Jamilee destroyed my hair! I went in with gorgeous blonde heavily highlight hair and went for a root touch up of a bright cool blonde! I left with ORANGE HAIR WITH A LAYER OF GREY ON TOP also looks terribly when parted how I told her I sort it and looks like tons of brown in a pony tail. she was suppose to call me to schedule time to fix it but she never did! They never voluntarily offered any solution. I also paid for hair blow out and hair styling and she did half a blow out and no styling. She didn’t use proper sectioning technique or proper foiling technique and in fact I was told the owner won’t even let Jamielee color her hair. Here’s the most shocking part!!! During our consult when I first arrive she was rude, told me I should have came for a separate consult, I called to speak to them multiple times previously no one asked me to come in for a consult, and when I told her how I’d like my roots done she said I WILL DO YOUR ROOTS HOWEVER I WANT TO. What in the heck I’m the client I said I wanted highlights as close to my roots as possible and then to add the smallest possible smudge root… she said she would do my roots however she wanted and that there’d be a lot of upkeep how I requested them… ummmm I want my hair how I want my hair and I expressed I have no problem coming in regularly for touch ups I want the highlights to go to the root. She did what she wanted and had the nerve to rudely say it! So they back a blow out up to my hair color appointment and they didn’t have time to leave my bleach on long enough to process and didn’t have time to do enough foils she washed the bleach out early when it was orange to accommodate a blow out after I was there for hours getting highlights she threw dark grey toner on it and sent me away with orange ish greyish browning hair not the color I went in for not anything close to it and my hair was darker when I left than when I came in but I went in for highlights and lightening what a waste of time and money and now my hair is fed up they need to pay to fix it! I want to go to a different salon and stylist on their dime! Jamilee needs a new career as the salon was gorgeous, receptionist fabulous, beverages great, aesthetic of salon great! Jamilee shouldn’t talk to people the way she does, doesn’t know how to treat customers, can’t properly color hair, follow through with fixing it it’s wild she has some nerve! I strongly believe she should be fired over this I’m sure it’s not the first time!

I had an amazing experience at Nuage Beauty House! I loved the owner and the girls here and booking was so easy! They show you all services, add ons, and will block the time and give you the duration at booking so it’s easy to plan your day. I got the brow lamination and tint, pedicure, and blowout. I left feeling pampered and beautiful. Absolutely booking again!!!!

I had my lashes lifted and painted by Anastassiya yesterday and they look fabulous! It opened up my eyes so much, giving me that no makeup makeup look I am always after. I am so obsessed with this one-stop shop beauty house, they have everything from gel-x nails with amazing artistry to full blow outs and spray tanning. I will definitely be back for more!

I had such a great time at Nuage❣️ I came with my friend before her wedding for us to get blowouts and lash lifts, and we had so much fun! They were so kind and made us feel super welcome with snacks and drinks, I really cannot imagine going anywhere else now

I received a manicure from Louna and a lash lift from Anastasia. It was the best experience I've ever had in a salon! It was very private and elevated, with complimentary drink options and your own closed off area to receive your treatments. I'm very happy with my experience and would love to come back.

Indulged in a self care day and brought along my partner, Robert. We’re toddler parents and desperately needed a relaxing day and that’s exactly what we received! I got a speciality pedicure and spray tan (my first time ever) and let me just say the hospitality is amazing! I was able to watch tv, get a chair massage and even drink an iced latte (ordered from their beverage menu!). Robert mentioned he never experienced such luxury until he arrived at Nuage Beauty House, he also received a speciality pedicure. Nuage Beauty Salon gave me the best nail experience I’ve ever had! I got 3D nail art, and it turned out absolutely stunning. The attention to detail was incredible, and I can honestly say these are the best nails I've ever had. The salon itself is so nice and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. I loved that I got to watch whatever I wanted on TV while getting my nails done. The whole experience was relaxing and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best salon I’ve ever been to. I came in not having big expectations because I was disappointed by so many salons all around LA, but left absolutely blown away how amazing this place is! Incredibly luxurious and glamorous salon, highest-quality products, and sincerely, the best professionals working there. All the girls were so kind, caring and nice. And I was absolutely blown away by the quality of their work. Highest recommendations to the best hair stylist VALERIIA. She picked the most incredible color for me and was so gentle with my hair, I was truly amazed how professional she is. I also got hair strengthening procedure done and my hair looks so healthy and shiny! Truly recommending this to everybody. 100/100!

I recently visited this aesthetic nail salon in West Hollywood, and I was beyond impressed with my experience. I treated myself to their gel mani-pedi, and the results were stunning. The attention to detail and the skill of the technician, Faith, was truly top-notch. The salon itself offers an impressive range of services, and the ambiance is both chic and welcoming. In addition to my mani-pedi, I also decided to try their eyebrow lamination service, and it was exactly what I hoped for. My brows have never looked better! If you’re in West Hollywood and looking for a place to pamper yourself with a wide array of beauty services, this salon is the one to visit. I can’t recommend it enough—definitely a 10/10!

I got a Lash Lift and Tint today and it was amazing!!! It really makes such a difference! The Salon is so warm and inviting & the front receptionist Sadie was just super sweet and informative! Anastassiya was my Lash Artist and she did such an amazing job, she definitely knows her stuff! I also got a cute little care package with some free gifts too! I will definitely be back next month...and the month after.. and after.. :) :) :)

interior wise I fell in love it was so clean and nice super aesthetic the mood and ambiance was a 5star experience for me I don't even wanna leave anymore lol I stayed there for total of 4hours for 3 things (eyebrow lamination my first time and super love the result,gelx nail extension which is my favorite I wanted to keep this forever lol +the 24kgold flakes that my nail tech added I felt like a queen and lastly the longest but worth the wait coz the result was so beautiful my eyelash extension I let faith do her magic and just told her that I wanted something that will make me look awake and she nailed it and before I forget the receptionist will greet you gracefully and will offer you a complimentary snacks and refreshments I chose the nuage latte in oatmilk with heart art on top so yum!!!I'll definitely will visit again with my friends and family if you happen to visit them soon please mention my name "kristinymireny"

A salon that’s 100% non toxic, aesthetically pleasing and relaxing at the same time! Not only did I receive the perfect gel mani and pedi, I was put at ease knowing that all of the products were vegan and cruelty-free. Consider them your one stop shop for beauty as they offer all of your favorite beauty services from hair to nails, lashes and brows! The service and amenities were top tier including a private room equipt with a smart tv for my mani/pedi, an array of beverages and snacks to choose from, and aesthetician with a great eye for details! Would highly recommend and will be back for more beauty services!

Felt like I was on cloud nine at LA’s first luxurious and sustainable beauty destination. From the moment I arrived, I loved how convenient the parking was around the corner. I had the most amazing experience at Nuage Beauty House yesterday. Just walking in the salon itself felt so homey and relaxing, exactly what I need. Idalis at the front was super sweet and got me settled in for my appointments. She also made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted anything from their snack and beverage menu. They make you feel like one of them, yet still their guest. Faith did my manicure and she did a fantastic job!! I was worried that my natural nails wouldn’t look the best with french tip, but she made them still look so elegant. The manicure took place inside a separate space with its own tv for me to watch while she did my nails. Which I loved because I usually get bored during nail appointments, but not during this one I watched Grownups 2 and was laughing the whole time. After Anastassiya worked her magic on me and gave me an incredible lash lift + tint and brow lamination + tint. I was a bit nervous considering this was my first time for either but wow once I laid down I was so comfortable I even fell asleep a couple times. I love how results came out for both and how natural it looks. My favorite part about this salon is their non toxic beauty services and how many different beauty options they have to choose from. I have to say one of my favorite day experiences in a salon. I’ve never felt so at ease in a salon. I love that it’s a bit smaller of a place which makes it feel more comfortable and less crowded.

I just have to start off with the vibe and comfort that Nuage Beauty House provides. I feel like I’m in a different world when i enter the building — like a real life dream! I got my nails and lashes done by Faith and she did an amazing job. I never got lashes extensions done before and my only concern was that they would combat my fair skin and eyebrows. She did so good at making sure my lashes compliment my features and didn’t take away. Her attention to detail is why I’ll be coming back to Nuage Beauty for all of my beauty needs!

Nuage Beauty House is SO aesthetically pleasing inside the salon, and all of the staff were super friendly & very experienced. All of the products are sustainable & non-toxic for all of us clean beauty lovers. I got a hard gel manicure with french tips and Faith really took her time to make sure I was happy (we tested 4 colors before I decided on french bc I was being indecisive lol). There are a TON of nail colors to choose from and they can do designs, chrome, and basically anything you desire. Plus you can watch TV during your appt. I also got a custom airbrush spray tan & they use Nuda tanning products. She asked if I wanted to add sparkles and of course I could never say no to that. 🤣✨ 10/10 recommend this place if you’re looking to treat yourself and glow up! 🌟☁️🩰🎀

Went to Nuage Beauty House to get a gel-x manicure and pedicure for my upcoming trip. The space is BEAUTIFUL, with a nice, luxurious aesthetic. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and I just loved the vibe. My nails and toes came out amazing, and exactly like the picture I showed them. Wow! What an experience Nuage was! ☁️ One time wasn't enough I had to come in the next week, I just LOVED my experience! It's a ladies dream to walk into Nuage! Not only are they all supper welcoming but they are super talented! I got a lash lift and tint and I literally feel no need to put masacra anymore because I love how it turned out! PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! The vibe was like a girls night in with my besties giving each other beauty treatments! Instantly was chatty besties with all of the staff. Got to turn on a movie of my choosing while getting my gel pedicure and gel x nails! Got my first ever spray tan as well and asked a million questions and the girl was so kind and helpful! Will be back!
