Came here because it had the best reviews out of all of the other threading places and I understand why. When I walked in they were kind and greeted me and told me to sign in to their system. While I was signing in it told me the estimated how long I would wait which was a great thing to know. I didn’t wait very long and the woman threading my eyebrows was very kind and thorough. After doing one brow she asked for my opinion before moving on to the second. Highly recommend coming here!

I've been here a couple of times and they always do a very bad job at threading my eyebrows. Last time I went they did such a bad job, I even thought they did it on purpose. I'm never going there again because of how bad my eyebrows look right now. I was very upset that they ruined my eyebrows. Now I need to got to a professional to fix what they did wrong.

The employees are very sweet but very inconsistent. Sometimes I like the way my brows look and sometimes I don’t. I visited on 11/30/24 and it will be my last time. Shirty after I got home I saw that I had scratches on my face from the thread. My skin had felt irritated and uncomfortable after the service, but it was wiped with aloe vera and I didn’t notice until I got home.

This is the best place in Austin for brow threading. The girls are so nice and they’re very flexible and fast! Christine was very nice, polite and professional! Even though I live north I keep coming back to this place! Highly recommended!

You don’t have to worry about them thinning your eyebrows. I said I like them thick, and she said me too. Gave me a beautiful clean-up—I can’t wait to go back!

5 stars for the Before and After eyebrow thread (clean) with Pam. Highly recommend it’s affordable, you get the best services, and everyone is so kind. Been a loyal customer for over 5 years and they never disappoint.

I cannot express how thankful I am to have found Oasis because they get the job done right every single time at a great price. I pay $12 to get my eyebrows threaded which is a much better price than most places I seen. They always do my eyebrows well and it doesn’t even hurt when they thread it. They ladies are always so kind too which makes the experience great. Another thing is that they sometimes have promotions, which I love.

They might be good in threading but NOT lashes. I've been twice for lashes and both times were bad. It's bad lighting because I couldn't see how bad they did until I got home. I wouldn't recommend them for lashes. I will not ever go back

Got threading done here for 2 years, it's been great. But I got a lash lift recently and the lash solution damaged my lashes so badly that about half of my lashes fell out. They went so curly that they split or they became very very straight and fell out. I'm waiting for them to grow back, it's been about 2 months. I couldn't wear mascara for about 1.5 months. I tried calling them and telling them about my experience but they told me to drive there the next day so I could talk to the manager. I tried telling them that I wanted them to know this happened so it doesn't happen to anyone else but they told me to call back the next day. I debated posting this because I feel bad but I saw some recent photos of me without lashes and I didn't want others to have to lose their lashes. So don't get a lash lift here, but eyebrow threading is good.
