I’m not one to leave many reviews but I just had the best massage ever with Sha! She was amazing and I already made another appointment with her!!! I had a deep tissue massage. Highly recommend her.

Oasis Day Spa is an excellent spa with courteous/professional staff. The atmosphere is totally relaxing and very clean. I've been going to Oasis now for waxing services for eight years and I have not been disappointed. If you're looking for a new spa, try Oasis Day Spa in NYC.

This is a classic day spa: big place in a basement with many treatment rooms. The place smells beautifully, and is impeccably clean. I went for a deep tissue massage with Lyn. Highly recommend her professionalism and skills, she knows what she's doing! The hydrating body wrap was a totally new experience (not your regular wrap) and I liked it.

The spa itself is nice, but the draw for me is Kenny who is the best masseuse. He warms his oils, apply’s the precise amount of pressure and he is respectfully quiet, which helps me quiet my mind. It is always a zen experience.

I enjoyed my day spa treatment tremendously. The facility is truly a quiet Oasis in the heart of a stormy Manhattan. Clean rooms, lockers, great and attentive staff. My treatment with Bev was fabulous.

Came here with my work team for a day of relaxing and Oasis did not disappoint!! Everyone had an incredible facial/massage, the staff was super accomodating and kind. Huge shout out to Lillian for making this an extremely smooth process. If you want to come on your own or with a larger group - please come to Oasis!!

The staff are pleasant and the spa is clean. However, I went for a deep tissue massage and it was not even close to deep tissue. I told the masseuse she should apply more pressure but she did not have the strength. I barely felt 90% of the massage and it was very expensive. I have frequented other spas in NYC and so far this was the worst deep tissue I've experienced. I would not recommend if you need real massage therapy. I can't speak to their other treatments like facials or otherwise as I've not tried them.

I went not just because i love massages- but because my body was becoming so tight in so many different places. I knew why. But the reasons were not going to change anytime soon. I was a little nervous, because my back was a mess with pain. The woman, who was my masseuse, was incredible. First, she asked me what was going on. I told her everything that was going on in my life that seemed applicable. I spent most of my time face down because this is what I needed. I've never approached a massage that way. She would ask about pain levels and pressure and while this may sound normal, the state of my muscles could be vary (in tightness and pain) within inches. So, it was not a typical tune-up. But i feel like she was listening, and my back did too, the next day and those following. I had no residual pain. I even scheduled a following massage for a couple of days later. I ended up having to cancel due to health reasons. Under normal circumstances I would have been charged and was prepared to do so. It was less than 24 hours. But I explained the situation and they were kind enough not to charge me. I didn't expect that. I plan on going back. There's a lot more I didn't get to try. And inside? The locker room was spacious and clean. They had showers and a sauna. And the room where you would wait/sit in before the massage was very tranquil. They had infused water and a few snacks. The light was dim and the long continuous "couch" that lined the circular room was very comfortable. It was truly a room where you were transitioning from a chaotic city to an atmosphere, where you could close your eyes, and just forget for a little while. I did not feel like I had just come down from a busy street in a city. I was whisked far away to an oasis.

My first time ever at a spa and easily a 10/10. I got a facial weeks before my wedding and my face has never felt better. The staff was friendly, informative, and so easy to talk to. I really liked my lady. I have super sensitive skin and she was very accommodating and I didn’t break out after. I’m 1000% going back.

Our first time to a spa. It was a birthday gift from my wife. We did the side by side together. I have to say, the ambiance when you first walk in is relaxing already. Very professional from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The masseuse’s were extremely gentle, professional and awesome. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I cannot believe I’m giving oasis spa 1 star I went in today and have to say i left very disappointed . I have been a client for years . I was disappointed with my massage from my masseuse . Not only did I leave there feeling my body just as when I came in but the person massaging me broke my bracelet that i was wearing . I had asked over the phone if this person was recommended with good reviews and the response was yes . I will not mention the person name but I they did not seem to even feel bad that I was not happy . I am very disappointed and now have to get another massage tomorrow at a different location

As a fan of Oasis Westchester, I was a little disappointed with the service I received at their NYC location. I am a plus size nonbinary person, and I understand that not everyone is aware or sensitive to the needs of gender nonconforming people, (or larger people for that matter), but I was surprised by the passive aggression I received from my massage therapist when I asked her if I could keep my sports bra on during the massage. This was one of several exchanges that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during the massage. Oasis is filled with talented and kind practitioners, so I’m sure this was a one-off situation but I feel it’s important to flag for any plus size and/or TGNC people considering using their services

I had a great experience! It was my first time at the NYC Park Ave location. I called and receptionist Kim was able to squeeze me in for a massage same day! I was skeptical going to a spa in NYC as I feared it wouldn’t really be “zen” lol but as soon as I walked in it was quiet, smelled great, and clean! I checked in. Then was greeted by Valentina who escorted me to the change room. I changed went to the sauna then hung out in the relaxation room. I was updated on when my masseuse would be coming for me. Lin my masseuse was great! Good technique and checked it to make sure I was ok with the pressure.I went on a Monday around 2pm for reference…it was not overcrowded. I would definitely recommend this location!

I have been to this location before and had a great experience with the facial and a massage. Today I booked a 90 min deep tissue. The pressure was not deep tissue despite asking multiple times. The head of the bed was too big for my head so my face was being crushed by the wood. I felt at times he would pause and he was resting his body on mine. I have had likely over a 100 massages and this was easily one of the worst. I had to stop after 30 minutes. I was still required to pay. I am disappointed and will likely not come back as the service is expensive. It is disappointing as I live close and there aren’t many spas like this one. For the price and for the time please make sure your technician knows what they are doing

Oasis was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was very peaceful and serene. I booked a couples massage for my husband and I. I had Lionel as a massage therapist and if I could give a 10-star review, I would. He was attentive, aware and respectful. I’m a ballet dancer and his knowledge of the muscles was just beyond. Cannot recommend Oasis and Lionel enough.

To whom it may concern, I recently visited the Spa for my Birthday as I've done years passed!!! This year I got massage service that she wanted to keep touching my bum area after telling her I did not want to be touched in that area and if she could please 🛑 stop!!! That is the first time in over 6 or 8 years going to Spa that I've been made to feel uncomfortable 😣 and disrespected of my body!!! When telling the manager she suggested that I should came back with out trying to rectify the matter or readjusting the fee of service!!! I did get a long with the massage a facial which can be very pricey and the price did go up and than a tips 😔 I felt violated all over!!! Lesson learned 🙏🙏🙏
