Every time I go the experience is wonderful! The owner is so sweet. I got my hair done by Cynthia, she did a great job. There was a bit of a wait time but it was expected since I did not book an appointment. I got my hair washed, a deep conditioner, blow dry and ends trimmed. My hair looks so healthy! Thanks again :)

If you want a great salon experience you have to stop in here you won’t regret it.💯 Very great had an appointment with another salon and they were no good so I had to find someone nice enough to take me a this beautiful one did everyone is so nice. Mostly Spanish speaking but they have people to translate excellent service my highlights came out perfectly my hair was so silky soft was reasonable with pricing and was worth every penny this is my new go to spot.

Not a great experience. Product still left in my daughter’s hair. Owner is aware of how rude and nasty Louisa was. The salon was empty. In the five hours we were there , it was only two other customers there, on a weekend. I can see why.

I took my daughter to get her hair done and each time I had a great experience. My daughter hair came out beautiful each time. I was referred by my family members and that's more than 2 family members and there experience was great as well. Come by you won't regret it!

I wished I had her name. But, in numerous times, she brought the heat to close to my scalp. When I complained she said it happened because I shake my head which wasn't true. I asked for her to fix my edges, she said no and they were all speaking Spanish and didn't even care to provide it to me. I am a regular customer there, I will never go back there and I'll never refer my friends there either. Do not patronize this place. They are crooks. They charged me money that I didn't consent to pay and I had to call my credit card to report them. Mind you, the hairstylist was rude to me that day and for that reason I didn't tip. I always tip 10 - 20 bucks. But, they went behind my back and overcharged me. This is fraud

They didn’t wash me right to begin with. And there was nobody around to translate, gave me a hard time to even communicate on how I want my hair done nor comment on the way they’re doing it. It’s my second time here, I’m neverrr goin back!

This is an excellent place to come for a Blowout. While traveling, I stopped by. My heart was extremely grieved because my father died. The manager took extra special care of me. Even though she didn't speak English very well, she understood the language of my broken heart. The way that she washed my hair was comforting. She gently brushed my hair. The atmosphere was full of laughter and love. Plus, my hair was beautiful and lasted a long time.

Young girl that does my hair walked around the salon spraying air freshener right in front of people and kept staring at me. She never speaks or says hello to me, and even after she's done with my hair when I say "Thank you" she does not respond. Her and an older lady who wears glasses speak in Spanish not knowing that I understand Spanish. My mom and I usually go there, but not anymore. I do not recommend this place.

I was there last time there lady fixe my hair was complaining about my hair to another lady she dosnt know I understand Spanish I live the tips the service is poor no costumer service maybe there are nice with people speak them luggage and charge me 60 for my hair in the beginning she say 45 never go back again

The worst salon I've ever gone to. They were really disrespectful to begin with. They completely burned off my hair. She also overcharged me although the costs are listed on the wall. Rethink before you choose to get your hair done at this salon.

Customer service from them all is amazing. Yesterday I got my daughter hair done there and they were crazy busy and short staff but managed to do an amazing job… mind you she was six and it was her first time going to a salon. They were very gentle and accommodating. I was pressed for time and made them aware and they managed their time wisely. No place is perfect but yesterday visit was worth it!!

EDIT: Removing 2 stars because the last time I came here (5/2022) the stylist (light skinned lady with long hair) blow dried my hair to hell & back & then went over it with a straightener way too many times. She also cut off about 3 inches of hair when I asked for a trim. I don’t know if I can come back here again for a blowout, but if I do, I definitely want the other lady that was there (slim darker skinned stylist) to do my hair. I was watching her & she seemed to be very precise & gentle. The prices here have gone up a lot since they moved locations. Like really a lot. If I’m going to pay $75 I’d prefer to at least leave the salon with healthy hair. I’ve been here twice now & I really like it. The prices are reasonable. They’re fast, but they don’t tear through your hair. They offer additional services without being rude or too sales focused. They let me bring my own products if I want & even my own detangling brush. No attitudes & everyone is in a good mood. Very professional. The results speak for themselves, but I think this place is definitely a hidden gem.

I have lived in Raleigh since 2005 and had only experienced two different stylists who've worked on my hair. Today, I visited my third and my experience lived up to all my expectations plus some. Nimia was wonderful! Her and her team really did an exceptional job and my hair look amazing. The stylist I've loyally gone to for 15yrs will always be my number one! But Nimia is for sure my number two and will become my number one once my main girl moves onto her next exciting career change soon. I'm excited to have met Nimia and look forward to experiencing her salon in the very near future. 😁

Not sure how the reviews are so great!! Something is definitely wrong, anyway took my daughter here today, before her 13th Birthday party for a Dominican blowout. Because our regular stylist was out of town. They dusty wash her hair, claimed it didn’t need to be washed (I can see the dandruff clearly in her hair) didn’t blow it out, claimed to gave flat ironed it and it looks like they didn’t touch her hair!!! $35.00 for literally nothing. Not a curl in her hair, NOTHING! The young lady at the front says “do you want her to fix it” Yes but unfortunately for us she has her party starting in an hour!! I paid the $35 and it’s a lesson learned NEVER AGAIN! 0 stars do not recommend!

Seriously needs to do a better job with time management. I called and made an appointment and waited over an hour and still never got serviced, because I left and was tired of just waiting. smh. if you’re gonna allow people to make appointments then they should be PRIORITY over walk-ins.

Sooo I came here before and it was great, loved my blow out. This time around the person that did my hair. Either did not know what she was doing or was not very experienced with African American hair. She kept adjusting the heat setting on her flatiron (I mean like every 2 seconds and kept re-straightening the same areas) and my hair does NOT look good. I am extremely disappointed and will not let that individual touch my hair again. Pretty sure I have heat damage. My advice if you go, get the owner if you can to do your hair the older lady near the front with the auburn/dark brown hair. I’m salty because that’s $65 down the drain but now I know to find another place.

My daughter has 4c hair and the way she straightened it was amazing! She didn't burn her scalp and bonded with her as she did her hair. We will definitely go back
