For many years I have visited many practices with desires to address my skin issues regarding "severe" hyperpigmentation & more. Nuderma Health & Med is by far the absolute best practice I have yet to frequent! Unlike many other practices, Dr. Spencer 100% satisfied ALL my concerns on my very first visit. Not only did I receive the treatments I desired, he was extremely easy to talk to, open minded and genuine. I did not feel like a pay check for once. I didn't have to go through hurdles and multiple appointments wasting time and money to accomplish my desired treatments. Extremely rare these days, If I could give 6 stars I would!!

This was the worst experience ever. The chemical peel caused a severe reaction, leaving me with milia, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. When I returned to address these issues, I was simply advised to see a dermatologist. Despite asking multiple times about potential side effects before the procedure, provider never informed or warned me of any risks. Additionally, the front desk staff and provider Kelly Mercer gave conflicting information before and after the adverse reaction. Please do not waste your time, money and mess up the existing precious skin texture They completely change their tune after you make the payment.

Dr Spencer is highly recommended, he listens well, takes his time and genuinely tries to help you. This is so refreshIng because doctors usually try and get rid of you and onto the next patient. Nuderma, WELL DONE, I'll be coming back for more.

Had smartlipo twice. First results were great. Just had the 2nd one last week so have to wait for those results however I’d like to give a huge thank you and shout out to Angie. She is in there, holding your hand if needed, she cleans up and helps you dress after the procedure and if your smart, you get her massages after so you can heal faster and have smoother results. She is wonderful! She works around your schedule, texts you to check on you, Nuderma is so lucky to have an employee him her. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

I'm giving this place and Dr. Spencer an A+ on laser tattoo removal for microbladed eyebrows! He was confident in how he spoke to me regarding the potential results knowing that there are a lot of variables with microblading removal. I got lucky and only needed one visit to have all of my 6-year-old tattooed brows zapped off. Do NOT waste your time at places like the Removery that have opened up around town... They were unsure with every question I had for them and at a ridiculous price markup. This is a legitimate business and I would 100% recommend going here if you have microblading you want removed for good.

Disappointing experience Edit: Not true, I purposefully scheduled a consultation to learn about my treatment and its cost. The price I was given included face and other areas, and I was told it could all be done in 30 minutes. My final treatment barely took 20 minutes, clearly in a rush. Not worth the money.

Paid for (via Groupon) and received 6 full leg laser hair removal sessions from Bobby. I have fair skin and dark hair and have had LHR at other spas and had fabulous results prior. I will let my pictures (taken today) speak for themselves. Zoom in if needed.

This was my first time coming here and I had a great experience! The staff were all super friendly and made me feel super comfortable! Brittany did my filler and she was amazing, I absolutely love my lips. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back!! :)

Bobbi is the best. Not only does she do a great job, she is happy to explain other procedures as well. I have gotten other treatments done after listening to her explain them to me and have been very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr Spencer is perceptive, has excellent listening skills, resulting in clear shared vision and plan to accomplish goals from the start. He is highly technically skilled,(with a complex mix of equipment and applications) artistic and effective in applying therapeutics. Dr Spencer and his staff are focused, ensuring all goals are accomplished. Very Professional support staff. Cutting edge equipment. Clean and sanitary environment. Personally availability, during and post tx.. Altogether Exemplify "Medicine as an Art".

I liked my consultant. She was very kind and very informative about expectations and best protocols to take for the best results, and the procedure was easy. For LHR: Bobbie is really great to work with! She is super informative and knows her stuff! She's a stickler about not having sun exposure for 2 weeks prior, and therefore, ensuring my skin is fully protected when working with lasers.

Love coming here! Been going to Nuderma for almost 2 yrs now. The entire staff is always warm welcoming and very knowledgeable. Dr. Spencer is awesome and you don’t have to wait forever for an appointment! I’ve gotten a couple different treatments done from microneedling, hydra facials, to fillers. They always do a great job and I leave happy. ;) Money well spent!

The customer service here is unbelievably amazing. The front desk called me the day before my first appointment to see if I could come 15 minutes later. I feel like most places wouldn’t have made that call and would’ve had me sit there for those extra 15 minutes. Additionally, I didn’t see any results from my first couple of laser treatments but they made that situation right rather than make me purchase more treatments (if that makes sense). I can’t recommend this place enough!
