NYAH Med Spa at the Buckhead location is always a great experience. They are quick, efficient and go the extra step to make sure each visit is comfortable. Recommend both the location and trying laser hair removal if you’re on the fence about it!

Been going here for years now for laser hair removal and the two technicians I’ve been dealing with are amazing .. this one time I got a bad one she had no personality but I just went with someone else and no issues so far

I did not have a positive experience. I purchased a package to do laser hair removal on my entire face. I read the fine print to ensure it was what I wanted. I made an appointment to have a test area done. The tech walks into the room and immediately went into her spiel. I had to stop her and request her name. I then proceeded to ask questions regarding my treatment specifically around my eyebrows and that’s when I was told they do not laser the forehead. How does a full face not include your forehead? She said that the gauge was too large, which is ridiculous because they are able to do your upper which is a much smaller area. The next day I called to confirm after I reviewed the fine print again. The receptionist confirmed that forehead was not done which I believe is false advertising. I do not recommend this med spa. I felt as if the tech was rude and bothered. Also, do not state full face if it is not full face!

I purchased an “unlimited packaged for 3 areas” which I used for my bikini area. It was 1 years-worth which I went consecutively for the required appointments. Every time was pleasant, except for one time that a girl completed burned me and I had scars. When I told the office this, they apologized and gave me 3 free sessions and a cream to help the area. I continued going and when I finally finished all my sessions with them I was still seeing hair patches in some areas but very small patches which I thought maybe was normal given this was my first time doing laser. It’s been a year and all my hair has now grown back. From other friends that have gotten laser, they have gone years without seeing hair growth and this should not be happening so soon after getting it. I would recommend going to a place with more advanced and powerful lasers because unless you will see hair growth immediately as you stop treatment and feel like you wasted a year for nothing.

I cannot RAVE enough about this place. I am almost done lasering my full legs, underarms, and both forearms and the amount of hair growth I have is so minimal. I basically have no hair growing anymore in those areas. All of the staff is lovely, I’ve been seen by just about everyone there and they’re all great. I wish I had done this sooner!!! I’m so excited for this summer ☀️

I love going to NYAH MED SPA. It’s super clean and the ladies that work there are very welcoming as well. I do my laser sessions with Whitney and i absolutely love her. She’s very gentle and she takes her time with me . She makes my sessions comfortable and i appreciate that. I would absolutely recommend to anyone to go to them for any service you may need.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is bcuz I still have hair on my face. I had dermaplaning done and I like the hair on my face to be gone. I will try them again for something different but not sure about dermaplaning again. I used Groupon which I understand is greatly discounted but imagine having paid full price and I still have facial hair. I use Groupon to test the place and determine whether I’ll be back or not. The woman was nice and I appreciated some of her feedback. Checking out was a good experience. The lady was also nice.

After visits every 6 weeks for a year, the hair on my lower legs (which is what I had paid to remove) is still not gone. Now there's much less hair but just random hairs all over my legs which looks odd and I still have to shave. Completely pointless waste of time and money. I suspect they don't do a thorough job so you have to keep coming back and paying more. Before my last visit they were already trying to sell me ongoing maintenance treatments. I shouldn't need maintenance treatments immediately if they did their job. I spoke with the office manager about this twice who assured me she would propose a solution, and never did.

I have been coming here for years & I love it !! Laser hair removal has been life changing & I will continue to come. The staff is always kind & The sessions are very quick too. A little painful especially being that I have a low pain tolerance but the results are COMPLETELY worth it. I am also a black female, late 20’s & benefited from this service well!
