Annie is a wonderfully talented massage therapist. Likewise Natia is equally amazing. HIGHLY recommend!!!

This is my favorite massage place in Los Angeles. My sister and I took our mom here for massages for mother's day. They made it extra special with orange tea, cheesecake and a rose for her 🫶 thank you for helping us make her feel special!

What a wonderful experience and a good find in Hollywood. Very professional, clean atmosphere. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and had great customer service.
