LOVE Oasis! I'm from Chicago and travel to Cincinnati often for work. I scheduled a client event here and it was a blast! And now refuse to get my brows done anywhere else. Update: still absolutely love coming here and have had Avery the last couple times and she is a GEM. I literally have never had more perfect brows than when I go to her! Avery if you see this so grateful!!!

I had my first visit to Oasis yesterday and I can’t wait to go back! Casey is amazing and so knowledgeable. It was my first hydrafacial and she walked me through the process - I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated- pretty sure she took about 5 years off my face. All of the staff was warm and welcoming, I was slightly nervous about finding parking in OTR, but it was not an issue.

I’ve been here twice, first time was fine (nothing wrong at all, just nothing over the top.) just went back for a soothe facial with Jenna and it was wonderful. She was fantastic and interchanged some products based on my skin needs. Very respectful and polite. It was so relaxing and would certainly go back to see her!

I recently had the Clear Facial with a dermaplane and nanoinfusion add-on, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Casey was incredibly professional, making me feel comfortable from start to finish. The environment and ambience were serene and inviting, which made the entire session even more relaxing. My skin feels absolutely amazing, even one day after the treatment! I felt well taken care of throughout the process, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!

Such a cute atmosphere and for such a great price! Autumn is the best!!! Love my monthly facials with her, she always knows exactly what my skin is needing and I leave feeling hydrated and refreshed. Cannot recommend enough!

I went for the first time yesterday and Lindsay was so helpful explaining everything to me! I'd never had anything done and she was amazing at making sure I was comfortable the whole time and would know how everything would go, my lashes and brows have never looked better, I couldn't be any happier with how they came out!!

Online platform isn’t updated with the latest facials. I paid for a 45 min facial that didn’t exist anymore. So I was offered a new member special for 30 min. Overall facial was fine but it felt like I was part of an assembly line. I wasn’t welcomed in, and was directed to sit immediately in a chair. The service seemed rushed, when I got up the full half hour wasn’t even up especially since I expected and allotted 45 min to this experience. I still gave a 20 percent tip despite the mediocre experience.

The place itself is super clean and nice, and the staff is friendly. The facial I received was okay, I wasn't over the moon about it but it also wasn't bad. The price is good for what you get.

I’ve been going here monthly for 6 months now (with the membership) and honesty can’t praise this place enough! I’ve had multiple estheticians and had great experiences with everyone. It’s a great little treat every month and I love it doesn’t break the bank. Highly recommend any of the add ons or upgrades for an even more special treat!

I had never had any type of facial before and the experience was absolutely amazing!!! Jessica was very caring and super sweet, so easy to talk to. Very relaxing and my face looks and feels fantastic! I would highly recommend visiting Oasis Face Bar and Jessi for a great experience!
