Although the services can get somewhat expensive, but that's ok since using new technologies. Susan, Brooke, and the staff are caring and easy to work with. They genuinely are interested in transforming your appearance and helping you get results.

I have used Susan and her staff for close to 20 Years from weight loss, micro needling, collagen reduction, body shaping and contouring and skin tightening. I’ve also used them for lash extensions and Susan and her staff have always taken amazing care of me. They are upfront and honest on the results to expect. And are very knowledgeable on the products and services they offer. I consider this my go to place for all things beauty!

While the nutritional advice was helpful, I was met with disaster after disaster with various treatments. I had prepaid to take advantage of multiple services. One service physically hurt me even though I was assured there were no side effects. Their supplements were supposed to be free of allergens I had specifically asked about in advance but the allergens were present causing allergic reactions. A third treatment I paid for was not allowed by my doctor after it was discovered I had serious thyroid issues. Every complaint was met with an empathetic response but no follow through on "we will see what we can do for you". Meanwhile, I am out thousands of dollars. Do not recommend.

I cannot say enough about my experience today! I am more than pleased! Results will vary, all skin types are different but I must share my results - I was expecting to 1) feel more pain 2) more redness or at lease be able to tell I had it done 3) maybe a worse appearance a couple of hours in and 4) at least some itching, redness, maybe some pain but let me tell you - I left there and continued working - No one single person mentioned anything! I barely felt the procedure while it was being completed. Brittney explained everything she was doing as she prepared to do it. She explained what to expected 1 hour after up until 7 days after. I am now 7 hours in and not a single itch, dryness, pain NOTHING! I am completely ecstatic and excited to see the end results which will come in time. As for my 1st experience - I GIVE IT A 10 STARS EXPERIENCE and would highly recommend!

Susan is a Very talented saleswoman- quite possibly the best I've ever met. She listens well and knows exactly what to tell you. Unfortunately, she absolutely did not deliver on her very confident promises, and as a result, I have experienced a significant deterioration of physical and emotional health after having trusted Susan. Unfortunately, I was naive, hopeful, and perhaps I also felt a little desperate when I walked into this office. I got duped- hook, line, and sinker. This recovery is more than a year in the making, and obviously not completed or I might not be writing this review. I have since learned quite a bit about weight management as well as healthy mindsets around eating... Maybe you can be benefitted here if you need smoothing in your thighs or a pleasant experience with the friendly technicians for some kind of spa day. But if you want healthy, sustainable weight management, I couldn't recommend more strongly that you go elsewhere. Also, if you actually want significant change to your abdominal area after any pregnancies or cesareans, this is not a legitimate surgical alternative- you will absolutely not obtain surgical quality results through this option. I wish Susan was clear and honest about that during our first meeting, which she absolutely was not.

The PERFECT DERMA PEEL here was a total waste of my $300. BUYER BEWARE ! HKB , where I usually have this peel, was booked and I decided to try it here in October. The esthetician was very nice and professional, but I knew that it was an expired product the minute I used the moisturizer. It was like water, not the cream that is in the aftercare kit and the expiration date had been scratched through on the bottom of the kit. I called immediately, they looked and said their stock "was all the same" ! They obviously had bought product that had expired. This is usually a good medium peel that produces nice results. Instead, I flaked a little around my nose and mouth and that was IT !! I never called again because I knew what the response would be. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PEEL AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!

The services that were promised to work for me did not. At my consultation with Susan I was recommended to receive 16 treatments. I caught a special where I received 20 treatments of Cellusmooth for $1900. I followed the 24 hr recommended diets, took the detox, and utilized the jiggle machine every visit to no avail. Almost $2,000 and no results. The staff are all very nice, professional, and well versed in their expertise. I enjoyed talking to them during my services. I felt like they were friends.

wonderful place - within 4 months on NuBody weightloss plan, I had lost 34 pounds and 9.5% body fat. And now days from being a year, I’ve lost 62 pounds. I had numerous check offs in red on my health scales, I was migrating up to size 3XL clothing and not enjoying health risks… muffin top tire, not able to get off the floor by myself for about 4 years. Now, I’m a Size Small or 6. My health scale has green checkmarks where was red. I’m no longer popping Tums to sleep.after years of struggling my Health numbers finally in healthy ranges. The me I see in my mind, matches the mirror. Aches & Pains are no longer debilitating.Coworkers & Family are amazed at my weightloss. Rolls of fat in my midsection & neck & triple chin are amazingly gone. I can finally locate cute clothing again. It’s been an amazing journey to find myself again. During my year of journey, I lost my father to morbid obesity in March. I have heavy relatives on both sides of my family. I have beaten what seems to be hereditary. Amazing Journey… I once thought was a mirage.
