Julie helped me with Cool Sculpting and was so professional and kind. She knows her stuff and is happy to take the time to answer any questions you’ve got. The facility was clean and serene and centrally located. Nothing but good things to say about them, will be going back for other services for sure!

It’s been over two years and I still think about this experience at Oasis. I want to preface by saying that I am in my early 30 and I have extremely healthy skin. I almost want to post a picture so people believe me. I have no sun damage, I take really good care of it and I am genuinely mistaken to be around 10 years younger a daily basis. During my consultation, my face was picked apart like I needed a face lift and 1000 units of Botox. zero empathy, so disrespectful. This woman was volatile to me. Thankfully I am not an insecure person. But I can see how they pray on their client’s insecurities. So exploitative and unethical. I forgot to cancel my appointment. I received a $50 late fee which I called and happily paid, since it was my fault. I gave no attitude, I was there to pay the fee. As soon as the transaction went through, the lady at the front desk just hung up on me. So that was my “unforgettable” experience. I paid $50 to get bullied by these people.

I am getting Laser treatments with Erica and she is Awesome! She explains everything and gives you the pros/cons of the procedures. The office is very relaxing and the Cinnamon Essential oils smell wonderful! Super experience!

Lori always makes my daughter feel very comfortable and provides choices in skin care. My daughter receives “teen facials” with Lori. Thank you Lori for all you expertise. After the appointment, my 15 year old’s skin looks great and her skin & self esteem both improve.

Excellent Healthcare service! Both Dr. Gough and Medical Assistant Juanita are highly professional and kind, I do not feel rushed at all and he and his staff make the best effort to make me feel safe, comfortable, and well informed on my health issues and treatment options. There is no waiting time to see the care provider upon appointments. Overall a good experience.

I love coming into Oasis at WSNM for my cosmetic procedures. The staff is amazing especially RN Erica Jeanetete she never stirs me wrong. She doesn’t ignore your pain but works with you and treats you like a person. I recommend anyone needing laser, filler, or cool sculpting to go to Oasis at WSNM. They are always running specials on services.

Long story short they do care about their patients! Being a small business owner in the medical field this means lots to me! Julie has always taken good care of me and knows exactly what my needs are. 2nd I received a call from Erica today because I hadn’t been there in 6 months she wanted to know if things were ok. I’m very pleased that they do notice and care about their patients because in the day and age most businesses don’t strive for great customer service but this place does!!!!

Julie was very good. She was knowledgeable and explained everything that she was doing. She told me they were having a sale and was taking 150.00 off plus for signing up for rewards 50.00 off and also there was an additional coupon for 20.00 on the services. She told me I was saving 220.00. I thought wonderful but when the person checked me out she was confused and only took 70.00 off. Not the additional 150.00. I called and was told they can't do refunds but I can have the 150.00 as credit for future use. I paid cash but at least if I can deduct that from a future visit I am ok with it. She apologized and was sorry. Other than that the place has great services! Staff is very friendly.
