Absolutely love Anna, her lash extension work is fantastic. I also like getting mani pedis here. It’s clean, well organized and complimentary beverages. I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and I do NOT live in the area of her business but make the trek to see Anna and her team

Friendly staff and good service. Clearly stated pricing for everything as well as quick and efficient! Wish I remembered to get photos while they were fresh. Price was 100 for a mani-pedi with a sugar scrub, which I think is very fair pricing.

The staff at this nail salon goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The manicures always leave my nails looking perfectly polished and beautiful. The technicians are very skilled in nail art. I love how creative they can be with designs.

This place gave me the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten but it was the most expensive. They refused to fix it or give any money back. If you can go somewhere else just go somewhere else.

I made an appointment online with Kim for 5pm. I got a gel pedicure and it's beautiful! The massage was great, I fell asleep in the chair. I love that you can book appointments online without having to call in. They also accept walk ins.

Came in for acrylic gel and gel mani. Mani was done so nicely but I didn’t like acrylic job. Acrylic gel nail job felt somewhat rushed and ended up my nails not neatly done. I only came here to support local business and wanted to continue coming here for my nail jobs but I don’t think I will for acrylic gel but only for mani. Mani gel lasted over 2 weeks.

My daughter and I came in for a pedicure and acrylic set, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We left very happy with our cute french pedicures and fancy acrylics (pink and yellow ombre hawaiian theme and jade with gold flecks)!! AND I felt comfortable with their professionalism so decided to take the plunge and got my eyebrows microbladed for the first time! I appreciated Ana's patience with my questions and for getting me comfortable with the entire process. Can't believe I now have natural looking eyebrows that I'm loving!

Worst place ever bc the nails are hella curvy also can't type they do not clean their utensils also they're charging extra for a design then after that they were giving me attitude also they're calling me broke and they're like boyfriend should have paid more like is that any of your business and they told me to come in on Wednesday also they said the girl that did my nails ain't there but there ain't no other girl to do other peoples nails like that

Kim is a magician! She's a perfectionist. Amazing work every time. I wanted purple and she suggested a light purple shade to compliment my skin tone. I've done hot orange, light peach and now light lavender. Also she is impeccable with removing cuticles, she does a very pretine and clean job! She's an artist!

Really great service and ambiance. Ann did my natural nails with gel really nicely. Definitely going back. Super close to SJSU and great walk/bike friendly location in Japantown, plenty of parking Friday mornings.

Nails do not last. I've come here twice because it's walking distance from my home. I've had to go elsewhere to get them fixed/redone after only 3 days. Lound music coming from the back room is distracting instead of it being a relaxing experience.

Updated my review. I got a dip mani which chipped three days later. I went back to get it fixed and I asked if it'd be free of charge, I was told it would be. When the nail tech was done, I was told I HAD to be charged, and they weren't polite about it. I have had great manis here, I was a faithful customer and thought I'd never go elsewhere, but this experience and especially the way I was treated, ruined my opinion of this place.

Very nice, clean and warm, provided brevages and a decent snack. Service received: dipping powder, ombre, with simple glitter. I paid $65. But tech provided a manicure to clean up around the base of the nails. Took really good care of me. Will return.

There open on the weekends, the hours in here are wrong, I’ve been coming here forever and the everything and everyone here are wonderful!!! They do lashes and waxing and eyebrows too..Come by and see them, there the best in town!!!
