I recently completed a series of anti-cellulite massage sessions, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the experience. The treatments were relaxing, and I noticed a visible improvement in the texture of my skin after just a few sessions. The massage therapist used a combination of deep tissue techniques and specialized movements to target areas with cellulite, particularly my thighs and buttocks.

During the reservation, I asked the therapists names and their licenses. The one, who was talking to me started to be unpolite and refused to provide anything. Avoid the place, go to the legit parlor.

I've been a loyal client of NYC Massage and Spa for the past three years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The therapists here are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I schedule my massages with them twice a month, and I always recommend this establishment to all my friends and family. You really should give their services a try – you won't regret it. If you go, ask for Wendy, Mia, or Esther, my favorite therapists, though I'm sure they're all very skilled.

Esther is an exceptional masseuse who is highly skilled and attentive to detail. She creates a calming atmosphere and takes the time to understand her clients' specific needs and areas of tension. Esther's touch is both firm and gentle, and she is able to locate all of the knots and sore spots in her clients' muscles, working them out with precision and care. She regularly checks in with her clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. Overall, Esther provides a truly exceptional massage experience and comes highly recommended.

I made a reservation. The Alex canceled just one hour right before the appointment without explaining any reason and was very rude. I don’t recommend to waste your time and money at this place.

We went in for a couples massage. Wendy and Esther were so kind. They are well skilled and have a nice and soft touch to every massage they do. Would absolutely recommend trying this place out!

Definitely used your service. You sent two massueuses to our hotel for a coupmes massage for me and my wife. Massuese for my wife was very rough and despite guidance ended up leaving bruises from massage.

I decided to try and book a different massage place for my husband's birthday. The scheduling of the massage was straightforward and quick. However, we ran into some issues the day of. We arrived fairly early as was instructed for the massage in order to provide our massage preferences. The lady who we thought was the receptionist but was actually the female massage therapist did not ask for our preferences. The male massage therapist was late and we were ushered into the room. The therapist asked my husband the pressure and type of massage he wanted as he was laying face down on the table while my therapist asked me while I was sitting and facing her. My husband felt like it was strange and a tad unprofessional given the amount we were paying. The massage room was not insulated well from the construction sounds outside so that was also distracting, but it's New York City, so there's not much you can do about that. The massage overall was a Swedish massage was fine but we were looking forward to the hot stone portion which I had indicated in the scheduling email that we wanted it. It was not made known to us that we had to request it in person. Furthermore, the price of the massage did not include tip which was a bit surprising for us and given the overall experience we felt it was definitely not worth the rate per hour. We were provided a 10% first-time customer discount in the initial email which was not deducted during our payment after the massage and the female massage therapist told me that there was no discount when I mentioned it. There was confusion all around and we had to retroactively receive the discount from the initial scheduling person, so it seems like there's some disconnect between scheduling and staff working in office. Overall, it was unfortunately a disappointing experience as I was looking forward to giving my husband a relaxing massage for his birthday, but he came out feeling disappointed to say the least.

I did a 90 minute package they offered which was 60 min massage followed by a 30 min facial. #1 reason why I will not go back is because my therapist was constantly using her phone during the service during the massage. I asked for a deep tissue which after 15 min turned into a light rub. Maybe she was tired and done for the day since it looked like i was the last client. Also, starting the facial, before using any of the products, she never asked about my skin type or concerns I have. None of the products she used was explained to me. I am an esthetician myself and my service was done so carelessly and poorly. Not worth $300. I tipped 20% because I also do work in the service industry but she did not deserve half that and I will not be going back.
