Love the customer service. Great job on nails, but terrible job on feet. This is the first time this has happened. Going to continue to visit though. Maybe next time will be better.

This guy that did my fill in and pedi did a horrible job. Missed steps on my toes so I did not get them painted. On my fill in, cut my cuticles with grinding tool and made them bleed. Never had me rinse my hands after grinding. Filed one of my nails into a point after explicitly saying I wanted squared and they were not able to do the snowflakes on my nails. Actually mad at myself for paying $90 bucks for this.

I use to come here frequently because I lived closer to this nail salon, I moved further away but decided to come back for a mani/ pedi. Usually I do enjoy coming here because they do take their time and do a great job. This time they seemed to be short staffed because a few people were on vacation. They were also closing within the hour and I get that people want to get home. The woman who did my pedicure ended up scrubbing the side of my toe and it started bleeding. She quickly put some antiseptic on my toe and continued to move on with my pedicure as if nothing happened. I would have appreciated an apology and an acknowledgement of what had been done even if it was by mistake. This is the first time this has happened after all my times coming here.

Stopped in today for a buff polish. A male manicurist was initially assigned. Had to ask if he spoke English. He said yes. He was not at all familiar with how to buff polish. His associate attempted to show him. He still couldn’t get it right then got an attitude with his coworker and walked off. What an unprofessional child. They attempted to charge me full price but I didn’t think it appropriate. They removed the $5 cost for the buffing. I couldn’t leave a tip.

This was easily one of the worst nail places I have been to. There’s no reason the same day my hair is getting caught by the nails I just got done the same day.

Customer service not good. All the workers appeared to be sick, maybe Covid? Two people we’re working and coughed multiple times not turning their heads or anything. Even though they had on mask, you should not work while sick. Additionally, No towels were changed, I had to ask them for clean towels/ tools. Overall unsanitary

HORRIBLE!! This is the 3rd time I came here and every time they jacked my nails up! My nails were long when I went in and now they’re all short and uneven. They never have the correct colors I want and they’re very racist! They made a comment about my dark skin and having light colors on my nails! I will never go back here they also over charge me each time. This is the worse place I’ve ever gone to get my nails done. Terrible customer service! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE never again!

I came here on Saturday 7/22/23. A young man did my pedicure and manicure. This is what astonished me. When doing my feet he had a small jar of acetone he used with a brush to I guess make the lines even on my french manicure. Instead of dabbing the brush on the towel beneath my feet to remove excess, he BRUSHED IT ON MY SKIN!!!! When I asked him to rinse my feet again he asked WHY? I explained that he used my skin to dab on instead of the towel. I replied, " My skin is sensitive ". But seriously, who does this? As if that wasn't enough, when it was time to do my nails he had me put one hand in warm water while he worked on the other hand. He clipped all of my hanging skin which was great!! -AND GUESS WHERE HE DIPPED THAT SKIN- in the water that my other hand was soaking in!!!!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!! I usually don't complain. I don't like to make a fuss but this is RIDICULOUS!!! Unsanitary, disgusting behavior! I live close by and this is so convenient but I will drive clear across town before I come back here.

I came in today 8/27/22 and waited to be seen 10am and I am still waiting at 3pm for my feet to get done. The girl in the corner did my nails while asking her a question she ignored me. She did my nails and I pointed out to her that the nail tips were applied crooked and she over looked my concern. Then I still had to wait while other customers came in to be serviced. I have been coming here for 3years and today will be my last giving my money to à company that is unprofessional. Tom I wish you the best with your business but I didn't know that your reviews were this bad. I just got my feet done at 3:41pm
