I went for a 50 min on Wednesday with Sheila I believe was her name and she was so kind and massaged every area that I asked for. Decided to book an 80 min with a Tier 3/4 tech for Sunday & Although the massage was really good I can’t help but feel strange from not getting what I asked for. I paid $190 for a 80 minute massage to which I asked for full body but focus on head, neck and hands. Out of the 80 minutes I got 5 minutes on my left hand, right palm was basically ignored and 15 minutes max of head and neck massage to which my nape was not even touched. I did reschedule with the same tech because I loved the way she did it. My only complaint is how much I emphasized head, neck and hands and got 20/80 mins of it.

I had a wonderful experience, it was my first time getting a massage and the ladies were very welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. Mandy was amazing and I will definitely be returning here in the future! The facility is very clean and environment was soooo relaxing 😌

Alexander is a great therapist and his knowledge and skill set ad a massage therapist is the reason I keep going. Super helpful with my workout recoveries. Referred a lot of friends who’ve had the same positive experience. Location is also great and front desk staff are super friendly.

Clean facilities. Welcoming staff. Excellent massage therapist, Kyle, really helped me with some neck and shoulder pain I'd been dealing with. Complementary hot tea. Nice waiting area. Text communication is easy--I like getting offers for discounts via text. That's what brought me in yesterday. Always a great experience each time I come.

I've received massage therapy in some of the most expensive and exclusive spa retreats all over the world. I have never had such an awesome therapist as Brittney. Her technique is the best that I've ever experienced. Her combination of using pressure points, continuous motion and ability to relieve pain through massage and stretching is unmatched.

Best place to get a massage! Shayla is the kindest and most experienced massage therapist I've ever had. She makes you feel comfortable and consistently checks in to make sure the pressure isn't too much. I've been going to her over a year now and she's significantly helped my back pain, I'm beyond grateful to her. I would recommend her to anybody, especially for deep tissue. Great customer service, including Sara at the front desk. Sara always ensures I had a great experience and is always more than happy to help when I need help rescheduling a session. Overall, very friendly staff and relaxing environment.

The first time we came to Oak Haven we had wonderful customer service from Taishon at your front desk. Such a truly pleasant person to work with and he made us feel so welcomed. I also want to comment on my massage therapist Rafael. I had chronic neck and shoulder muscle issues. He asked if I was willing to let him stretch me out which I did plus he did an intense massage on those knots. Very different massage but also the most beneficial that I've ever had. 2nd time I saw Rafael, same amazing treatment. He also recommended stretches for me at home. I'm so very grateful for his time and genuine concern and will definitely be back and will request him again. Thank you so much Rafael!!

Front desk staff service is always friendly and the therapists are genuinely wanting to help with our muscle problems. I've been trying out at least 4 different therapists, all they're all excellent 👌🏼 👍🏻

Therapists help address problem areas with knowledge and grace. Every interaction I’ve had with a massage therapist from oak haven has been wonderful. They provide a calm, welcoming atmosphere, facilities are well cleaned and taken care of, aromatherapy is provided upon client request, etc. During my sessions, if I needed anything changed, the therapist was glad to change it, making sure I was comfortable. I can’t recommend oak haven enough. These people are kind and know what they are doing to provide the best therapeutic or relaxing massage you need at the time.

This was my first time with Alexander, and he was wonderful. Only reason I won't ever give ya'll a 10 is due to cost, because I still feel it's really high, and that's the only reason I don't come more often, even with a membership

Alexander is very knowledgeable, personable, and hospitable. This was my first "official" massage ever, so it was somewhat of a training and orientation session for me since I didn't quite know what to expect or how to ask the "right questions." Alexander was a professional through the entire 50 minutes of massage and training. I was quite impressed by his knowledge of anatomy, movement, and experience. I strongly recommend him!

Scheduled an appointment for yesterday 9/7 and specifically put in my note that I wanted to only focus on my back, neck and shoulders. When my therapist took me back he confirmed this with me as I explained my back pain etc. I spent 60 minutes of my 80 min session on my back!! I was facing the clock so I know exactly how long it was. I had my hands massaged, my arms, my ribs (never had that done before) and declote. Then for last few minutes my back. I left super frustrated and still in pain. Wasted my time and money.

I have been coming to OHMT for several years and love the options to have a same day massage and open 7 days/week. Christine at the Bulverde location is great. She make suggestions of areas to work on related to your concerns. Front desk teak is always friendly and helpful.
