I asked for layers and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she cut it in two extremely crooked layers that looked nothing like my picture. Also overheard another stylist asking what clippers to use and how to use them as she was cutting someone else's hair. Very risky to come here. If you do, avoid the stylist named Anabel at ALL costs. She ruined my hair.

I was recommended here by a friend and I was not disappointed. Guadalupe did my hair and she did an amazing job with the color and cut. I have never recieved so many compliments!

This crazy, I feel personally attacked this lady said she could give me layers to help make my hair look better and why did she cut half of my hair off and and cut the most choppy layers ever they are not even even what’s so ever looks like a five year old did this, I left that salon in tears I hate this hair

Estas mujers llegan a trabajar pidiendole a Dios no tener trabajo. MUY POCO PROFESIONALES definitivamente NO LO RECOMIENDO, a estas personas no les importa (de verdad se los juro ke no les importa) dicen que abren a las 9am pero llegan a las 9:30 y cuando por fin llega alguien me dicen ke no me pueden atender Porque solo hay una sola persona. Muy irresponsables, a estas mujeres se les Nota ke Odian su trabajo. Anahi ( si de verdad ese es su nombre) llego a las 9:40 me Dijo tambien ke no me podia atender Porque "tenia una cita" mas sin embargo su cita Nunca llego y Ella en lugar de atenderme le dijo a la otra mujer tenia mucha hambre y sed y ke iba ir a la tienda y se fue. Asi que ahi se los dejo a su propio criterio.

Nuevo Imagen is the best!!! I went to another salon and asked for and updo for my goddaugter's sweet sixteen.. I showed the stylist the picture and when she was done I looked like the grandmother. So I left upset on the verge of tesrs and was going to go home and wash my hair and just wear it like I always do but my husband looked up salon de belleza near me and Nuevo Imagen was the first salon that popped up on google. He took me there and I was prepared for them to tell me they were busy or they couldn't see me since I did not have an appointment.I was greeted I told them my situation and told they could help I showed them the picture of what I wanted and Laura was the stylist that helped me. Laura had my hair done the way I wanted it in half an hour. I am so grateful that we ended up at this salon. They now have a loyal customer and I will recommend this salon and Laura to everyone I know. Thank you!!!!!

I called beforehand because i was told they get crowded and only do by appointment. So I did and made my appointment once the shopp was open at 9am si i live my house at 8:30 to be there at least 5min early but no got ther at 8:58 but the shope was closed so i though they are inside and going to open at 9am but no its already 9:20 and noone is here how frustrating its this. So unprofessional

They do a great job!!! My daughter love it, very expensive compare to Mexico.
