I used to be a regular customer of this masseuse, and for a $60 massage, her services were exceptional, so I customarily left a $10 gratuity. However, during my most recent attempt to schedule an appointment, she unexpectedly requested a $20 tip over the phone, even before the massage had been performed or scheduled. I was taken aback and momentarily speechless. While I would have been amenable to paying an additional $10, I believe in transparency and incorporating any additional charges into the massage fee. Due to the uncomfortable situation created by this unexpected request, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to this establishment. Although she is a skilled masseuse, I feel compelled to express my concern regarding the current trend of excessive tipping expectations, as it can be a significant deterrent for customers.

I wish I could come here more often as my experience here has always been very positive. Great massage and leave totally relaxed. Just a long drive for me but massuese is legit and worth it. Highly recommend.

Terrible business practices here. I had the option to book through Booksy because it pops up with a Google search. It takes you to their page with the option to schedule. I showed up for the appointment and the woman chewed me out just for showing up. So rude, did not apologize for the mix up or offer to schedule at another date and time. Just really short and patronizing telling me they don't use Booksy anymore, I'm at the wrong place, trying to make me fill like an idiot just for walking in. Not at the wrong place, I showed it to her, it was the right place. Whatever you do,if you go to this lady, DO NOT click the Google link to book online.

I pulled a muscle because I crack my neck a lot. When going in, I needed an appointment, but I was still able to get on the spot. Ambience and environment were very welcoming, relaxing, and mood-friendly. When in pain, I am always in the meanest and trashiest mood, but everything there helped me feel less on-guard. Would come here again.
