I don’t like massages. But Wa gives me a whole body experience that ranges from a gentle caress to near torture and back. This very petite woman must certainly call in a 300 lb. linebacker to apply just the right amount of pressure to an unrelenting muscle. She is magic and I come back for more. And every time am completely, utterly and deeply SATISFIED. Thank you.

My first experience at Nurture Wellbeing was so wonderful that I came back a second time. My second experience was so wonderful I’ve decided I’ll be incorporating massages with into my budget on a routine basis. I’ve seen Wa on both occasions. She has been professional and centered her work toward my current concerns (muscle aches, tightness, posture related issues). I appreciate most that she incorporates stretching into the service. I’ve left my appointments with her feeling both invigorated and energized, yet calm and relaxed. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

​I am so grateful to be under the care of Chandra and Gavin! They are both thoughtful and intentional healers. I came to Chandra with a nervous system completely wrecked by grief and anxiety. I had never tried reiki before, but I was willing to try anything that might release the knots in my stomach and stop my racing thoughts. Her reiki-with-a-massage-add-on sessions have been hugely helpful in bringing calm to my body and mind. After reiki with Chandra, I feel lighter, looser, and more engaged with the present. I avoided massage for a long time because I struggle to trust other people with my body. After reading Gavin's bio, I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. I felt put at ease when Gavin made it clear during our initial appointment that they took the time to read my intake form and they understood my needs. I find Gavin's approach to be very communicative, collaborative, and responsive. Massages with Gavin have helped me relax, build trust, and show care for myself. I would highly recommend Gavin to those seeking support with chronic pain or chronic illness, as well as anyone looking for a trauma-informed massage experience.

Gavin provided a very intentionally safe, comfortable, and healing experience. They are communicative and want to work together to focus on your therapy goals, I really appreciated the time they took to learn about the injury I was seeking therapy for. Highly recommend!

I had a fabulous massage with Wa this weekend. She used a combination of lomi lomi and Thai massage techniques. It was very different from a traditional massage and it left me feeling looser, relaxed but also invigorated.

WOW!! I went in for a massage this morning and left feeling AMAZING!! I received a massage from Wa and I would like to share that if you are still looking - just stop and go book an appt now. Not even exaggerating. Her technique was nothingggg I have ever experienced. She flows like water and the pressure used was exactly what I needed. She is so in tune with your body and when she feels like you need a little extra care in certain areas she does just that but you still feel like she doesn’t spend tooo much time that it takes away from the Full Body massage you’re asking for. She also stretched my body and massaged at the same time?! Again never done that before. SO AMAZING! Going to book my mom an appt soon and myself. Thank you

I visited Wa with Nurture and she was fantastic! I’m in my 3rd trimester and so thankful I treated myself to a few prenatal sessions. She was so kind and accommodating through the entire process. Will definitely recommend to friends and will hopefully visit after baby is here. Thanks Wa!

This is my second ever massage and I have to say this one topped the first one. I recently moved to Seattle from California so I've been trying to give myself more self care and I'm so glad I found this one close by. I love that the website tells you a bit more about each massage therapist and I loved the sound of Mae since I felt she aligned more with me (energy is always so important to me). And WOW she's just as amazing in person as she is on paper. She made me feel extremely comfortable, especially since I was pretty anxious going in. I kept my shorts on and she was pretty communicative throughout and even asked questions prior to ensure I was comfy during the session. I'm definitely going to treat myself to more massages often!! This place is so calming and didn't make me feel unwelcome (like my first ever experience did). Highly recommend Nurture Wellbeing and Mae - even though I totally want to gatekeep her. 😫

I have visited a couple of times and will definitely go back. I’ve had Reiki treatments with Chandra and lymphatic massage with Wa. Both were excellent. The environment is very comfortable and calming. The staff is kind and Nurture is a great name for them because that is how you feel when you’re there, nurtured!

First massage in ten years, my body was feeling old and cranky, painful to get in and out of bed, so stayer a recent surgery, a few back to back flights to the UK, a dear friend suggested I get some massages. So, while at the airport I booked 4. The first one did not disappoint, and I’m very excited about the next 3 each Saturday. It’s already kick started me into some well needed self care and exercise and it’s only Monday. Afiea Addy was my therapist and has already helped with some surprising trigger point at my knees and ankles. Super impressed and back for more this weekend.
