I booked a relaxation massage with Kristi & she was wonderful! I have cancer and had a lot of concerns about getting a massage at this point in my journey. She was very knowledgeable about how to care for me and those with cancer. She listened to my needs and helped me lay in a way to avoid sensitive areas. She checked in with me to make sure that I was ok & that the massage was the right pressure. I’m so pleased that it went so well. I will definitely be back for another massage with her soon!

I’m not one to write reviews often, but feel other women should know what a positive experience I had with Nurture. My doula Nicole was so incredibly supportive in ways I didn’t know I needed both before labor and during my delivery. During my delivery, Nicole just knew what to do in each moment and how to respond to my energy. Hiring a doula was a big decision for us as it is a large expense and we are so glad we did. There is absolutely no way I could have gone without an epidural, or even had my labor progress so smoothly as it did without Nicole’s help!

I cannot recommend Nuture ultrasound spa enough! I have been a few times & each time i’m so cared for! Anna, the tech we’ve had each time, is amazing! She’s so kind and makes the experience of seeing our sweet baby even better. It was amazing being able to bring our family with us as well. We can’t wait to go back to do a 3D/4D scan! you won’t regret scheduling!!

This place was amazing! My first experience was wow!! It’s very clean, neat and everyone there is so friendly and helpful! I had Anna She was so kind to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session and if she wasn’t satisfied with the results, she made sure to ask questions and what she could do better. Highly recommend if you want a 3-D ultrasound

Update: I went in for another complimentary scan and I am more than happy with my results! Anna was so kind, extremely welcoming, and knowledgeable! I saw so many angles of my beautiful baby and heard his heartbeat. Everything a mother wants to see/hear! I am very impressed with the results from today! The atmosphere of the boutique is very welcoming, clean, and beautiful. Although my experience did not match up with the 5 star reviews I’ve read about. I went in at 12w1d for an ultrasound. I’ll attach photos. If anyone could tell me what I’m looking at, that would be great. I was told to empty out my bladder, as it was “too full”, but I thought it was common knowledge to have a full bladder before an abdominal ultrasound.. The directions also say to eat/ drink something before scan so baby is active, but apparently this led to more problems as the ultrasound “specialist” could not get my babies heart rate on the screen. It popped up for maybe a second, but I was never told a heart rate and what I heard was not convincing. I never saw a side profile or anything resembling a baby. The “specialist” did not take her time to get thorough photos. She seemed in a complete rush and just seemed to want to get me out of there. Women go to these boutiques for reassurance between appointments and I received the complete opposite. I have always had amazing ultrasounds and experiences at private boutiques so this was a huge let down. I had a better and more clear scan a month ago. At least I could tell what I was looking at… I am extremely disappointed and upset.

11/30/2024 update: Shortly after my original review the management reached out and offered a complimentary re-scan, which we did yesterday. Our second encounter at Nurture was absolutely 10/10. Anna was so friendly and attentive and ensured we got the shots we wanted (which was challenging at 30+2!) but she did amazing. After this experience I can say we would definitely recommend Nurture for 3D ultrasound services and highly recommend Anna!!! 11/5/2024 original review: The environment and facility is gorgeous. However our 20 minutes felt extremely rushed. Our ultrasound technician, though extremely friendly and kind, did not seem to have any interest in getting great views. At previous 3D ultrasounds in different pregnancies we went to another facility locally, the technicians there had me move in different positions and worked hard to get us different shots of our baby (face, hands, feet, etc.) We unfortunately had a very different experience at Nurture. We ended up with only photos of our baby's face and a lot of convincing by the ultrasound tech that we "got lots of great shots."

I had a great experience doing a “quick peek”ultrasound at Nurture! It was a beautiful, clean, and relaxing space and our ultrasound technician, Anna, was so nice & knowledgable! She gave us great photos and made sure we knew exactly what we were looking at in each. Definitely planning to go again!

Beautiful facility and very clean ! The staff were extremely friendly and we definitely will be back! A ultrasound here is definitely better than going to the doctors just for the pure fact of the comforting space. The price was also amazing for the quality!

I had a very traumatic labor and delivery with my first born. i was completely terrified of going through it again. Between my Doula, Erica and my OBGYN i had a wonderful (within the confines of labor and delivery kinda really sucks lol) labor and delivery, it went the way i wanted and most importantly i was listened to and heard. i wasnt ignored or had things done to me against my will. it was amazing and very healing. Thank you guys for being so awesome, supporting me through something terrifying and helping me heal from past trauma.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Nurture! The experience was very calming and welcoming and I felt very comfortable the whole time and now I have special photos of this time in my pregnancy to last a lifetime. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get a special 3D/4D view of their new bundle of joy.

We utilized Nurture throughout our first pregnancy and delivery. He was born last night. Their weekly classes, 3D Ultrasounds, in person appointments, massages, and 24/7 virtual support throughout pregnancy were immeasurably helpful and appreciated. Not to mention the actual help during labor and delivery. I had a 72 hour labor that ended in a C-Section, and the doulas were with us in person or virtually for the entire time. I am beyond grateful for them.

I booked an ultrasound to ease my between OB visits anxiety and I am so glad I did! This was such a magical and beautiful experience. The office inviting and calm my parents got to join my husband and I to experience our baby. I will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend!

Kristi (LMT) was amazing and very knowledgeable. She was kind and offered tips to ease aches and pains. I would highly recommend a massage with her. Nurture had a relaxing and calming environment as soon as I walked in the door. Can’t recommend them enough.

27 weeks pregnant with baby #6 and my husband treated me to a massage for my birthday. Bj was absolutely wonderful. I haven’t felt this good since before I got pregnant. She listened to what I needed and focused on those areas. The environment was so calm and relaxing. Everyone was so kind and sweet. Every mom deserves that treatment. I can’t wait to return!

I had a great experience at Nurture Doulas during the ultrasound. I paid for 4D experience at $249 , it was a little under 30 minutes total just due to the prior client running a tiny bit over. But my frustration is that when I went to check the USB for the images and movie, it was completely empty and not even formatted. I specifically paid extra to share this video with family that lives out of the country. I hope that Nurture Doulas is able to get back to me and remedy the situation before I fly overseas empty handed. *Updated to a 5 star review - Nurture was able to send the files via a shared Google Folder today. Very pleased with their quick response and help to remedy the situation.

I went in on a Tuesday for a “ready for labor” massage with BJ - it was wonderful!! As someone who wanted a natural birth / was so nervous about labor being so close- BJ was SO sweet and affirming to me. I went into labor a day early (two days after the massage!) as a first time mom- and I truly feel like this massage helped me relax physically and emotionally to push me into that. Highly recommend in week leading up to due date… such a sweet place that clearly cares for women so well!!

I had an amazing experience with Nurture when I went in for my gender testing blood work. I had my medically complex daughter with me and they helped me with her happily while I was doing the blood draw. They truly went above and beyond and their positivity and friendliness towards my little girl was also really touching.

The worst part of pregnancy is the uncertainty. The weeks/months that go by without an ultrasound are so unsettling and what a relief it was to find Nurture at a time when I was desperate to know if my baby was okay. Booking online was effortless and I was able to get a same day appointment ON A SATURDAY! The office- more like a beautifully lit studio, was serene and the staff was great. Will definitely be returning if I ever need that peace of mind again.

Coming to Nurture today was a wonderful experience. I live 30 minutes away and it was worth my drive and time. From the moment I walked in the door Leah greeted us right away and walked us back to our ultrasound room. Once in the room, Julie was there to greet us and make me feel comfortable. I was a little anxious going into this ultrasound as I am 12 weeks today. Julie’s kindness and compassion put me right at ease and she reassured me as soon as possible. Her knowledge and skills were wonderful explaining everything that we were seeing. She took her time, wasn’t rushed and was very friendly. I can’t wait to come back as I continue to progress with this pregnancy! Nurture was wonderful and a peaceful environment. Highly recommend!

Nurture’s birth doula support helped me create a beautiful and empowering birth experience my second time around. I achieved my goal of having an unmedicated hospital birth, and I absolutely couldn’t have done it without the emotional and hands-on support from their birth doula Morgan. My husband can’t stop talking about how powerful it was to witness. I also took Nuture’s hypnobirthing class and used everything I learned. I’m so grateful for Nurture’s support and recommend them to all other parents-to-be!

I absolutely adore coming here! Nurture has such a warm and inviting atmosphere! From the moment you enter you’re greeted by a friendly face and engulfed in a pleasant aroma. I first started going here at 6 weeks pregnant where Julie assisted me with the SneakPeek test! 😊 Then at 10 weeks when you’re able to have an ultrasound I started going every few weeks (just to see what baby is up to)! 😊 Julie has assisted me each & every time and every time it has been a wonderful experience! I definitely recommend Nuture to my pregnant mamas 😊

I chose Nurture for my doula and was pleasantly surprised how much more I gained from joining this network. To start, my doula Sam, was absolutely incredible, she made my birthing experience stress free and nearly enjoyable (which is wild considering the pain!). She helped my husband and I advocate for ourselves and was both an emotional and physical support throughout the entire 12hr process (and even afterwards!). I can't say enough wonderful things about Sam! Then on top of that, by joining this network I was able to take advantage of the multiple other things they offer - prenatal yoga, couples yoga, prenatal massage, and hypnobirthing (highly reco the hypnobirthing class!!). Before joining the Nurture family, I was terrified of giving birth and having a really hard pregnancy. They really were able to give me to the tools to lean into my pregnancy, find ways to cope and fully prepare me for labor. I can't wait to start utilizing their postpartum group for continued support!

I've had many prenatal massages this pregnancy but the “ready for labor” massage was definitely the best by far!! Nina is so knowledgeable, and it was so great to know she specializes in this area. I felt amazing, so relaxed, and I went into labor about 36hrs later!

The BEST experience! I’ve never felt more welcome anywhere, they made sure I saw all parts of my baby and we all laughed and had a great time! I will be back 100% and recommend coming here if you want a private ultrasound. Also I would definitely get the heartbeat animal it’s absolutely amazing!

I cannot recommend Nurture enough. It is such a wonderful resource, community, and a place of growth and healing. I got the positive birth experience that I wanted so much for my second birth as I had a very negative experience for my first. Erica Paulson and her team of doulas and others supported me so much during my second pregnancy and birth to get me to this positive birth experience. I took hypnobirthing classes, benefited from all the resources that were offered to me by having a doula from early on in pregnancy, enjoyed massages, and am now enjoying the community of postpartum mamas and pp resources. Considering what is offered, it is all extremely affordable too. I cannot recommend this place enough. I really love these people.

I would highly recommend Erica and her team at Nurture for anyone expecting their first or even fourth! I knew I wanted to educate and prepare myself for a natural birth if possible and wanted to utilize Hypnobirthing. What I found was an all encompassing education and preparation for labor and delivery that allowed me to be prepared and to make adjustments if/when needed. I fully feel knowledge is power and having this preparation lead to a happy and empowering labor experience. I was comfortable changing my plan mid labor while still being to decline other inventions I knew weren’t necessary or things that I wanted. Thank you Erica!

My husband and I attended a 4 week hypno-birthing class at Nurture and loved class with Erica! The first two classes were on Zoom, and the last two were in person. We learned practical tips for birth and practiced positions for managing pain during labor. We both feel much more confident about welcoming our first baby in a few weeks! The class was engaging, even via Zoom. Erica shared helpful materials that we’ve referenced many times as well as playlists and meditation resources. Well worth it!

We went for an ultrasound with Julie. She was very kind and patient and made us feel so at ease even though we were initially quite anxious. She didn’t rush through the appointment at all and we felt like she was very genuine and invested despite having a really busy day. Thank you so much, we really appreciated it!
