Rushed, felt very inconsistent and random. The timers make it very stressful, the employees are not worried about making you comfortable they just want to get finished and be done. One of the worst massages ever, I am in pain and have a headache now. The employees also speak very little english which causes for a major language barrier, they also reuse towels and ignore the timers sometimes (finishing be for them) Please don’t come here waste of money.

Definitely need to make an appointment. Walk-ins are frustrating. They didn't give any information about how long I'd have to wait for my turn. I could've gone to eat or finish errands in the 45 minutes I had to sit there waiting. Then during the massage, after waiting 45 minutes, employees were all talking and laughing and being loud while I was trying to relax. Will never go here again. There's also a Major language barrier.

I came to the mall specifically for a 30 minute foot massage. I found out about the happy hour and I loved it! I recommend giving these folks a try. I will return here as needed for sure.

It's a massage place found in the mall. They have a timer that they set so you don't get cheated out of any time. It's a decent massage.I'll be back

The place is large, with lots of tables, tho they're lacking a wait-list, so best to be prepared to wait. The wait is worth it, tho. The wife loved their 20 minute chair massage. Heavy pressure, but just what's needed to release tension. Went back again for the wife, complaining about stiff back and headache, and she felt better after only 30 minutes in the chair. :-) Can't beat the value. :-)

This place is awesome. I’ve been twice and had such a relaxing foot massage I didn’t even care about all the screaming rugrats in the mall. All those people leaving hateful reviews saying they don’t speak English are kinda racist IMO. It’s not that complicated and you don’t need to speak English to give a great massage!

You better hope you get Simon! Absolutely just what I needed! Skip the add on foot massage though—not worth the extra $$ But Simon’s massage was incredible! Just enough balance of stretching and great pressure. Very happy I took this trip to the mall for this

Had a foot massage that was very relaxing. Also had a chair massage that help me with my shoulder pain. I plan on going back for table massage. Prices are very reasonable.I recommend the massages here.

We usually go to Barton Creek, but today my wife was at Lake Line. She was waiting for a massage when an hour massage finished. The other customer wanted the massage to be charged on her card and explained she would bring a tip in cash. The person did not understand and insisted on the tip. My wife tried to help explain but to no avail. The person insisted on the tip on the card. The lady signed the amount, no tip and left. As did my wife and one other customer. If you have a service industry business that interfaces with people, and must be able to communicate in English, please have someone who is bilingual to help explain to non Engish speaking employees.

Horrible communication skill and massage. The foot massage didn’t feel like a massage no pressure. Table massage gave me bruises. I asked for 90 mins total 60 mins foot and 30 mins back and shoulder but they charged me for 60 mins foot and 90 min table massage of a total of $150 for a 2:30 hour massage. Worst experience ever.

I've been going to them for yrs now. Sometimes twice a month and it's great everytime. The price is affordable and the environment is pleasant.
