OP Nails is hands down the best spot for some much-needed self-care! My fiancée and I are regulars here, and it’s always a top-notch experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. I mainly go for the pedicures (and those amazing massage chairs—seriously, they’re worth the visit alone). The service is always consistent, and they pay attention to every detail. My feet feel brand new every time! Sorry, no free feet pics, but trust me when I say this place is worth every penny. Highly recommend OP Nails for anyone looking to treat themselves or spend some quality time with a loved one while getting pampered.

I went there for the first time a couple days ago and got a gel manicure! Everyone was very kind & did a great job. Plus they are very reasonably priced.

Quality was poor, service was poor and I was overcharged. Half painted second coat. He was making phone calls and texting while he was massaging my feet. Not very sanitary. I almost didn’t tip, but decided to be polite and offer $10 in addition the basic pedi which costed $30. My bank charge shows a debit of $50. Not acceptable. I will not be returning. I gave two stars because other nail techs are super friendly and polite.

My daughter has MS, she is now in a wheelchair. We visited OP for pedicures. At that time my daughter had difficulty walking, was off balance, but was still trying to be mobile. A couple of the women working there snickered and laughed at how my daughter was walking. It was incredibly disrespectful. I'll never support this business.

Edit: It has been almost a year since my visit and I am sorry to report that I was just told by my doctor that I have onychomycosis (nail fungus). My nail bed was cut into by accident during my visit. I thought my big toenail was just irritated from the nick when it got all swollen and irritated the week after I had gotten my pedicure, and maybe discolored from having nail polish on it for a while, but as the year has gone on, it got brown and crumbly, and I have completely lost my toenail. Because I didn't know I had nail fungus, I also have spread it to my other toenails, but luckily it's not as bad, but they're still brown and it's embarassing. My right toenail is dyed purple because I had self-treated with gentian violet before I was able to see my doc. I saw that others have also had nail fungus after having a pedicure done here, and that's what gave me the courage to post my own experience.

I went to this nail salon a few days ago and way very impressed with the service! I got short, almond shaped pink acrylic nails with black stars and they came out very cute and have held up very well so far, the person that did my nails was Kevin and he was very nice and was happy to chat. Hopefully I will be returning soon!

Not my favorite! Clipped or pulled with cuticle scissors, cut my big toe. Get home and realized some parts of toenails have no color or very little. Can see through the color to the nail, The leg massage felt good, but I am sure my color won't last for the amount of money I spent. Will not be back.

Outstanding. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Even asking for a correction or fix doesn’t seem intimidating like some salons. Each technician is very knowledgeable and precise with their work. I’m very happy with each service I have received from here. I’ve had my nails done professionally for over a decade. And out of many shops I’ve tried, OP Nails by KJ is my favorite here in Tucson.

This place is a nightmare!!!! The owner Jeannie is beyond rude, they don't care about your nails they just want your money !! They don't clean their tools and they make you pay 5 dollars for the nail file !!! Which I have never seen and it's always free at every other nail saloon ! I feel sorry for the last comment.

Went and got my nails done a few days ago as my birthday is coming up and I haven't gotten my nails done in about 8 years so I was wanting to feel cute. Everybody was super sweet and nice. The guy who did my toes did amazing. However, my nails didn't turn out the best. One nail came out shorter than the others, the paint on one nail is already wanting to peel off, I spent $105 and I may have to go get them redone because I don't think they're gunna last and it's only been like 3 days. Again, they're very sweet, I'm just not too happy with what I received.

Went here for the first time since my normal spot had no availability — I’ll be back. Everyone was really nice and the facility had to level of cleanliness that I think is similar to most nail salons in the area. They’ve been open since 2003, so they must be doing something right. My nail tech, Jeanie, was nice and gentle for my appointment. They have a great color selection and was the same or marginally lower prices than other salons in the area.

Came to this place after reading all the good reviews! People have obviously never been to a nice clean salon before. This place was dirty the trays on the chairs had spots of something all over them. The person who did my toenails wore dirty gloves to start my Pedi one of them had a hole in it and the other one covered in nail polish. I work in the medical field and would never in a million years touch someone with dirty gloves that's disgusting. When I put my feet in the water it was literally cold. Then she cut one of my toes and didn't even apologize and then proceeded to cut more and everything she sprayed burned. I will never come back to this place!

I love this place! I just recently moved to the east side and was looking around for a new nail place and found this one and went in today and was very impressed! Kevin did my nails and he was so nice and did an amazing job. Everyone was kind and it was a clean and fun environment. Felt very comfortable. Thank you Kevin!! Will be returning

I usually make an appointment to have my nails done but today I crossed my fingers and took a chance they would have the time & staff to take me as a walk-in on a busy Saturday afternoon. The owner, Jeannie, asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting, which I was happy to do. But I really only waited about ten minutes at the most. Jeannie did my nails and they look beautiful! Just what I wanted! I would recommend trying OP Nails ❤️

This was my first time going to this salon and I am more than pleased. The prices are good for the services and the lady doing my nails was so sweet. She offered suggestions to the reference picture I had and I love the way they turned out. The inside of the salon was very cute and clean. I will definitely be going back.
