ETA after the extensive response, While I appreciate the effort to address my review, I’d like to clarify a few points. Why are you exposing about my previous treatment? Isn't that HIPPA protected? Anyway.... FYI...My previous treatment was done by a personal friend, yes, who is also a medical professional, the procedure was done in a clinical setting under a medical doctor’s supervision. I chose not to further discuss this at NUR as I felt it was irrelevant. The 15 years experienced doctor did kindly compliment me, assuming I was in my 30s rather than on my actual age, let's think this was for real, however, this occurred before she recommended the treatment plan, which I felt was excessive. When I expressed that 90 units seemed too much, her immediate response was to ask about my budget, making the interaction feel transactional rather than patient-focused. My main concern remains on the lack of transparency in the Instagram ad; key details about toxin brands, dosing, and price variations should be disclosed upfront to avoid misleading potential patients. I also encourage readers to note that businesses often respond defensively to reviews like mine, but I stand by my experience. The advertising felt like a bait-and-switch, the time management was unprofessional, and the consultation appeared more focused on upselling than patient care. To anyone considering this clinic, I recommend asking detailed questions beforehand to ensure transparency and avoid surprises. Original Review: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic, and I feel compelled to share it as a warning to others. The doctor promotes Dysport treatments on Instagram, advertising $4.00 per unit for up to 40 units. This initially seemed like a great deal, so I submitted my information through their ad. Shortly after, I received a text message offering appointment options, and I selected a date and time that worked for me. However, on the day of my appointment, just three hours beforehand, I received a call asking if I could come earlier because the clinic would be closing at the time my appointment was originally scheduled. While this was very inconvenient, I adjusted my schedule and made it work. When I arrived, I was required to complete several forms, disclosing a lot of personal information. After waiting for 15 minutes, a spa assistant escorted me to a room and asked for even more details. Then, I was left waiting for 45 additional minutes before the doctor finally arrived. The doctor asked why I was there, before immediately trying to upsell other treatments. She then explained the differences between toxin brands and recommended a much higher number of units than I expected, justifying it based on one brand being more concentrated than another—a fact that was not disclosed in the ad or at the time of booking. This felt deceptive. I emphasized that I wanted to be conservative with the treatment, but the entire process made me uncomfortable. At that point, I decided not to proceed with the treatment. After cleaning my face, the doctor abruptly left the room without even shaking hands, clearly moving on to another patient. This experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch. The Instagram advertisement is misleading, as it fails to disclose key information about pricing and toxin brand differences. Additionally, their lack of professionalism and poor time management wasted my time—I drove 45 minutes for this appointment and had to rearrange my schedule last-minute, only to leave without receiving treatment. This clinic’s practices are unprofessional and unethical. I would never return and strongly advise others to proceed with caution if considering their services. I am expecting the business to answer this review in the way I see it does with the others. What I am stating here is TRUE. Be aware!! Even if they say is about the good work IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY for them.

I just had Morpheus 8 done today, I was super impressed. I was super nervous about the procedure, because previously I did it in another office and it was super painful. Dr Saima and team knew what they were doing and I didn’t feel a thing. Looking forward to my next visit to get rejuvenated! Highly recommend!!!

Worst experience I’ve had at a medspa. The aesthetician left numbing cream on my face for nearly an hour while she attended to other customers. She said it would be on for 25 minutes and she’d be back. Total lack of care or professionalism. When she finally returned, I decided against proceeding with the microneedling treatment since I felt so uncomfortable at that point and didn’t trust that the procedure would be done with care at all.

I do not recommend this clinic due to misleading advertising practices on Instagram. The doctor who owns the practice promotes Dysport for $4.00 per unit, but when I arrived, I was informed that the service would only be provided if I agreed to treat the areas the doctor recommended. This is misleading because it doesn't matter what the price is if the doctor will only do the amount she thinks is necessary. I was unable to receive treatment for my glabella after driving one hour for this appointment . I have had done botox on my glabella only for over 10 years and never, ever I had a problem with it . This kind of practice does false advertising, and I find it unprofessional. I would never return to a clinic that treats clients this way, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

I recently visited for a lip filler appointment and was thoroughly impressed! I am literally INLOVE with my results I’m so glad I came here! Everyone was so lovely and the atmosphere was so therapeutic. The facility was pristine, and the staff so welcoming. Dr. Saima & Abi were exceptional - knowledgeable, gentle, and meticulous. The procedure was painless, and the results exceeded my expectations! My lips look naturally fuller and more defined. I appreciated the personalized consultation and aftercare instructions. Beyond pleased and overjoyed with my experience with Nur Med Spa. I drove from West Palm Beach (3 hours) to meet Dr. Saima and couldn’t be happier. I’d do this drive over and over for her and the staff. She made me feel at home and so comfortable. I went in to get a lip flip and I am so so happy with the results. I trust Dr. Saima 1000%. This place is a 10/10!!!!! I’ve been looking into many spas for the last few months and I came across this spa on IG. I was super nervous to get anything done since I’ve seen so many botched jobs. Dr.Saima will not let you down! She knows exactly what she’s doing and she’ll give you her honest advice. I LOVEEEE my results and she answered all my concerns I had. We had a full conversation for 30 minutes and I didn’t feel like she was rushing me. She took her time with me and addressed all my worries. Not to mention the spa is gorgeous!!!!! So well decorated and the staff is so professional and friendly. Will def be a permanent patient here!!!! Thank you to everyone at Nurspa!

This place is your one stop shop for all your aesthetic needs! From Botox to facials they got you. I had the pleasure to have a consult with Dr Sima and she was very informative regarding what would be best for my goals. I was lucky to also have an express facial with hi frequency with Abi and it was amazing. If you are in need of a quick pick me up definitely book yourself an express facial with her and you’ll walk out feeling renewed. I have an upcoming appointment for fillers and I’m super excited to see the results because if it’s anything like how my Botox turned out I know I’ll be looking top notch!

Whatever you do, do NOT let these people touch your lips. I just asked for a lip flip and now one random section of my top lip just hangs. So embarrassing. This is 5 weeks after procedure. EDIT: *****I am from Palm Beach and have been getting botox done for 8 years now, and have NEVER needed to attend a follow up appointment where injector proceeds to charge me MORE for a mistake THEY clearly made accidentally shooting too much dysport into one side of my upper lip*****
