If they want to up-sale you on other services, they should discuss, with you before you lay down. It's hard to understand someone wispering in your ear. Even after I said a specfic time. I'm also confused on a massage person asking for extra tip even though you just paid a sizable ammount. Are they not getting a resonable part of the cost?

This place used to be great but unfortunately took a nosedive. I don’t mean for this to come off rude but there is a major language barrier which makes explaining time and money confusing, two crucial things in the massage therapy business. They constantly whisper in your ear to add more time to your back massage or foot massage after repetitively saying no. If I want more time I, the person paying, will ask you for it. There’s a place called Relax Day Spa nearby (not in the mall) who has much better service and doesn’t pester you in the middle of a massage to add more time. I like their massages better too.

I tried to do something nice for my husband's birthday and get him a massage especially since he's always dealing with back pain which we explained before starting. The whole time the lady kept asking if he wanted more time which he repeatedly said no and when he would say no she dug her knee into his back ! So when he finally agreed for extra 5 minutes to finish at the same time that my massage was going end. That's when she let up for a bit and then the harassing began again ! And when he tried to get up he was pushed against the seat! Saying no no 10 more minutes 10 more minutes! A horrible experience he left in more pain than when he first came in with !! Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone else.

Realmente no llevaba la idea de ir al lugar, solo que llevaba una migraña terrible e iba pasando y vi que decía que también podía ayudar con las migrañas, así que me animaron a entrar, y con solo 10 min de masaje salí sin dolor, totalmente relajada! Volvería sin lugar a duda. Muchas gracias al muchacho que me atendió.

This place is very clean! The massage was great as well, I was sore from my workout and one guy eased the pain! The linens were clean and I felt very comfortable here.

This was one of the best back chair massages I have ever received. I wish I remembered the women’s name who did my back but she identified my exact tension spots and applied deep pressure that I like and very much needed.

The upselling during the massage was too much. The man was whispering in my ear constantly about extra add ons even after I said no multiple occasions. If he wasn't asking me, I had to hear the guy next to me ask his client. I asked him to lighten the pressure several times and he would for a minute and then continue at original pressure. I almost got up to leave but didn't. My fault. My back is one huge bruise now. Honestly, I take the blame for that but the upselling was so aggressive and creepy I can't go back. Not relaxing at all and now I'm in pain.

It was a great massage! But please warn your customers how many people massage them, we very much didn't like how you made us pay double for what you said just because we had 2 people massage us.

Be careful when you ask for the service. You have to have very clear what you want and tell them not to do something else. They will use a very bad accent and then just ask “ok?” If you reply ok or yes, they will do something different of what you expected and then, when it’s time to pay, you’ll find out you have been charged for another service.

Came here at the recommendation of a coworker and WOW. I got the 30 minute table massage. I was completely amazed - this was no cheap rub down. They used GOOD pressure (my back popped 4 times while they were working!) and really worked the places that needed it, including the glutes. They will try to upsell you with additional services, (I ended up getting the foot massage at the same time as the table massage), but even those are good and worth the money. My 30 minute massage with 2 people working on me ended up being 65 dollars, but would have been half that without the foot massage. But like I said, it was totally worth it in my opinion. If you are the type of person who might be bothered by mall noise/staff talking during the massage you might not like it, but I was able to relax so well I kind of forgot where I was. Lol. It was DEFINITELY worth the money, and I will be back!

I loved this place when I was stationed in Fort Hood Army Base I would come every weekend to visit family but once a month I came to the mall and saw this place I would come get a message help my back so much better than a chiropractor after I would come in once a month for message my back would feel great for a month and I be back here again if your a soldier come these folks are miracle workers and are worth the trip.

I requested a 50-minute massage, and it was terrific. During my relaxing time, a lady bothered me, trying to offer a foot massage, and I said no. After my massage, my masseuse offered ten extra minutes; it was $72, but it was worth it. When I stood up, I felt like I needed more and requested 30 minutes of reflexology on my feet. In the end, the visit cost more than $120, but 3 days later, I still feel great!. The place is little loud because it is inside the mall and the doors are always open. But my 1st experience was satisfactory.

I'm a massage therapist and I got a really great foot massage. I came during the day, it was quiet and the staff were polite. The pressure my service provider gave was excellent and the hot towels at the end really tied the experience together. No one tried to upsell me and it was an overall great experience, will definitely come every time I'm at the mall.

This is a great place for an effective deep tissue massage. The therapists are professional and intelligent with the body. I love the option of having multiple therapists working on you at a time, this helps me to make the most of the time I’m able to fit in.

Worst massage I’ve ever gotten. Not relaxing what so ever, bright and right next to the doors. Went in for a quick 20mins to give it a try. Wanted to walk out as soon as both employees kept talking nearly the entire time. Not fun having someone talking in your ear while you’re trying to enjoy a well needed massage after a long weekend. The only time they stopped talking was when they both were watching me tip. So awkward would not recommend to anyone.
